I ordered and spent $ 363.95 with this company in hopes to do long term business with them, and they sent me 4 items out of the order. I had another order on hold just to make sure I received the first. They wrote me an email inquiring on what's the reason I had not paid. Couldn't find my order or tracking in their system. I will be reporting this to my bank and getting my money back. No wonder I didn't receive an invoice. Sad I was looking to spend way more money with this company! Now this is why I don't want the second order. I suppose small orders you get your stuff.

Placed an order in March and as of today my order is "lost" according to their customer service. It only took me two weeks to get this response! This company is a scam. Place your order, pay for goods and never receive them. Never order from them, they give other China based wholesalers a bad name.
UPDATE: I just received my order yesterday, FINALLY. Out of the order, one was something I did not order, another two were very poor quality. Five of the dresses I did like. Quality is not the best and the garments smelled, I will have to wash them before putting them out. So, I will give them one more stars only because two of the dresses are very nice which surprised me. I will also remove the title Scam Company, they are a company just not managed very well. I guess bottom line with this company is to be careful when you order, don't expect too much.

I bought roughly 26 pieces. Love them all. Pictures are exact. About time a website gets the size charts correct as far as sizing and stretch of fabric. I was nervous about ordering but glad I took the chance. Wish shipping was cheaper but not bad considering the prices and 26 items cost $55 for shipping. I will definitely order again.

Purchased from this company since 2008. Quality and workmanship is good for most items. Long time buying experience has taught me to differentiate between the high quality and low quality products. If unsure, I buy 1pc to check out. Their response in regards to defect complaints (beads falling off, material tear) is simply to keep silent. So if you have problems, don't expect much from them. I certainly don't. Experience has taught me that. I simply sell the defect products at cost on my website.
If an item is out of stock, they will email you and say they will "keep your money for your next order." I insist for a refund right away and even had to resort to opening a complaint via Paypal, as dear-lover team don't respond to email.
So guys, you may buy from Dear-lover but don't expect much from them in terms of customer service (keep your expectations low!). Their products are good, but you need to know which items to select.
I've placed 7 orders for dropshipping from them and it's now been 10 days, they haven't sent me tracking details. I've sent them emails and send Sophia messages on Skype and she's ignoring me. This is very frustrating, their service is very pathetic! If you are dropshipping, I honestly don't recommend that you buy from them.

Our service customers always try the best to get more communitcation for more orders, some messages might be missed for busy business, we suggest online service through the shopping page, and you can change another customer service if there's no answer from one. It's the first time I've bought something on this page and I really love it. You have a great diversity of garments in a so good quality. Jeans, tops, skirts, dresses... I truly believe it's one of the most beautiful shops I've seen. I really recommend it!
I have ordered from their dropshipping site and for the most part, it is good quality. Some tops are very thin material. However, their shipping prices are pretty ridiculous. My order was $111 and shipping was $175. I am not going to place my order due to this. It is ridiculous.

I came back to change my review on DearLover. They eventually got a hold of me. They told me that the reason why they didn't send my out of stock items was because they were going to send them when they had them in. I was upset that they even sold them to me knowing they didn't have them. I explain to them that they should let their customers know that they are not in stock. They did issue me a refund. So I have to say that I am happy I heard from them and I am getting a refund. But I'm still not happy that my time was wasted. I am a business owner and I rely on my inventory. So 3 stars is my new review…. I love the Jeans I purchased the shoes were not what I expected. The ring set was super cute. So 3 star's for Dear Lover.

I ordered a bunch of items for my Boujee Boutique Store and paid extra for fast shipping. I was supposed to receive it within seven days. Eight days went by and still no package …. So I went on to check to see what was going on. I found out that the items I ordered were not shipped and when I called to speak with someone…. No one answered! I never received an email stating that these things were not shipped and left numerous messages and still haven't received anything from them. This is not a reputable company! I'm very very disappointed. {I hope I get a refund}
My daughter started an online Boutique and placed a prepaid order for $1400 in Jan. 2021, as if today March 13,2021, we are STILL WAITING ON ITEMS! My daughter has contacted there customer service many times and it takes almost a week fr a reply! Now her customers want a refund and she used their money to place the order!

Over the last 2 weeks i have tried to order several items for a trade show. My order has been cancelled twice and no response. My CC is charged each time then the money is returned.

If you don't mind losing your money every time you shop there then you are okay. They always missed an item every time I bought something and promise to refund it in your next order which by the way never happens... their sizes are like weirdly off their sewing is horrible they can't do straight lines so the dresses are crooked then the dresses where cut up

This is my first time ordering from dear lover. I received an email to say that my order was successful, however the information on the page stated that it was unpaid. I told Tony about my dilemma, he told me to send payment via another method and if they have the funds they would return it to me. After going back and forth with him and he told me they would cancel it however my bank has given them approval to run the funds. I would like to have my products but I believe my rep was very impatient. There should be an accounts department that handles issues like this.
After the funds were reversed I have ordered since using paypal. I must say the quality of the clothing is excellent. Customer service needs a whole lot of work however. So I had to give them two additional stars based on value for money and quality of goods.
We have used Dear Lover and the service is not as you would hope. As a retailer we were attracted by the cheap prices. This reflects the service. Goods missing or not as described. Problems with returns and quality of some of the goods.
You can make an order on line as if the goods are in stock. Once you pay they will come back and tell you it's not in stock and only supply a partial delivery. Be careful- Not a very trustworthy way of conducting business.
Don't bother complaining- Most of their English is not very good and always "very sorry". Away and look elsewhere.

Onece there are shortage, the customer service will always contact customer to make sure whether they want replacement, refund or wait for new stock. Never arrange shipment without noticing shortage.

I was impressed! The prices are so affordable and the quality is outstanding! I recommend them to anyone! I made 3 Youtube videos showing the products under holyfitwomen. I tried dresses, leotards & lingerie and everything was soft, well maid, is sized accurately & super fashionable. I tried uploading more photos in the 6 different outfits but I don't know how to convert to JPEG so snapped one in my favorite leotard from them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! When i placed my order I sent them an email asking for a confirmation of my purchases, they never responded. My items arrived today and oh my god the quality is disgusting! I think they must have monkeys working at the factory! They even got my order wrong and sent me 4 of the wrong items! When an item says "one size" it really means "we made this in the dark and couldnt give a ****". Dont go anywhere near these cheap factories they are worse quality than primark!
