After we ordered this Northern Telecom office phone (labelled as 'refurbished' but actually NEW!) on a Monday morning we were more than pleasantly surprised to find it deliveredy to our doorstep within 24 hours! What wonderful service!

DeployDepot has an easy to find what you are looking for setup. Prices matched or beat other places online. Quick delivery of all the products I have ordered. I also like the stock notification option, keeps me up to date with inventory availability.

I only buy my IT equipment from DeployDepot.ca! They always pick up the phone when I call, as well as provide great product recommendations for my projects. Fast Shipping (They actually hold tons of stock at their warehouse! And don't just drop ship like the other guys). Give them a chance, you won't regret it.

Was looking for a Ubiquiti Smart Plug which had been listed for some time but not in stock. I signed up for their email notification. Worked great. Got the email, immediately purchased the part and it was delivered in a couple days. Perfect transaction. Will definitely use DeployDepot again as need arises and would recommend them to others.

I normally buy on Amazon but could not find a particular Ubiquiti Access Point in stock. While searching for alternatives, I found DeployDepot. Everything went as expected but I called them at the last minute to check if I could upgrade my shipping to have the items sooner. They were very friendly and helpful and upgraded my order to overnight shipping without an issue. I have not had this kind of personalized service in a while. The items arrived the next day and have been working perfectly since being setup. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Very happy with this good quality phone to replace my previous similar phone that lasted 30 years. They had a wide selection with good descriptions so that I could find the features I needed that would work with my home phone connection. I also talked with a DeployDepot customer service member, who was knowledgeable, helpful and answered my questions right away. I appreciate the one-year guarantee, which proves that they stand behind their product in case I have any issues.

I really find Unfortunate that they are not open for pickup after 5 pm. It would be very interresting if they can accept pickup til 6h30 7 pm. This will give so much convenient for lot of people and businesses to have access to pickup their stock after the regular business hours of 9 to 5 also for traffic things issue when they are outside montreal... This will be very nice instead of having to pay expensive shipping fees and can't have your devices on time...

I ordered a network switch and said I would pick it up, to save the shipping cost, when the order was ready. The next day the package arrived at my door, with free shipping. Thanks for the great service.

One item was accidentally left out of my order, called customer support and was happy to find I was talking to someone right at the company who was able to quickly resolve the issue and send me the extra item in a few days time. Very pleased to find companies that offer good service!

It was very good and very quick

I ordered an item listed as "in stock" for same-day pickup. 3 days after i placed the order, the item was still not available for pickup. Contacted customer service a few times and even went to eh warehouse. Unfortunately, the item was not in stock and was being ordered from a separate warehouse. If you don't have it why sell it and waste may time?

My first experience with DeployDepot has been excellent! They shipped my order the day I placed it, provided emails with shipping information and a final email to ensure the product arrived. I'll definitely order from them again.

During my transaction I had to speak to customer service because I put the incorrect billing address. They were quick and professional, rectifying the situation very quickly. The items showed up before the estimated time given.

Ordered ethernet patch cables. After receiving a phone call from customer service, the price listed on website was an error for the cables, as I paid for 50 at $. 99 ($. 99 vs $7.99). I was sent another invoice for $367.50 ($7 x 50 + GST) to cover the error listed on the website.
I needed the cables quick and had selected next-day air shipping.
After proceeding with the higher price, they had to transfer in some of the patch cables from another location.

I was told it would be shipped out the next day. I followed up 2 days later and they said it was going to be shipped the next day. I then followed up again 2 days later and was told it would be shipped the next day.

They eventually showed up a few days later after the last time I called.

I normally have a better experience, but this last one makes me question future business.

I ordered a landline phone. When I sent the order in, almost immediately received a phone call to verify my order. Apparently there are two
Different types which I was not aware of and had ordered wrong one. They gave me all the info on the analog, cancelled my previous order and placed the new order which I might add arrived in 2 days. This is no doubt exceptional service. Thank you.

I tried to order a gift card online twice. The billing portion warns you to enter the payment information, including name and address exactly as it would appear on my bill. Which I did. Both times, however, it declined the transaction. On the third attempt, I had to get my credit card company on the phone and do a conference call with them and the Deploy Depot Representative before the credit card company was comfortable to allow the transaction to be processed a third time. That time, I did it over the phone with the Deploy Depot Representative. If I buy more gift cards from them in the future, I will only be doing so over the phone until they update their website and payment handling processes.

Unifi Access points on the website indicated no POE injectors and needed to be purchased separately. I purchased 2 POE Injectors and when I received the products the AP units actual had POE injectors so unwanted my money on purchasing them. Make sure you confirm that they do or don't have them included. I contacted the online customer service chat and they told me to purchase the ones I did so obviously don't work for me.

Incorrect information regarding

I wanted to get an HP Comfort Grip Wireless mouse which I love using but which I don't think HP even makes anymore. The ordering was simple, but to pay $21.88 shipping on a $30.99 product is a little crazy. Still, there was nowhere else to buy this mouse, so I acquiesced.
