I must say my experience shopping with Stacees was absolutely amazing. I was kept in the loop from the moment I placed my order to the moment the dress was delivered at my door. The dress itself was absolutely beautiful, the picture didn't even do justice to what the actual dress looked like in person. My daughter got so much compliments and she felt like an absolute princess.
BE AWARE! They say you have 7 days to return. My daughter changed her venue so she changed her dress. We bought a vail Saturday 9/7. We went to return it Saturday 9/14 and they said she could not return because it had been EIGHT DAYS? This was a $200 vail, which is alot of money. I just worry this may happen to someone with a $1,000 dress. The manager was SOOOO RUDEEEE about it as well. I wish I could upload photos. She BOLDLY highlighted the 7 day return policy on every receipt we had that day. I'm not sure what calendar they use but my entire 50 years on this planet a week from Saturday is Saturday.? I couldn't believe it. We went from finding a beautiful dress and being excited about that… that process was painful as well for the record. I got scolded for looking for a dress she had tried before to try again and was told I couldn't touch the dresses again. I guess you can touch them when u get there to pick 3, but DO NOT touch after that. They could not find the dress we wanted to see again. They said it would be on their tablet in her profile, it was not. They had dresses on there that we had never seen before though…? So since I was not able to go grab it, we were not permitted to try it again… our experience the week before was WAY different, we had Kat and she was AMAZING and made it a fun and happy day. She was not available the 14th and it was a stressful experience. We didn't get to see all the dresses we wanted and then had to argue that 7 days was not 8 days. She bought the dress because it was perfect, but she decided not to get it tailored there or give any more business to them after being treated so rudely. We shopped at the Dayton Ohio location both times for reference. I've never been treated like I was a total idiot for not buying 7 days is actually 8 days. The manager was nasty.beyond nasty to us. My daughter left with her hands shaking and so upset on what should have been a wonderful memory…

I absolutely love this dress. It's not too heavy, material is soft and I had it custom made and it fits perfect. I can't wait for my future husband to see me on our wedding day!

Markia from Hagerstown is the most welcoming and engaging sales clerk I've known. No commission- just character. She made me feel, important. I really enjoyed my experience and it's all because of her!

This company single-handedly ruined my wedding not only did I not get my wedding dress. I was strong along for days by the associates promising it would be delivered and it never was. They never even had it in the facility. This company went bankrupt for a reason they need to be completely shut down for the emotional damages that they're doing to their customers. This company needs to be shut down, as well as legal action needs to be taken against them for all the emotional damages that they are costing their customers. Disgusting unprofessional company. There is no customer service. There's a text message switchboard for reps across seas are overseas somewhere who don't get online until after 3 o'clock. The phone systems do not work. No one returns your calls. You can't walk in the store. If you place an online order you can't call customer service if you place the order in the store. This company needs to be shut down and sue for liability.

Initially staff was attentive and helpful, once the purchase was made everything changed. Wedding dress was ordered two sizes smaller than it was supposed to be. Measurements were not correct (verified when seamstress double checked them). When dress was tried on it was too small because they had ordered the wrong size, unable to get another size in time. Then the alterations were over 500 dollars and a sloppy job. 2 if the bustle loops came out forcing bride to use safety pins to bustle dress. There were 2 straight pins left in dress. Back zipper was not altered as they said it would be. We were rushed during alterations. There was no privacy either when initially buying the dress and when the alterations were being made. It seems once the purchase was made there was no concerns for the customer.
Another dress was purchased (MIL), wrong size ordered, again too small. Not able to get same dress delivered in time. 2nd dress had to be purchased, new shoes, new purse, only store credit even though it was their error. Again the initial measurements were incorrect when checked by the seamstress.
The entire experience was "painful" and so stressful. This is not how a bride or anyone should be treated. The fact that we spent 3,000 dollars for this was a disgrace. Will never recommend their services to anyone.

Poor refund system. I purchased two dresses from David's. I returned them within the short 7 day window. It took two weeks to get a reply that they would refund my money and now it will take them TWO BILLING CYCLES TO REFUND MY MONEY. I had tried a dress from Revolve also. That refund was completed immediately upon it being received. There was a $12 shipping charge to return each dress.
12/30 Still have not received refund. They acknowledged I would get a refund, but it is yet to be seen.
1/6 Another week and no refund. This has been a moth of them keeping my money after the dresses have been returned. Shame on them!

Great customer service from beginning to end. You won't be disappointed if you chose David's.
Danielle was a genius when it came to helping me pick out two formal outfits that were appropriate for the grandmother of the groom. I would have been lost without her!
Tip for consumers:
I didn't know what I was looking for when I first arrived. A VERY helpful hint from the customer service woman was: "I'll bring out some clothes. Tell me if you like it, or, if you don't like it, tell me WHY"
That approach really helped!

Today I went into David's Bridal on Abercorn St in Savannah Ga. To pick up my dress for my daughter's wedding. The older Asian lady at the front desk asked for my name. She spelled Horton (out loud): W-H-O-R...
I said ‘STOP!' And gave her the correct spelling. I've had this last name almost 24 years and have NEVER had anyone spell it like whore. Never. In this establishment, for this occasion, this is the very last experience I should have had. I am furious, as we have our daughter and all of her brides maids buying from here! I am mortified, embarrassed. Thank you the lovely experience...

