I must say my experience shopping with Stacees was absolutely amazing. I was kept in the loop from the moment I placed my order to the moment the dress was delivered at my door. The dress itself was absolutely beautiful, the picture didn't even do justice to what the actual dress looked like in person. My daughter got so much compliments and she felt like an absolute princess.
BE AWARE! They say you have 7 days to return. My daughter changed her venue so she changed her dress. We bought a vail Saturday 9/7. We went to return it Saturday 9/14 and they said she could not return because it had been EIGHT DAYS? This was a $200 vail, which is alot of money. I just worry this may happen to someone with a $1,000 dress. The manager was SOOOO RUDEEEE about it as well. I wish I could upload photos. She BOLDLY highlighted the 7 day return policy on every receipt we had that day. I'm not sure what calendar they use but my entire 50 years on this planet a week from Saturday is Saturday.? I couldn't believe it. We went from finding a beautiful dress and being excited about that… that process was painful as well for the record. I got scolded for looking for a dress she had tried before to try again and was told I couldn't touch the dresses again. I guess you can touch them when u get there to pick 3, but DO NOT touch after that. They could not find the dress we wanted to see again. They said it would be on their tablet in her profile, it was not. They had dresses on there that we had never seen before though…? So since I was not able to go grab it, we were not permitted to try it again… our experience the week before was WAY different, we had Kat and she was AMAZING and made it a fun and happy day. She was not available the 14th and it was a stressful experience. We didn't get to see all the dresses we wanted and then had to argue that 7 days was not 8 days. She bought the dress because it was perfect, but she decided not to get it tailored there or give any more business to them after being treated so rudely. We shopped at the Dayton Ohio location both times for reference. I've never been treated like I was a total idiot for not buying 7 days is actually 8 days. The manager was nasty.beyond nasty to us. My daughter left with her hands shaking and so upset on what should have been a wonderful memory…
I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. In the past two weeks, I have called and texted many customer service representatives and no one can figure out to get me my refund. All I get is passed on to the next person. I would not recommend them as far as online purchasing.
Being the mother of the groom, I went to David Bridal to try on dresses. I found a dress too small fir my size but put it on without the zipper. The fitter gave me the invoice number and told me to order the dress in my size online. I received my dress in 5 days and it looks great. So happy with the purchase.
I made an appointment for bridesmaids & wedding dress shopping, got there with the girls & they would only let us do the bridesmaid dress. Said they only do one at a time. I live over an hour away & was never told that on the phone when I scheduled both over the phone. This was the first disappointment in them! See my other review for more details...
We went two weekends in a row.The first one we had Jeff.He did a excellent job, by himself, with 8 ladies.He was very attentive to all of us and I know that wasn't easy.The next weekend we had Angela. Although it was only 3 ladies this time, she to did an excellent job. She even helped my mom find a dress and she didn't even have an appointment. Both are excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

I am the mother of the groom and never wear dresses. For me, getting a formal dress is as bad as shopping for a bathing suit! I found myself at David's Bridal. I walked in and a very nice young lady Lizzie greeted me, and stayed by my side until the end. I found a beautiful dress at a great price! I even found my shoes there. For something I was dreading, they made it painless! Thank you
Just lost hundreds of dollars because they sent my order to the wrong address and refuses to refund me because they just claim to send it out fast- not necessarily to be received by the customer. Please do not spend your hard earned money here.
Wide variety of dresses at good prices. But the price of the accessories and the adjustment to the dress, made later, is almost double the value of the dress. After you choose the dress, I noticed an irritating rush to finalize the sale. The seamstress, as soon as she spoke to me, marked the adjustments and told me to meet her at the checkout. To adjust the hem of the dress and the neckline $300.
I suggest not going alone from the first visit so that someone can help you, be aware of the extra prices, because at the moment of emotion, it can generate some regret, as in my case.
Today was my third fitting at David's Bridal in Scottsdale, AZ. Ny seamstress, Diana, has made altering my dress such a wonderful experience. She has been patient, professional, encouraging, and the most supportive person I've dealt with in this particular store. She has turned my beautiful wedding dress into my PERFECT wedding dress. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done - and her kindness will be with me as I walk down the aisle. Thank you, Diana.
My niece had her first appt to look at wedding dresses and they were late, no one helped her hunt for dresses, didn't ask what kind she was looking for, barely pointed us in the write direction. Finely showed us to a dressing room and acted like we were keeping her from something else. The manager went to do her paper work and was no help. More people came in without an appt and got more help than we did. The whole experience was horrible and upset my niece...
I made an appointment and met with a wonderful stylist named Tremika. She was knowledgeable and graceful, exquisite in her taste and assistance. Another man named Dallas with an eye for detail assisted with options and ideas. I felt heard and taken care of in this amazing once in a lifetime experience. I found the perfect dress for me.
We had a bridesmaid reveal for my daughter and 4 of her local bridesmaids. I asked for help a few hours before the appointment from a manager and wasn't having much luck. Then along came a ray of sunshine named La Shaunda. She totally understood what we we trying to accomplish and made it so much fun.
We started with the girls each having 6 minutes on the timer to pick a dress for the bride to try on and on the last dress she came out with a sign to ask her girls with flowers and boxes. La Shaunda assisted in every way and made them feel like queens when it was their turn to try on dresses and pick which one they liked most. We loved her so much we got her a gift. Thanks girl, we now consider you a friend!
I had no expectations going to David's with my daughter to look for a wedding dress. What we found at David's Bridal located in Blasdell was staff (Joanne) was so kind, patient, motherly and dedicated with helping my daughter find the "perfect" wedding dress. She put her heart into it! What a memorable time we had. Thank you for such a positive experience!

