Have made multiple orders this year and between the quick shipping and customer service everything has been top notch. Haven't had to return anything yet though so I can't review that aspect at this time.
Merchant choose USPS for shipping (always a gamble). Package arrived three days late (when I was no longer at the house) no door tag or pick-up slip. Had items sent back to merchant and they have yet to refund me. Now I have to chase them down for a refund. Not exactly convenient!

Tip for consumers:
Double check what you’re ordering.
Products used:
Exhaust, led headlight bulb, highway pegs, fuel tuner, handlebars, grips, bike cover, gloves, helmet.
Never received my exhaust pipes. Supposedly they were delivered. For good customer service why not just send another set? 103 dollars seems like a small amount to take care of a customer. Been here for awhile and never had anything stolen
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use them

None. Weren’t delivered
They say same day shipping and shipped mine in 5 days. Charged 50 dollars for shipping and sent it by mail which took over a week to receive it. Then someone called and said it would take 3 weeks because it was on back order when I had just received an email saying the part was in stock 15 minutes prior. No one seems to know what there talking about. Clinton Kenny was the only person that knew what was going on and I would give him 5 stars. As far as the company goes I will not deal with them again. Other parts I have ordered from other motorcycle dealers I have received within one week with no hidden costs. When I picked my part up at the post office as it was not even delivered to the delivery address it cost another $40. Not impressed at all.

I know whats in stock, they ship promptly and no issues with returns. Customer service I didn't ever have to deal with but for the older bikes you are kind of on your own when it comes to fitment, hence the appreciation of their return policy.
Tip for consumers:
If you try to search using an HD P?N you have to do deep search which is honestly a pita but it will work.

Spring clips, nose cover, floorboard kit and brake pads
If you have a problem with your product might as well return it. One of there products was wrongfully delivered to another house. They greeted me with a what do you want attitude on the phone. Was absolutely in helpful and refused to help. All I asked for was a email or call back when they received the return item. They blamed my neighbor for returning the package.
Do not use this company for tires. I just got a set of tires and the tires are over 4 years old. When I called customer service they said they can sell tires up to 6 years old. I have worked in tire stores for years. We do not sell tires on cars over 3 years old, much less on a motorcycle. When I called the "woman" in customer service was rude and offered no apologies or solutions other than they can sell tires up to 6 years old. NEVER AGAIN will they get a penny from me.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use Dennis Kirk

Their website prompts you to enter the make and model of your sled and shows you everything that is supposedly an "Exact Fit" but a lot of times is an exact fit ONLY if you have after market parts and modifications. Someone who trusts that they enter their model and they say exact fit, wouldnt necessarily know that. If you call and talk to their customer service it's a $#*!y woman who would rather sit there and argue with you about why you are wrong. I returned my $172 order using their return label they sent. They only sent me $58 refund. Of course when you call the customer service again the same woman said I should also get an additional $49 refund, but I never got it. Lesson learned and buyers beware. DO NOT use this site.
Tip for consumers:
Don't. Go use a different site.

Dennis kirk sent me a wrong part that was listed to fit my snowmobile, after sending it back i noticed they charged me double the shipping cost out of my refund for their screw up, i called them and they pretty much said too bad! I wont be dealing with these a-holes again!

I had used Dennis Kirk for years for my snowmobile parts needs. Then when I ordered a new helmet in January 2019 and it didn't fit, I returned it. Well they decided that since the tags were not still attached, but in the bottom of the box, they docked me 25% of my return value. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. I used to spend hundreds but will take my business elsewhere and hope everyone does the same.
My front wheel arrived from China before my back one arrives.
It came with two dents. Because lock down was happening and shops were closed I couldn't fit my wheels so took two month to be able to see that damage and when I emailed them they said it was passed the warranty. Then I sent photos and videos and they said they couldn't see it.
I was also emailing China probably because she couldn't even speak English properly. Another USA company sold to cheap Chinese products.
Purchased a jacket on a Sunday night at 8:06 that said free shipping. Got a confirmation email and was charged shipping. Ok. I obviously hit the wrong button. Within 5 min I tried to change the order and had to email since no one answered on a Sunday night. Called 8am Monday morning and asked to change shipping speed. She said it already shipped same day. It shipped between 8:06 and 8:12 on Sunday night? I was basically dismissed and hung up on.
Truth is the price was EXACTLY the same on Amazon. I went with you because of past experience and buying with a smaller more local company. If I just went with Amazon I would have hit change order and been done.
Tip for consumers:
Buy from Amazon or someone reputable

I buy motorcycle parts on a fairly frequent basis. Dennis Kirk is a good source for these parts. If they have what you are looking for, shipping is really quick! The website itself is a little awkward and cluttered. A little revamp on the website to make navigating it a little easier would help. Otherwise good place fast shipping!
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you are in the right section to search. Does a decent job searching for parts if you use the garage feature except for tires best not making that so specific.

