We bailed out from Seamless long time ago. Delivery.com has promo offers almost every other week and the offers are for old customers, too. Also, you get to collect points for every purchase and redeem them for future credits. As to the app itself, the recent update is more user friendly (more responsive when touching the screen & easier to switch between takeout and delivery) and the Android Pay $5 off promo for whole November was super duper sweet! We love you, Delivery.com. Please keep up your good work!
I placed an order and they cxld it saying "no drivers available" - i placed another order and was cxld again saying " merchant is now closed" - i called the merchant myself and they were NOT closed. I called delivery.com again and they said "miscommunication" to place order for tomorrow delivery which i was dumb enough to do. An hour later, they call me to tell me order has been cancelled because merchant will be closed next 3 days (fri sat sun) to place order for Monday! I called merchant - they said that was not true, they are open daily! My card was authorized all 3xx, waiting for it to refund. HORRIBLE customer service

Placed a $90 delivery order from a local restaurant that was canceled by delivery.com after we placed it because they said the restaurant was "on vacation." The representative we spoke to told us they couldn't give us a refund, but they could give us delivery.com "points" equal to the cost of our order. They credited us 5,000 points, which is equivalent to $5. We contacted another representative, who completed contradicted the other person we spoke to and told us they WOULD refund us the full amount of our order. We asked for a confirmation email that the refund had been processed, and we have not received that or the refund. This is not a real food delivery website.
I ordered food through delivery.com. Was told 60 to 75 minutes. After an hour I tracked my order thinking it was close. They said it would be another hour. I tried to cancel. They told me I couldn't. They won't refund my money or do anything in good faith.

I placed over a $50 order with a 20% tip and it took over 2 hours to receive. Not acceptable at all. We had a 2 year old waiting on the food to eat and received it after her bedtime. We had been in contact with the "help support" and constantly got the run around on when it would arrive. When it did arrive she apologized saying she went to Sparta when we live in Algood.
Horrible delivery service, i never had as many problems with other services than i do with deivery.com. They always take forever to submit and deliver my orders and the worst part is when they cancel the orders because the merchants are not reachable. They take your money out and then you have to wait 3-5 business days to be credited to your accounts. Two days in a row they cancelled my orders because they had problem reaching the merchant. The supervisor i spoke to, because the agent couldn't answer my questions, was not helpful at all, he wouldn't give me the corporate office number and pretty much did not care for my business. I never had these problems with seamless, caviar, door dash, only with delivery.com. Save yourself the stress and do not order through them.
Kept pushing the delivery time back. Almost two hours still no food. I've tried to cancel and they will not cancel unless they get in touch with driver. When I called to cancel they refused! Do not use this service! Tried to upload proof of purchase and couldn't.
When I say Scammers... I truly mean a scam. When I realized that this company charges $15.oo just to deliver a 20 buck order, I called them immediately to Cancel & get huge $40 dollars back. The guy kept me on the phone so long then came back to tell me He couldn't Cancel it. Then they called me back to ask what was my address even though its listed on the site.
Then when I get here I saw the ExCon guy and I was asking him questions. He said...

So not only did I Not get my money back but I also got greeted by an ExCon with Tattoos and earrings with some very rude service & curse words.

Tried the service in Reno/Sparks. Never again. A two hour plus wait for a simple dinner order. Called three times. The forst after an hour and was told the driver waiting on the order. Half an hour later was told the driver was on the way. At the two hour mark, the driver was still on his way. If you can't service an area properly, don't pretend you can and take orders.
This company cares only about money. When there are mistakes made that are half the customers fault and half their delivery/driver fault, they do NOTHING in taking any responsibility. They throw it all on the customer and refuse to be fair about partial credit and re-delivery. They have NO customer service and don't care that your food was NOT delivered. The driver did NOT call me or text me to handle the issue at hand immediately. The driver called the company in NYC and because of this, communication fell through and could not be EASILY solved. I had to pay TWICE to get the food delivered properly. I called the diner I ordered from and they were already in the process of canceling their account to use them. For a requested $20 towards the re-delivery, they lost a customer and, hopefully, a restaurant account. Use GrubHub, UberEats, or a local restaurant that has employees who deliver. Delivery.com will rob you, twice.
Horrible customer service! I spoke to someone because my pick up order wasn't confirmed. When I called it was confirmed and the restaurant said it was ready in the same 5 mins! I still was 45 mins away (I chose to pick up an hour from my order). They said it was for ASAP however the confirmation page I sent also said for 45 mins later! They didn't accept this EVEN with my screenshot and didn't do ANYTHING about the fact my food was going to be cold
Delivery.com deactivated my account for no reason. When I called to fix it they transferred me multiple times and wouldn't give me real answers as to why it was deactivated. I asked why didn't they email me if my account was deactivated, they said. "cause that wouldn't help." There are plenty of other delivery sites to use. They said it would take at least 20 minutes to reactivate. It's ridiculous.

