We have done a trial of Demandforce, so we aren't locked into a contract, thankfully. The messaging system has been terrible. Multiple messages sent to patients with conflicting times. The program doesn't auto sync, so I'm having to take time to do that when I could just be messaging people myself. When brought up to support, they were dismissive and said that was a known issue. The other problem is the absolute atrocity that is the online forms. It is so lacking that it's ridiculous.

We have loved & have been using DemandForce at our Company for many years and have been pleased from the start. We can send out mass emails to our clients, at any given time. We can run special product prices, and add pictures. It is a simple process also to do. Our customers have the option of being contacted via email or via text or to opt out. We love this option so as not to annoy customers who do not wish to be contacted. Our customers can schedule or make any request via DemandForce that we can take care them right away, since we get an email directly from DF letting us know that we have a request on DemandForce waiting to be viewed. They have been so valuable and trouble free in maintaining. Thanks, DemandForce for making our jobs so much easier at American Heating & Air. We will continue to use DemandForce and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work and thank you for the great service.

The customer service within this business is awful. We purchased an award that we had won. They mispelled our practice's name. I called DemandForce to see about getting it corrected. I spoke to Manuel. This kid was not helpful or willing to be helpful. He told me that there was nothing that could be done and then just laughed. I asked to speak with our rep and he refused to give me her phone number to call. This company won't last too much longer with the failing reviews and lack of customer help!

Demandforce has been a great tool for us to be able to connect with our patients and increase number of reviews. By improving communication with patients and increasing the number of reviews, we allow ourselves to serve a greater number of patients. Senior Customer Success Manager, MaryBeth has always been extremely helpful and dedicated to serving my needs. If there was anything she was unable to answer, she always made it a top priority that I receive an answer as soon as possible.

My only negative comment that prevents me from giving the 5-star review is the "Demandforce" reviews that are supposed to be displayed on the bottom of search engine results are currently not appearing. I was told that those reviews should appear after 90 days from first review. Unfortunately, well more than 90-days since our first review, we do not see our "Demandforce" reviews in search engine displays and was told that it is due to an issue that they are currently working on.

I used demandforce at another hospital and loved them- however, when I signed up at the current animal hospital I noticed their services and customer service were lacking to say the list. 6 months into our 'contract,' I noticed that patients were not receiving our text for reminders. When I confronted the company, they informed they do not text reminders to veterinary clients. This was a significant loss of income for our practice. When I explained my frustration, they informed I was in a contract and could do nothing until the contract ends. They stated that I should have known this from the beginning. If I knew this, we would have never proceeded doing business. The 'friendliness' went out the window and told they would not release us from the contract. We were also told the reviews were 'our' and when our contract ends, they would still be on the web--they are no longer found anywhere! Beware and I recommend you stay away!

I wouldn't use this company. It's damaging my business horribly and they are refusing to let me out of my contract. DONT SIGN!
They're sending out multiple text messages with conflicting times and my customers are coming in at the wrong time. They refuse to acknowledge that this is damaging my business. My customers are furious and leaving my business angry because they get a text message from demand force at one time then come in and their appointment was 2 hours before. So they missed their appointment. Demand force said that they couldn't do anything about this, now they're refusing to let me out of my contract. So DONT SIGN With them. I have had 6months of lost revenue. They're not listening to me and refusing to see that it's really affecting my business really BAD. I have to shut it down. It's terrible.

Tip for consumers:
They did end up cancelling my contract finally after 6 months of losses. They wouldn't listen to me and I suffered great losses as a result, and they finally realized it but didn't still want to admit that I had terrible losses for the mistakes that they couldn't fix. But finally the it stopped and I am grateful that they cancelled my contract. But not without a fight and constant proving the losses to them for 6 months. It wasn't a pleasant process.

If I am away from my business for three consecutive days I am locked out of demandforce and have to wait until the next day for customer service. Which means I cant see my appt book to alert people if something unexpected occurs and I cant meet the appt time.

If I log in on my phone- even with a saved passcode I have to input my info twice before it opens.

I pay 300.00 a month for? It's going to end in 2020. I am done. If you have time for this kind of frustration DF will serve you well.

The ux design is terrible, the support representatives are not properly trained and the overall design is to be found wanting. For perhaps the medical industry or autocare this system is sufficient, not for anything that requires a custom look or easy ux.

I have been a DF client for a number of years and they keep getting better! I was recently Dx with COVID and had to cancel and reschedule all of our appts. With DFs two way text, email newsletters it was a breeze, I was able to sit in my bed and text all of our patients so we can come back to a full sched. Customer service is amazing, I have a dedicated rep that is a quick phone call away. Most of the time I call with a question, he will take care of the grunt work for me.

Tip for consumers:
I would say that you won't be disappointed!

Demandforce will most likely fail and won't be in business for long... Marketing companies like this are going downhill for basic and old school strategies. Good luck reaching out today's generation! :)

I have done lots of research on different companies. Demandforce had the knowledge and the best price for the service received. 1st off we signed on due to a promotional deal. This allowed our small business to try it risk free. After the 1st month, we had received 2x the business; the response from our clients was amazing. It has only gotten better since then. Our account manager Erik U. Is awesome at his job. Knowledgeable and always thinks outside the box. Not to mention he is easy to talk to doesn't make you feel like a bother. Always willing to text or email me if there is a problem. Demandforce itself is not without some flaws, but it is manageable and easy to use. We are so happy to have made the commitment to add them.

