The lack of shipment tracking information was concerning, but luckily I was home to receive my order. It was delivered before the notification email even got sent to me. I've already installed the battery for a week and a half before I got the delivery confirmation email.
I ordered an item listed as "in stock" for same-day pickup. 3 days after i placed the order, the item was still not available for pickup. Contacted customer service a few times and even went to eh warehouse. Unfortunately, the item was not in stock and was being ordered from a separate warehouse. If you don't have it why sell it and waste may time?
Have had this type of phone for almost 40 years. I just love it. Can't wait to see how well it works. Ours was fading out and couldn't see half the numbers on display. Thank you!
It was the only place I could get this particular phone. Refurbished of course since they don’t make them anymore. I think. I have high expectations. Let’s hope it works! :)

Looked everywhere in Canada for a Dream Machine Pro. No one but deploydepot had it! Came fast, without issue and am very satisfied with customer service, as well as product.
Called at 16h00 and got it the next day. She literally ran out to catch FedEx to send my order. Find service like that in the world today…just amazing. Thanks!

Purchased an Ubiquiti Edgerouter and mounting kit, had answer to email inquiry within a couple of minutes. Quick shipping and reasonable prices, would buy from again and recommend.
Not HAPPY at all! I am in a pinch and needing the ordered item asap, now I'm delayed by two weeks due to incompetence on your end. It was order number: ******* which is for SKU 2200-*******-001 which includes the main base, however I received SKU 2200-*******-002 which is just the handset without the base making this item useless! If I didn't need this item so badly I would just cancell my order entirely, however this SKU 2200-*******-001 is very difficult to obtain online so I will just stick with you guys, however I'm done and won't buy anything ever again from DD and will advise my network of people not to either. I'm just so upset how you can mix up such a simple order in these difficult times!

Everything was going smooth until I was informed of the delay on my order. I understand that my item is stuck in flooded BC, but there must be some kind of work around.

I chose this product because my son wanted it for Christmas.
The online ordering system was having strange issues authorizing payments which had to be resolved by calling in but the rest of the process fas fairly quick.
Deploy depot always ships to me promptly and I'm always able to get what I need more reliably than from the US. I've built out a full unifi system purchased from them.
Would not accept my credit card, posted a charge on credit card after order cancelled, was finally negated. I got the same items immediately on Amazom, for less monet and no hassle

How nice that the Canadians have lived up to their reputation of being fair and nice. The US companies have been doing serious price gouging on the product I purchased. The cheapest I could find this part was at least triple the MSRP here in the US, so even with shipping from Canada it was less than half of the lowest price I could find in the US. Thank you and I'm sure I will purchase from you again!
Everything was as expected, shipping was very fast for international. Very pleased with purchase and should the need arise again for inventory that is hard to find, will gladly do business again.

Easy and quick but stock issue due to a bad number of products for our first order and we had to place a second one after seing others are finally available.

Communication was generally good and the price for the product was very good, but the products could not be delivered to me in time due to delays. I cancelled my order and my payment was refunded.
Ordered refurbished product that showed up in excellent condition. Had a glitch in payment that was resolved quickly with a phone call. Fast shipping and good price.
Good place to shop but shipping rates could be lower. Return policy for defective item was fairly easy to follow but again shipping cost is an issue.
