We bailed out from Seamless long time ago. Delivery.com has promo offers almost every other week and the offers are for old customers, too. Also, you get to collect points for every purchase and redeem them for future credits. As to the app itself, the recent update is more user friendly (more responsive when touching the screen & easier to switch between takeout and delivery) and the Android Pay $5 off promo for whole November was super duper sweet! We love you, Delivery.com. Please keep up your good work!
I placed an order and they cxld it saying "no drivers available" - i placed another order and was cxld again saying " merchant is now closed" - i called the merchant myself and they were NOT closed. I called delivery.com again and they said "miscommunication" to place order for tomorrow delivery which i was dumb enough to do. An hour later, they call me to tell me order has been cancelled because merchant will be closed next 3 days (fri sat sun) to place order for Monday! I called merchant - they said that was not true, they are open daily! My card was authorized all 3xx, waiting for it to refund. HORRIBLE customer service
This company charged my card 2 times and not only did we not order from them, we have never heard of this company before!

Ordered food via this company and it was a disaster. They have no control over the restaurants they pickup from. I. e., they won't even call the restaurant if they are running late, my food arrived sooooo late; I had to call the restaurant and deal with them. When I called them to find out where my order they said they would resend by now its 1pm (I placed my order at 12pm). Finally 30 min later I was called and told that the food was 'here" downstairs. I went down and no one was there, I even checked with security and was told that no one was came. I called the restaurant, who then got the delivery guy on the phone who kept saying that he was outside (this went on for at least 5 min), finally he pulled up with my food on his bike. What a bunch of liars. Anyway, delivery.com did nothing, not even a reduction of fee because, my sushi was warm, soup was cold and gyoza was cold. I closed my account and will be disputing with bank.

We ordered food online for ugly tuna. The order online button appeared to be associated with the restaurant but it is not. We immediately received a text message that our order is being prepared, this was at 7:20pm. I then track our order and see the estimated delivery time is 8:20. At 8:30 I start tracking it and the delivery time kept pushing out. There was a note that our driver was at the restaurant waiting for the order. So, I decide to call the restaurant for an update and they had no order waiting nor any to go orders including our items. Next, I call delivery.com to inquire about my order. I just sat on hold and gave up after 30 minutes. Then at 9:34 I received a text that our driver is around the corner then another one that our food was delivered...which it wasn't.
The only way to communicate with them is through email and they refuse to refund my money. They state my order was delivered at 9:34. We have a Ring doorbell and can prove it wasn't delivered but they don't care.
This is a very dishonest business. Do not use or you'll likely end up like I did, eating a PB&J for dinner instead of sushi.
Would give them zero stars if it was an option. No helpful customer service, non-working confirmation, no updates, no refunds. No support provided. Do not use.
My review is based on my experience working there as a driver. Their dispatch team and customer service sucks. Their dispatch system is auto dispatched so idk what the actual dispatchers get paid to do. The orders that get dispatched to you doesn't make sense with routing. Meaning one customers destination will be really far a part from another. Plus they don't place orders right away. That's why customers unnecessarily wait so long for their food to come. But we as drivers have to deal with angry customers for factors that we can't control but the company can. When the driver politely asks the company to let a customer know their order is running late, the company doesn't even bother calling customers. They will send you an email at most. Like what is an email gonna do? Also the management has no issues with leaving you on the entire market by yourself when you're supposed to have multiple drivers working the same shift. If you ask for help, they will just $#*! at you. Like how do you expect fast service if you only put on one driver for the entire market and region? Delivery.com is trash. Don't work there or waste your money there.

I received an email response that their third party doesn't tell them why the account was flagged so there was no way I could ever know. I went to a site to place a delivery order and was redirected to delivery.com. This was my first time using this service. I thought it was part of the restaurant and didn't think anything of it. I place the order for 2 - 3xpretzels@ $8.50 and asked if I wanted to add a tip ($4.60). I said sure and after I looked at the highlighted price of $22.98, I thought that looked about right. I later look at my account to see a charge of $40.13! Not only was the price increased for the pretzels, but that $22.98 was not for the price of the pretzels and my tip and tax. That was just the pretzels! The restaurant was a block away! I didn't drive over there because I didn't want to load my toddler back into the car. I got charged for a required tip ($4.60) in addition to my tip. I didn't see any of these charges when I placed the order. I only saw the $22.98... who would buy 6 pretzels for $40.13?! To top it off, I only received half the order and had to wait another 15 mins for the other half. I called delivery.com to see about fixing it and their response was sorry you had a bad experience. This was very deceitful and will not be using this service any more. $40.13 for 6 pretzels from a restaurant around the corner!