When you realize that the companies reviewed pay Demandforce for good reviews, then you cannot get an honest look at a what the customer base really thinks of their experience with a business. Businesses should love it... customer's should avoid using demand force as a review tool.

Horrible company that sticks you with a contract. They raise their prices and still are not able to get out of the contract. Their customer service is horrible. Try speaking to the manager Travis. They guy does not know what he is doing.
I feel like I'm trapped and there is no solution to any of our problems. They will keep on reminding you that you are basically in a contract and your stick.
STAY AWAY. They do not know what they are doing.
Please do your research as there are other companies that provide the same type of service but have no contracts.

For a website that "specialized in online reputation" and patient management, the level of customer service received from representatives of Demand Force was appalling. Went through the demo process, during the whole experience it was evident the only thing they cared about was your dollar. Asked repeatedly when our contract with our current provider would end and for us to send the contract over. Following the process we decided to NOT switch to Demand Force. At this news the account manager simply hung up on us. Horrible, horrible customer service. Ended up calling them back and asking to be removed completely from the database to stop all phone calls since we would NEVER switch to them following this experience. Avoid at all costs, all they care about is your dollar.

I switched from another company (who we had been with for years) to Demandforce about 3 months ago. We were looking for new patients and a better online experience for our existing patients. Boy am I glad we made the switch! In only three months Demandforce has generated over 30 reviews, increased our Google + reviews and we can now have our patients book on Yelp! I was really impressed with the initial training and was pleasantly surprised when they reached out to me to help me with our campaigns. Seriously, who does that? I have already recommended them to 3 other offices and without hesitation would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had a training session scheduled. At the last minute the trainer called my office to cancel. My dental office was closed for the training. A message that the training had been cancelled was received there AFTER I closed my office and drove in to the office. The trainer said he hoped he hadn't wasted my time.

They are paid to communicate. Why wasn't my email utilized? They are contracted to communicate to patients by email. Do they even do that? Well he did waste my time!

They have not yet rescheduled the training. Passive aggressive? Poor form for a "professional " company. Professional they definitely are not.

I'm glad I can get my complaint through Henry Schein company

They will claim that you are losing thousands of dollars by not using their CRM. We already have a CRM that I feel is better but all they do is bad mouth everyone that gets in the way of the sale. The sales person was insulting and didn't know his stuff. I have been a business owner for 12 years now and I know when to stay away. The first word out of his mouth was that your losing money every day that you delay signing up. He wanted me to sign the contract the very second he was done with the demo. When I said I have to sleep on it, he got upset. After researching the company and talking to other who tried them, I am glad I stayed away.

This is not a company that I recommend, our business had serious staffing issues and although we did not need there product at the timer felt pressured into trying it. When we were unable to use it we were told ok we can work with you but this is a lie, they did not work with us only cared about getting paid. Even when we cancelled it was hard and they tried to charge is more money. Stay away

I started with Demandforce about 3 months ago, and I was a little unsure if they would be able to provide the type of results I was promised for my dental practice, but for the price it seemed worth it to try. WOW! Not only did my business grow, but I had no idea how many of my patients liked the email and text reminders. I always took the old school approach, but the response from Demandforce's communications have made my patients much more engaged. Not only have my recall efforts improved, but they actually do leave reviews like Demandforce promised! I ask all my new patients how did you hear about us, and many say that they read some really great reviews about me and decided to come in. For other pediatric dentistries, I'd highly recommend them.

Before i got Demandforce, i did my research and was scared. The reviews on here are worse than the Google reviews (4 stars) for some reason. I liked the demo i had and they showed how much my auto shop can go up with the text messages they send. I mentioned these reviews and they gave me a free month to see results. The results came and was more than expected. Trust your gut and go with it.

Before Demandforce, I was spending thousands of dollars on marketing and Google ads. It was hard to keep track with so many systems in place. I was using Mitchell crm before and then noticed my customers complaining that they would get phone calls and forced to give reviews. I started losing customers b/c it was something they weren't comfortable with.

Demandforce was the best cost effective choice I made that gave me the MOST bang for my buck. Easily got reviews on GOOGLE, rather than Surecritic which many individuals never even heard of. Demandforce allowed me to track all my marketing and see how it worked and who was brought in from certain efforts. Thank you Demandforce!

We use Demandforce for two medical practices. The platform has been fantastic and easy for me, the Practice Administrator to customize as needed. I've been able to link our accounts directly to Google reviews. Patient reminders have saved our staff a lot of time. Majority of the feedback is that they appreciate the advanced, text reminders considering their appointments are scheduled a year out. Lastly, I have not had any issues with customer support. Every person I've worked with has been professional and helpful. The only issue I have ever had was our server was not syncing with the platform. We noticed it the first time; however, the second time they called me directly to fix the problem. Fantastic!