If you see this company's name on a delivery order do not place it. You won't get your food and they'll make up every excuse in the book about how it isn't their fault. Scan artists.
Ordered at 12:15, time promised was around 1:15 at the latest. Took them forever to find a driver. Time of delivery was 1:45. This is unacceptable and no compensation offered. I will not use again.
12 hour shift, worked, came home hungry. Ordered food. Hour passes, no food. I contacted THEM, turns out, no driver. WHY THE HELL DID I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Food consistently arrives cold and barely edible, even when it's coming from a restaurant that's around the corner. The regularly disable purchases from certain restaurants with no explanation even though they're open. They also refuse to make deliveries to you unless you give them your full name. Using just your first name, last name, or initials will result in getting a call an hour or two after you ordered with them telling you that they won't be bringing you the food you paid for and they're going to refund it in a business day or two. They won't call to confirm your identity or something, they full on just will not deliver your food but will wait until hours later to tell you about it. You also have to wait multiple hours for your food to arrive after you've purchased it. Often times I've had items missing, or the wrong order completely. I've had a few instances where after a couple hours of waiting they call to tell me they won't be able to have a driver deliver the order. Recently they've disabled people from logging in through Facebook, leaving their accounts inaccessible, and the points they've accumulated which can be put towards charity or money off your next order unusable. This company is complete trash. I can't stress enough that you should not use them for anything.
Tip for consumers:
If this is the only delivery service in town, make sure you order something that you don't mind showing up hours later completely cold. I suggest sushi and other things that are eaten cold.

Wow, we decided we would try a delivery service just to see how it goes. BIG mistake! We ordered our dinner at 5:56 pm and at the time of order the site said delivery would be at 7:13. With the restaurant 15 minutes away that was kind of long, but we were feeling lazy so we decided to go with it. Well, I continued watching their app which estimates delivery times, and the delivery kept getting pushed off. Every 10 minutes I would check and it would be 10 minutes further out. My wife told me to stop telling her because it was stressing her out! Finally I checked the ETA at 8:48 and the update was 9:35 and enough was enough. I called to cancel the order and after talking for over 10 minutes, the customer service person said she would call me back. They finally refused to refund our money because the restaurants had, "already made the food". It would have been bad enough if they had refunded the money, but instead they offered 20% off my next order -- as if I would do this again! All I can say, is STAY AWAY! You've been warned!
Almost 2 hours and no signs of food, false estimates on the phone with customer service and disregarding of half your concerns when calling to inquire or complain. They put you on hold in the middle of your speech and do not really care about customer satisfaction!

I ordered my food at 8pm. Called at 9pm and was given the run around. At 10pm I called back and asked them to cancel my order that I was going to bed. I was told they could not cancel. I told them I never received my food and to not charge my card and was spoken to very inappropriately. I not only did not get my food until the next morning when I woke up, they charged me full price.
I'm a restaurant owner and I'm very dissatisfied with customer service - unprofessional have no knowledge to fix a problem keep away from this company.
Place an order with the restaurant to be delivered by delivery.com. Delivery got.com driver said restaurant was closed. I called the restaurant and it was very much open. Do not use this service!

Delivery got delayed several times. Tried calling customer service to cancel and they told me I couldn't because it was 10 to 15 minutes away. Still took another 25 minutes to arrive.