She was so engaging & explained everything in detail. She helped me find my dream dress & was just amazing the entire time! I had no intentions on purchasing a dress that evening and to my surprise I only tried on two dresses, two dresses and fell in love with the second one thanks to Beth!.
I had a great time at David's Bridal today. The dresses are beautiful and the staff are so sweet, kind, and helpful. Everything was top standard, noting was trouble, and everything looked lovely. It was hard to pick my favorite but it was found they do check you measurements and all, they will change the color if needed and style to what you want it to be. The one I found was strapless but they gave my sleeves which didn't look the best so it was changed to look at straps then the back of the neck which looked lovely. By saying yes to the dress you fine they take a picture with a sign saying 'I found the one' then a picture with the members that came to help. After all they take the measurements to get your right size and will look for everything to help as much as they can. It was not much of a high price either. I can just say that David's Bridal is a very great store to look for any dress, shoes, and so.
The staff at my local David's Bridal was friendly enough but the selection was so limited that I only tried on one dress. Everything they had was either too small (I wear a 14 in regular ladies dresses so it's not like I'm a beached whale) or big pouffy ball gowns which do not work for short brides. I was given a very tiny room to try on the one dress I actually liked, unfortunately, that dress was discontinued and no longer available in my size. I left empty handed so I decided to try the website. I didn't have much luck there either. Again I found a great dress only to find out that the dress was not available in my area and could not be shipped to my local store.
I would like to thank Timothy, katherine, Rebecca, bonnie, they all helped me to get the perfect dress for me on my special day... i would say you have the perfect staff working there... I will always be very grateful..
David bridal in the University area in Charlotte nc is one of the Worst bridal shops ever! I will not recommend anyone to go there. I don't even know why the workers get paid the clients doing all the work...
I needed to find a gold dress for my son's wedding. The salesperson at the Coral Gables store (Luiza) was extremely helpful in finding just the right dress I needed, and providing all the details about how I could get the dress altered to fit my needs. The dress looks beautiful! It was just what I wanted! Thank you David's Bridal!

My daughter recently got married. As all new love she was in a hurry and did not give me much time. I ended up ordering several dresses online from David's for myself. This week I went in to return the dresses not worn. I was greeted by several friendly associates but two really went beyond any expectations. Jessica immediately started looking and finding formalwear that my daughter could use when she emcees this weekend at a National pageant in Orlando. She searched and pulled, zipped, returned and pulled again always with a gracious smile. We were then introduced t the operations manager, Marguerita. Yes like the drink! She was cool, soothing, and as pleasing as a glass, no a whole bottle of wine. I appreciate what she did so much. It is hard to find good customer service in todays world but let me assure you that David's in Mobile Alabama has it. Thank you so much girls for your help. Robin

We needed to return a dress for another one. Even though it was past the return time we were able to get another dress. CJ and everyone was so helpful and understanding to our needs we left with a very happy bride and would recommend this store to anyone looking for wedding attire..
I went to David's Bridal in Totowa, Nj yesterday and I found my dress on the 2nd try! Leslie was the employee that helped me, she did such a great job, she made me feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend making an appointment with her if u want awesome customer service and help finding your wedding dress! Thank you Leslie!

I had a horrible experience with alterations on my mother-of-the groom dress. I think I could have done a better job myself and I paid $178! I had the bodice shortened at the shoulders (a reasonable $13), armholes cut down (a reasonable $33), sleeves reset (a reasonable $33), the dress and lining hemmed (an unreasonable $66) for a 34" hem circumference, and the leg slit sewn from above knee to slightly below ($33). The seams weren't finished in the armholes; the hem wasn't pressed (until I asked) and the hem looked puckered; the leg slit they partially closed was not closed completely, (part of the lining showed) and it was puckered; and they added an unexpected pleat on each shoulder. I didn't notice the unfinished seams or the botched slit until I got home, so I was stuck with fixing these things myself. I can't believe that such expensive alterations were so poorly done.

I went to Maple Shade, NJ to David's Bridal because I needed a dress and time is running out. I was not in the mood to shop, but knew I had to get it done; at least my measurements. Well, I met Abby and Sabrina and my sadness turned to joy! Abby, picked the BEST gowns for me to try on, and both were instrumental in my overall decision to say YES to the dress! I am so pleased! Thank Abby and Sabrina! You helped me more than you could ever know!
I loved living this experience with the people at this shop. The ladies are so nice and they make you feel so comfortable. They make you feel like you're trying on dresses with friends. My friends were there too, so it was like having a big group helping me!