Dennis kirk mailed me back the bib and boots, despite me telling them 3 times not to mail them back to me. I inspected the items and counted 8 random dog hairs between both items. I spent a whole 3 minutes wiping them off and now the items are new again. I will be mailing them back for my full refund.
Returned snowmobile boots and bib. Brand new, never worn. They accused me of wearing items, that they items were returned dirty, and boots had food on the bottom. All a lie! Boots were tried on in my kitchen and I assure you there was no food on the floor. The bib had tags on it and never worn and definitely not dirty. They are liars! Customer service was rude. Told me they would only reimburse 65% of my money.
I have been ordering from DK ever since i was a teenager racing MX, and you would think with an extensive order history i would be considered a "loyal" customer. Well, now 15 years later im still ordering from them and finally have a bad experience ( It happens). I ordered an intake from them for a 2019 Harley RKS and didn't need it, so i returned it. Not only did they deny my refund for my return, they damaged it when shipping it back to me and are also denying that as well. I must say, after being a good loyal customer to them, i would expect them to be the same to me, i guess not. I get it, at the end of the day its all about money, but luckily for me, i have the power of the internet to spread the word about this this company. I can say so much without saying a word. Thank you internet ;)
Sandy Boerner, Denis Keira and Travis did such an unbelievably poor job at customer service. Did not tried the slightest to resolve the issue. Did the bare minimum by responding to my emails but did not tried truc the issue. I emailed this company right after placing the order realizing that I had made a mistake in the address and the product. Asked to fix address, they didn't try to correct it…
Tip for consumers:
Do not go with this company

Order went in 1pm CST on a Friday. Paid Extra for 2nd day air. Thinking that sense they say same day shipping if ordered before 8pm CST it would ship Friday, dame day ordered. Wrong. Found out it it was still in Mn. At 1022 pm CST on Sunday night. Common sense tells me that 2 business days would be Friday and Monday, so package should have been here Monday not Tuesday. Deceptive business do not order from this company if your counting on same day shipping. Customer service is not helpful and very rude and very condisending.

Placed an order 2 months ago using affirm, the item was on backstock. Because they did not process it right away, when the item came back in stock, payment was rejected. I called DennisKirk immediately and spoke to someone I believe their name was Joy, and was told to ask affirm to re-process the order and they would put a hold on my order. No issue with affirm but when I called DennisKirk back I was told that my order was not on hold and was actually given to the next person in line. I canceled my order and went straight through MustangSeats even though I paid about $30 more I got the order within 2 days! Denniskirk is awful to deal with, go with a reputable dealer!

The holes in the bracket don't line up on a fatboy 2023 thank goodness I am good at improvising and had to drill holes in the bracket in order for it to fit. Please advise people this before buying or provide the proper bracket for the fatboy

I'm 45 & I've been ordering from Dennis Kirk since I was a teenager. They used to be the low price leader. Their customer service was 2nd to none. Many times I would order my tires from them after giving them the opportunity to price match a lower priced competitor. Win-win for me & for them. I Dave a few bucks, they still get a sale. However the last time I returned a headlight they tried to claim I damaged it. I argued that because there wasn't any damage from me. They reluctantly gave me my refund. But they openly questioned my integrity. This was one item out of a huge order.
Today I called DK to allow them the opportunity to price match a high ticket item from a legitimate competitor. First off, the person I spoke with had no idea what their price match policy was. After she discussed with a supervisor they looked up and found the competitor part and price. The next few minutes consisted of them finding reasons to deny the price match. Really? Dennis Kirk had a good run back in the day. They are dead to me now. I'll take my money elsewhere.
Had a cart totaling over $3,000 and called to see if they were willing to offer some sort of discount for a repeat customer with a large order. Called and spoke to Sarah who sounded less than willing and said she would check with her supervisor. Did not call be back the next morning like she said, so I called her. When we spoke she said that I had an order of about $150 from over a year ago that they accidentally refunded me for and that I have to ship these parts back or pay the balance due. I was less than thrilled and told Sarah that this was a mistake on their end, that I do not feel is my responsibility, and they had ample opportunity to reach out in the time in between. They were unable to accept responsibility for their mistake that happened over a year ago. Sarah was unprofessional and hung up the phone while I was talking. Needless to say they did not for one second sound thrilled that I wanted to buy 43 items totaling over $3,000 and they could care less if this order was placed or not. I will not be buying from Dennis Kirk anytime soon. In my opinion, if you are looking for parts Rockymountainatvmc.com is the place to go.
Bought a HJC helmet and extra mirrored shield. The internal Sun Visor doesn't work right and parts of the mirrored shield rubbed off after two cleanings. Admittedly I removed the HJC helmet decals so they won't accept a return (absolutely fair). But they won't honor HJC's 5 year warranty on RPHA Helmets. They say I modified the helmet so the warranty is void and HJC won't accept it. Warranty says, this warranty does not apply to any problems that arise from wearer's modifications, etc. When I called HJC to ask, they explained that since the Sun Visor is operated by an internal wire, taking off decals doesn't matter. They said Dennis Kirk can submit a warranty claim on my behalf to have it repaired by their distributor's warranty department. I called and e-mailed asking to speak to Travis the Supervisor but he won't call me back. Lol!
As far as the shield goes they said they'd send me a new one when they're in stock. I'm sure Ill never see it.
Out of curiosity. I e-mailed Revzilla and J&P to see what they would do with the same scenario and without hesitation they said no problem. A big departure from Sandy's tone filled e-mails.
This is quite honestly he worst Customer Service experience I've had in my life.
Don't just go else where. Run!