I used delivery.com because yelp roped me into it without me knowing when trying to order a pizza.
Ordered the pizza about 9:20pm, they give me estimated pickup time 10:20-10:50… (VERY WIDE GAP) I show up about 10:40 thinking I'll play it safe and land in the middle. They tell me the order has been ready for an hour. I refuse the pizza and have to call delivery.com customer service just so they can tell me that the ACTUAL estimated pickup time is 15 minutes from order time. When I try and explain that it doesn't say that and it says 10:20-10:50 the man on the phone just says "I don't know what you're looking at on your end you should've picked it up earlier". I received no email, no confirmation that order was ready, and an invalid pickup time, I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED AN ORDER NUMBER. I tried very hard to get a refund for the pizza that I didn't even take cus it was ice cold by the time i got there and they refused, I know most of that has to do with the $#*!ty pizza place denying it but Delivery.com served no help in solving the issues and made things a lot more difficult by assuming I'm wrong. I have screenshots of what it says and they still tell me I'm wrong. I will never make the mistake of using Delivery.com again. Would give 0 stars if I could honestly. I'm out $17 bucks and no late night pizza. 15 minutes after 11 and still says my order is "in the works"

I placed an order. Delivery.com took my money but the restaurant was closed. Hard time getting my tefund.
I sent 200 units in and linked my Ebay account. After my inventory was in stock I noticed my Ebay orders were not showing up in Deliverr. I started an online chat with support and they said they will fix the issue. 5 minutes later all these orders started to appearing in deliverr. The problem is at this time there was only one Ebay order that needed to be shipped. All the rest I have already shipped. After a couple of minutes there were 20 something orders in Deliverr, all except one were already shipped by me. I attempted to cancel the orders, but they said I can't cancel them because the orders were already picked and packed even though they have only been in my Deliverr account for a couple of seconds. They are now shipping our products to customer who already have their items on the way or have already received their order. Their resolution is to ask the customer to return the 2nd order that they receive. It eventually kept importing orders from the previous days so I disconnected my Ebay account from Deliverr to finally get the madness to stop. Just when I thought I stopped it I then found out when I disconnected the account they changed my eBay listing and set the inventory of the Ebay listings to zero removing my listings from eBay!
This is an awful and highly unprofessional company. I did not receive my correct order that was an 20 mins late passed the delivery time. I called to check on my order and I was told by customer service worker thah it was on it's way and to call back if anything was wrong with it since it was already late. My delivery driver did not have a mask on and sent tracking messages that was untrue. A message said he was "around the corner" and to "get ready" and I still didn't recieve my food until 15 mins later. When I checked my food my order was incorrect. I had a sandwich I couldn't eat and paid for a large side item and got a regular size. When I called the customer service line I was held on the line for 30 mins, during which I was laughed at by the worker, and was told I never paid for an additional side order. I asked to be escalated and to speak with a supervisor and he was unable to get me connected. He attempted twice and came back to tell me I would get a refund for my item. Which is what I had called for and explained over and over again, only to have wasted 30 mins on the phone and still not be able to eat my food. I feel disrespected, hungry, and HIGHLY upset at how I was treated. Will NOT be using delivery.com. I made sure to refuse a credit because $10 would've only paid for the delivery fees and FORCED tip. Wow

The advertised delivery time was 45-60min. As soon as I placed the order, it was pushed to 90min and then 105min. I tried to chat with a representative, but they ended the conversation before anything could be resolved or before I could provide another response to what they had said. I understand that services like this can be busy, but then just advertise an accurate and honest delivery estimate BEFORE a customer places an order. I then called and spoke with someone, so I could just cancel the order. She had me on hold for 10min before telling me that the food was already prepared and so the order couldn't be cancelled. When this happened, my delivery time was still 45min away, meaning that food is just sitting there under the lights. This is the second time I've had an issue with delivery times being highly inaccurate by this company. I will NEVER order from this service again. It is not worth your time or money to wait around all evening hungry for food that may arrive stale or cold multiple hours after you order it. I'm still waiting on my food as I type this...
