I had my order cancelled, I guess there was a pricing error but instead of contacting me they just went ahead and cancelled my order. These were Ubiquiti products that go out of stock quick so I wish they would have contacted me first before risking me losing stock.

Gave me an explanation as to why it was cancelled and I don't think understood why I was upset that I could have lost my stock with an item I needed. Price wasn't the main factor in the order, I was just glad there was stock in Canada.

Very first experience tried to purchase a laptop was a great deal found out it was refurbished, I don't mind to me that just means that it has been checked twice. After purchasing the laptop that said 14 were in stock I received an email that said there was a discrepancy and the laptop is no longer available

I know you are a reseller, and I respect that, but having no tech support for products that are extremely expensive is not good.
I just pay $400 for two dishes, and they do not perform as advertised, then you forward me off to Ubiquiti, and they are not helping.
Now that the products you sent me are not working, it seems I have become a pain in your side, and I didn't ask to "have a problem"

We are grateful to have found a supplier in DeployDepot who was able to provide us with headsets we required for our Call Centre.
Many other vendors did not have supply, but DeployDepot delivered!
We will definitely use them for all of our future headset requirements, and will investigate what other product offerings they have.

Site is friendly, easy to find and buy geeky stuff. Communication after having purchased the item(s) was clear and I was informed of each step in the process. Price was also a factor: they were as the same price point as ‘the big dudes on the net' so my choice of buying local was obvious.

My item arrived a day earlier than anticipated based on the tracking. When I received my item there were chocolates and sticky notes included (both of which are very much appreciated). The product itself (I have only used for about a half day) is fantastic, I am able to move around my home while in meetings. I am able to use the mute function- the audio is very clear and the headset itself is very comfortable to wear.

Very good inventory availability, prices higher then other places. Support are very helpful but they do not go the extra mile. They helped me with the products but did not mention that the unit need an external power source that is not included.

I'll let you know upfront, that I don't buy a lot of products online. This, however, was a great experience. The website was user friendly and I could tell exactly what I was purchasing. I requested the least expensive shipping and the package arrived in four days, much sooner than I expected. The produce was exactly what I was looking for. Deploy Depot provided a great product and shopping experience.

Every part of this transaction was excellent. Finding and selecting the items I needed was easy. Shipping is fast. The products are always excellent and function exactly as they should. I highly recommend DeployDepot for all electronics supplies.

DeployDepot is my new favorite electronics company. I bought a couple of refurbished items and they were indistinguishable from new; a very pleasant surprise!

And by the way; their employees are both helpful, and pleasant to deal with.

I spent over an hour on the website choosing just the right phone for my mother in law. I was happy with the help I got from customer service. I made my order and waited, and waited. After about 5 days I had to inquire why my phone hadn't shipped and they told me they do a final check on each order to make sure there are no issues with the product. Not a major deal but would have been nice to know because my mother in law's original phone died and I needed a quicker replacement. With the good and the bad I give the experience 3 stars.

Ordered Grandstream HT802 to replace an old VoIP adapter having audio problems. In spite of a busy holiday time the order was shipped very promptly and was delivered without any delays. The product is working fine. Thank you!

The product we ordered was as expected and delivered faster than I thought.
It is great that DeployDepot refurbishes items not available elsewhere. They go to people who want them and stay out of landfills.

The folks at deploy depot where at the top of their game, reaching when i was having issues with my order, readily available on the phone when i called several times. The issues were on my end not theirs but they were very helpful in solving.

Ordered a UniFi wireless bridge at a very good price. I could see that inventory updated online immediately (it went from '2 available' to 'not in stock'), and very quickly I received serial updates confirming credit card processing, order preparation, shipment labeling, and shipment. The order arrived the next day, and followup emails made me aware that the package was in my receiving department, while also providing me with a final invoice. The product was correct and in good shape. Everything in this transaction was top notch.

DeployDepot was quick to acknowledge the sale, shipping, tracking even niotifying me when the package was delivered. Keeping me informed at the different stages of the process was amazing, something you rarely see from companies that carry such a great variety of products.
As well, they had the best pricing for the product.

Expeditious shipment. Ordered night of Feb. 9th, received morning of Feb. 11th.

Received product in excellent condition --- looks brand new (could not tell that it is in fact refurbished).
Immediately hooked up the Vista 350 and it worked outright. Just like my old Vista 350,29 years ago.

I received the product quickly, within days. Prices are reasonable. Your search function needs to be improved. As a novice techie, using the search parameters i recieved an unmanageable volume of results. Not being familiar with specific terms, narrowing the results was difficult. Until i figured out the exact name of the item. If i was less persistent, i probably would have given up and gone to another vendor.

I had a great experience working with DeployDepot. I initially spoke with someone via online chat and they went the extra mile to verify what they had in stock was a specific hardware revision of a router I needed. I ran into a somewhat-expected problem ordering online (related to the total value and shipping internationally) and spoke with someone on the phone who was able to work around the problem within a couple minutes. A few days later, I received the products without any problems at all.

Ordered off amazon but in stock doesn't mean in stock...
Placed my order gave me a error, called support and was resolved in seconds.
Will order all my Unifi equipment from here now
Shipping prices could be improved but i was in a jam so it worked just fine.

Easy and smooth transaction. I messed up my first order so ordered again. They fixed my mistake and shipped the same day. A day later they showed up. They have earned my trust and will order again when I need something. Safe place to deal with for sure.

I placed an order with a few items and one of the items sent was incorrect. I called and was able to easily speak with a person who was able to send me the correct item and a return label. Although I would have appreciated something for the inconvenience of their mistake, all is well that ends well.

I was looking for an ER-X for a while and found it on DeployDepot.ca. Support was very responsive and friendly. I was even offered to pickup my order the same day I placed it, but went with the shipping, which was super fast too.
Definitely recommend this place!
