The lack of shipment tracking information was concerning, but luckily I was home to receive my order. It was delivered before the notification email even got sent to me. I've already installed the battery for a week and a half before I got the delivery confirmation email.
I ordered an item listed as "in stock" for same-day pickup. 3 days after i placed the order, the item was still not available for pickup. Contacted customer service a few times and even went to eh warehouse. Unfortunately, the item was not in stock and was being ordered from a separate warehouse. If you don't have it why sell it and waste may time?
I called to find out if a product was in stock.
I was told the item is in stock. I placed the order only to have to order cancelld right away.
Very pleased that deploydepot carries the part I needed, as the phone company that provided the phone to me doesn't. Very quick delivery.
And the shopping experience was excellent! Needed some AP's, very specfic ones i was looking for and the checkout experience was easy.
I was limited to 2 per customer at another site, so i came here and bought four more.
