I called with questions about a phone and the person went and asked the techs immediately to get the answers I needed to make a decision on which was best. Great prices and fast delivery as well.

Buying and receiving product was great. Product is defective so I asked to return for an exchange, fillked in the required paperwork and still waiting for a reply.

Router I was interested in was back in stock before any other vendor I could find in Canada (most vendors out-of-stock for weeks or months). Item shipped in a timely manner.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Deploy Depot. The ordering process is very simple, and the staff on site for order pick up are always very friendly and helpful.

Costs less than ordering directly from the manufacture with amazingly fast shipment and delivery. I am very happy with their service and will order from DeployDepot again.

Ordering online was a breeze, it took minutes, registration included. Once ordered, it took 4 days to receive my order, and I live in a remote area, it was a pandemic and in Christmas time.

I ordered several items. One of the items I ordered was for 99 cents and was described as only the "case". Normally the item is a case and power supply together. Considering that the power supply is normally $50-$60 the price did not seem unreasonable for the case as the power supply alone is $50-$60.

I ordered and paid pull price for the power supply separately.

After a couple days, I noticed that the order was still in fulfillment. I contacted customer service and they indicated they could not locate the item (which is disappointing). To be honest, I think the customer should have been contacted to escalate the situation - not the customer checking in to see why there was a delay. Further, I tried to communicate to the service rep that while I appreciate the refund of the 99 cent item, but I no longer need the power supply (which was supposed to complement the case).

The customer service rep didn't understand and ended up still charging me and shipping me the item.

Other items in the order are as expected.

Alicia was quick to respond to my e-mail questions prior to purchase. A quick phone call post-purchase to confirm shipping status was also politely handled and informative.

I live in rural Manitoba so I liked the option of choosing the type of shipping because some forms of shipping don't know how to delivery to my address.

This is one of the quickest deliveries I have ever received and it works. I have ordered others cords and not one worked until I bought the one from you guys. Thank you

There was a mistake in my order so I had to send back some material and wait while they sent me back the rest of my order.
I did get a beanie in compensation though.

Response was quick but I'm disappointed that the shipping method used to send me the rest of my order. Unnecessary delay.

Item although sold as refurbished looks new to me, shipping was extremely quick even though I took the cheapest route. Very happy with purchase overall.

Ordered some cameras in mid December, they shipped Canada Post but got delayed around the holidays. Had some other products shipped around same time by FedEx and they arrived in 3 days

Had an issue with payment.
Customer service contacted me really fast and resolved the problem.
I'll do business with them again when the time comes.

I order one PoE+ injector and chose the "pick up" delevery option. Got a message a few hours later that my order was ready, so I had my order the same day. Very satisfied about that fast service.

Had order 1 unfi AP from another site as they said it was in stock, 3 weeks later still did not receive the item. Check DD, and item was in stock. Delivered in 3 days.

I found an article that it wasn't any place and in stock! I went to pick up it 20' minutes after and I received my order perfectly as I asked! The situation was rush and you sauved me gays!

I was desperate to receive this component promptly. Impossible to find on Amazon.
DeployDepot was able to provide the component and shipped immediately.

DeployDepot is one of the few places that I regularly purchase from. The shipping to the Maritimes is pretty quick. The occasional chocolate treat is a nice touch:-)

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered my item. I thought it would take at least a month to receive my item but surprisingly it took only a week. Pleasant experience!
