Because I didn't receive an email confirmation and I could not see the order in our portal I ended up placing another order. We ended up with a duplicate order.
We had to call in to request copies of invoices.

The lack of shipment tracking information was concerning, but luckily I was home to receive my order. It was delivered before the notification email even got sent to me.
I've already installed the battery for a week and a half before I got the delivery confirmation email.

I was looking for a battery for my Savi 8240 headset however, it appears there are a number of ones and I ordered one that had an on/off switch and it does not fit my headset.
Service was great however, I cannot use this.
