The lack of shipment tracking information was concerning, but luckily I was home to receive my order. It was delivered before the notification email even got sent to me. I've already installed the battery for a week and a half before I got the delivery confirmation email.
I ordered an item listed as "in stock" for same-day pickup. 3 days after i placed the order, the item was still not available for pickup. Contacted customer service a few times and even went to eh warehouse. Unfortunately, the item was not in stock and was being ordered from a separate warehouse. If you don't have it why sell it and waste may time?
Easy and quick ordering experience. Straight forward and when I spoke to a customer representative they were very helpful.
At first I did not trust the site but seeing that my delivery was the next day I was so happy the price is amazing I recommend people to buy from the site and they are right here in Canada
