The lack of shipment tracking information was concerning, but luckily I was home to receive my order. It was delivered before the notification email even got sent to me. I've already installed the battery for a week and a half before I got the delivery confirmation email.
I ordered an item listed as "in stock" for same-day pickup. 3 days after i placed the order, the item was still not available for pickup. Contacted customer service a few times and even went to eh warehouse. Unfortunately, the item was not in stock and was being ordered from a separate warehouse. If you don't have it why sell it and waste may time?
I am deeply unsatisfied with Deploy Depot. I ordered 4 Ubiquiti ViewPort PoEs well over a month ago and nothing has arrived. I've called Deploy Depot to try and get help, but nobody has returned my call or fixed the shipping issue. I'm currently out 1,200 Canadian Dollars and behind on a critical project. If DeployDepot reaches out to me and gets my order to me in a timely fashion, I will update this review.
The customer service person was very nice, but I still don't have my shipment.

Headset works well. Good sound. Three different size earpieces that are comfortable even after a 9:00 to 5:00 day. The over-the-ear part is much more comfortable than the Plantronics CS540 that starts hurting after an hour, let alone a full day.
Would recommend (CS530)
I purchased the Telkonika RUT950 as an internet solution for a cottage using an existing cellular contact I have with Bell. I am pretty happy with the results. Only complaint is that the device seems to have some difficulty connecting through a cellular booster. Took a while to get it to work. The issue may be with the booster I have which is I think an older model.
I received my delivery before the status on the webpage was updated. While I really appreciate the speed and love supporting a local business, I shouldn't have to call to follow up on an order because I haven't received any updates.
Bought the Ubiquiti UniFi UAP-AC-PRO Access Point. First time customer, and hadn't really heard of Deploy Depot previously, so I made the purchase with a little trepidation about the level of service. I need not have worried. Quality product, good price and fast shipping. Kept me informed via email throughout the process. First class service, highly recommended.
I ordered 120 patch cord cables 6 inches long. Some of them are 5 inches, the majority is 6 inches, some of them 7 inches and one 8 inches. I would have like to have them all the same lenght wich is more nice looking.

They usually have stock of what we need and it's shipped quickly, or its ready the same day for local pickup which comes in handy.

Shipping or pickup times always quick. Customer service when needed is excellent. Prices always competitive and usually lower than competitors even Amazon.
Overall positive, but they spam you with requests for review. I've gotten one order from them and I've been asked probably 4-5 times to rate my experience and whatnot. Quite annoying.

I did not know about DeployDepot before, and found them while I was looking for a specific item, which was in stock nowhere else. I saw the item I wanted, and thought: they have it in stock, slightly cheaper than on the brand's name store, so I though: let's give them a change, they are a local business and I could do with a new place I can trust to buy my hardware, so I took a dive!
Saw they had an item in stock I had been searching store for a good price, plus they are a local business, which I prefer.

Everything is fine but expected faster shipping since they say they are in montreal (we are not far). Was surprised to see item ship from the south of the USA, took a whole week to get here.
Great service but disappointed about shipping costs. Why could the product not be sent REGULAR parcel service with Poste Canada? It was not an urgent delivery... Thank you.

It would be helpful if there was an option for those of us who are reselling the products who have fairly high sales to be offered a small discount on products.