I was at David's Bridal in Danvers, MA today. I had a lovely woman work with me to find a dress for my son's wedding in September. Her name was Sandra. She was was so helpful and honest. I could not have asked for a better person to get me through all the variety of dresses and picked what would be more fitting for me. I said I wanted something youthful but tasteful and she presented just that. We found "the" dress. It turned out to be a perfect day. I will be back for my alterations as soon as I get my shoes. Please give this lady a BIG THANK YOU! I did.
Tip for consumers:
I reviewed all the dresses on line before I made my appointment. This was helpful when I went in to try them on. Again they have very friendly people ready to help you.

Special ordered a dress and this is what they sent. A nasty, looks to be blood stained dress straight from the warehouse on a clearly marked "damaged" hanger. New dress is SUPPOSED to be here less than two weeks before my sisters wedding. David's bridal definitely lost me as a customer.

My daughter chose her wedding dress here. Angela, our consultant was awesome! After narrowing choices, she sent us home to digest it all. We came back the next day & through fresh eyes found the perfect dress! She asked a lot of questions & led us to the perfect dress & veil! Thank you.

Ruined my daughter's wedding dress! Do not shop or have alterations done here. I'm glad I insisted she try on before we kept the store. There was no accountability for the unacceptable alterations. Both of the alterations people smarted off to us while my daughter stood there and sobbed. I will never set foot in a David's Bridal again.

As with many other people, things change and I no longer needed the dress after waiting for its arrival and was not able to return 1 day past their absurd return policy. I will never give them another dollar again. What a joke of a company.

I have shopped at several David's Bridal shop and was turned away by rude attendants. Being ignored and treated rudely. Having traveled to many different shops all over the state for months I was getting tired. While shopping at another venue I happened upon the David's Bridal in Manchester. I figured I'd give or one last shot. What a different experience! From the moment I arrived and was pleasantly greeted at the door to my actually making the purchase. Brittany B was amazing. She was courteous, sweet, patient. But most of all she was helpful. She answered every question I had, helped me find different sizes, colors etc. I truly appreciated her working with me. She is the epitome of excellent customer service. Should I need dresses for any occasion from now on I will shop this store first.

I came to the David's Bridal in Sunset Hills, MO today with an almost impossible task: finding a bridesmaid's dress the day before my sibling's wedding. The women running this store honestly saved the day for me, and perhaps the big event! Lisa and Kiera were incredibly friendly, helpful, honest, and thorough. I cannot thank them enough for their customer service, it was above and beyond all expectations!

Ordered dress from Davids Bridal online. Took to love Davids Bridal for alterations. After 3 fittings which they gave me appointment 1 month apart for each they have totally ruined my dress with their alteration that I have paid way more than the dress cost. Now I am looking for a new dress 8 weeks away from wedding. Absolutely devastated and in tears!

Had a 6 p appointment and front desk clerk was rude and rolled her eyes at the party. Ask to try on bridesmaids dresses and was told need come back. The lady that help with bride dresses did not help zip and button or even use clips. I would not never give them a penny for any dress in that store due to poor and rude service. Suppose to be a fun day for the party and ended up the worse day!

Thursday Feb 26 th 2020. I made 7 calls including out of province the dress was described exactly how shown online along with code provided. Over a out spent running in circles. End result Winnipeg informs me I can located this dress for my niece grad in her size and colour she wanted in London Ontario. I'm thankful I did not drive a far distance even cross the border and pay to have the dress shipped from out East when it's a hour from where I live. I will take my niece to try on this dress she can't stop talking about or smile on her face I hope customer service is better in store or perhaps show inventory online? Like most clothing retailers considering its 2020. A reply would be greatly appreciated to explain where each retailer can't connect with others

Of 4 bridesmaids dresses that were size 6 all 4 were sized differently. Some tighter, some looser. It worked out by exchanging dresses til each bridesmaid had one she could wear. But this appears to be an attempt to make sure alterations will need to be made. Also one of the eyes of the eye hook fastener was sewed on sideways. My impression was cheap knockoff dresses with davids bridal label sewn in.

I heard somewhere that they are the forever21 of bridal gowns. I agree :) You don't really get the best shopping experience, and the employees/assistance is okay on customer service (based on going to 3 different locations), but the dress is okay quality, and at lower prices. Also, they will bombard you with emails when you sign up with them, eeek. Otherwise, not bad. Give it a try!

Wide variety of dresses at good prices. But the price of the accessories and the adjustment to the dress, made later, is almost double the value of the dress. After you choose the dress, I noticed an irritating rush to finalize the sale. The seamstress, as soon as she spoke to me, marked the adjustments and told me to meet her at the checkout. To adjust the hem of the dress and the neckline $300.
I suggest not going alone from the first visit so that someone can help you, be aware of the extra prices, because at the moment of emotion, it can generate some regret, as in my case.

I love my dress. I loved my store associate that helped me (the second time, the first one was horrible so I went to another store). The only real complaint that I have is that their alterations are extremely over priced. After paying for my alterations it doubled the price of my dress and the only thing it needed was a hem and bustle for a very simple dress. The tailor that worked on my bridesmaid dresses said she would have charged me 1/2 what they did.

Not good experience with the corporation of David's Bridal after receiving my daughters dress In the mail and it not being what my daughter thought it was. Mellissa at the Paducah, KY location was very helpful and made us feel better, she was very helpful and tried to find my daughter a dress that might work for her. She tried really hard to find the right dress, but she did not find what my daughter was wanting. She then showed us bridesmaids dresses of 5 different styles that my daughter could get for her wedding. I would recommend Melissa helping you if you go to David's Bridal in Paducah.
