My granny lost half her teeth, owing to age and resorting to household cures for all tooth problems. She absolutely hates putting in dentures that is when we decided to get a full mouth reconstruction done for her. The dentists at Dentzz were accommodating, patiently answering all the questions my granny posed. Fast forward two weeks, she cant stop teasing us about the fact that her teeth look so much better than everyone else in the house! Thank you Dentzz for your efficient service.
I'm writing this review over a year after a distressing experience with my dental treatment at Dentzz. Unfortunately, my journey has been a nightmare. I initially sought treatment here due to a broken front tooth crown right before my holiday in Dubai, thinking this clinic would provide the solution I needed. At first, I had a pleasant experience. The manager was attentive and welcoming, making me feel cared for until I chose a treatment option that differed from her more expensive recommendation. From that moment, I felt her interest wane. I was subjected to multiple unnecessary visits, which I initially thought were part of a caring approach. It soon became clear that the clinic was more focused on upselling expensive treatments than on my actual care. On the day of my surgery, I met with the surgeon, who was far from pleasant. After a traumatic experience where he drilled into my bone, he informed me that he didn't have the proper equipment to complete the procedure. I was left in a difficult position, after choosing to do my treatment while Im on holiday in Dubai. Only to be told I would need to return in 3 to 4 months. To make matters worse, after the surgery, I was sent away without a front tooth and with minimal explanation about what had transpired. The initial care I received seemed to vanish as soon as I opted for a more straightforward treatment plan. Once I returned to the UK, I visited a dentist in London for a second opinion. After X-rays and scans, it was confirmed that my sinus had been drilled into during the procedure in Dubai, which made any further work on my tooth extremely risky for at least four months. I also discovered that I required bone grafting and gum grafting. Now, a year later, I am still dealing with the repercussions of this experience. Not only has this surgery cost me a significant amount of money, but it has also wasted precious time during my holiday and created ongoing dental issues that I'm now managing in the UK. I truly hope no one else has to endure the same treatment I did at Dentz. Please be cautious and do thorough research before committing to any dental work here
You get what you pay for, although cheaper by the time you add with flights accommodation, pain and frustration it becomes more expensive than Australia.
I had an abscess inside the bone for one of 6 botched root canals they performed. The one tooth caused pain 6 months on and took antibiotics and pain medication to manage it.
Two years later the pain came back in a harsher way and I even flew to India for their alleged warranty but they avoided me like the plague until I had to fly back.
Now two of the root canals have a bad abscess and I need an apecoectomy to fix it. You get what you pay for and there is no way you can enforce a warranty on them.
Tip for consumers:
They do what they can to get you committed.
No way to get any warranty even if you fly back to India.
Botched work and pay more to get fixed after a lot of pain endured.
Needs to be some form of tourist consumer protection especially on health matters, they could get their licenses barred in any other countries for shoddy work.
My teeth had started decaying because of my addiction to coffee, it was so bad that my gums started darkening as well. So, for an expert opinion, I booked an appointment at Dentzz and was advised to go for a full mouth reconstruction since a couple of my teeth had cavities and some had started showing signs of decay. Looking at the condition, my procedure was initiated at the earliest and it went on for a week. I am really happy with my treatment and appreciate their services. I got the best natural looking implants!

I was looking to get some dental work done, searching online for options when I came across Dentzz. I got in touch with them over email and after a month of talking to them and lot of deliberation I jumped on the plane and flew down to Mumbai. I am glad that I made that decision as the experience has been great. I got 2 dental implants and a tooth whitening procedure done. Visiting a dentist scared me, since I was a child, but the treatments I underwent at Dentzz have been painless.

Hey, I am from Sydney, Australia. I was apprehensive about flying down to Delhi for my dental care needs, due to my fair share of bad experiences with dentists in Sydney. The root canal and dental implants procedures I went under were painless, the team here has been highly professional and I am happy that I received excellent service at a fraction of the cost of treatments in Sydney.
I have heard of stories that go on beyond the close door at the dentists clinic. I have been scared of dentists all my life. I ignored a toothache for two weeks, after which my adult brain decided a visit to the dentist had now become necessary. Turns out I had a cavity, which needed a root canal done. The dentist at Dentzz gave me an injection before the procedure after which I did not feel any pain as such. After all this time, I think a visit to the dentist is not so bad after all. The treatment I received here was of international standards and undoubtedly the best. I got three implants from Dentzz and I was very happy with the end results. The treatment was very affordable and did not cost me a fortune. Also the dentist and other staff were very warm, welcoming and extremely professional in their approach. Weve been travelling all over Australia to get the best treatment but it wasnt working out. A mate whod already visited Dentzz recommended them and we went for it. Dentzz picked us up by taxi right from the airport and made us completely comfortable. The dentists assessed us and we found out I needed 12 root canals and my wife needed a couple of more because they wanted to make sure that every minor problem was solved before it turned into something major. But even with all those root canals, it was all very painless which we really appreciate. And we got a nice little vacation.

My doctor was a root canal specialist and he used a tooth coloured filling to fill the cavities and make sure I am not affected by cavities again. I knew that I could not afford the dental care here in Australia as I had a lot of work to do. I checked out the website and I decided to call the clinic and spoke with one of the patient coordinators who was very warm and friendly on the phone.
They scheduled me for an dental work evaluation. When I arrived at the Mumbai airport, the clinic arranged my transportation and I was picked up at the airport and driven across the border to the clinic by one of their friendly driver.
They had also arranged my lodging for the next few days. The dental office was so nice and clean. It was newly renovated with brand new equipments.
