I don't know how to answer the reply without losing the first review, sir i didn't say am not ( satisf) with my bag i say ( I didn't receive it al all) that was before 3 month maybe and its not the first site who doing this to me that why i writers about who fool me and not keep there word!

Ok so I researched so many different websites and instagram pages looking for quality high end, trustworthy products. Buying these things, especially over the internet, are super scary because you never know what you're going to get. When I bought this bag, I was really scared about the payment method because it seemed a little fishy to me. But Emily made me feel very reassured and did not push it on me at all. I was beyond impressed with how QUICK I received my bag and how amazing the customer service is. I bought a Louis Vuitton Brittany and I am OBSSESSED with it. The packaging was amazing. It even comes with the Louis tags and everything. Not one person would ever question if it was real. This is by far the best purchase I have ever made and I plan on making many more in the future. This company is not worth your money, I spent 450 for a bag I never received. I bought it on feb 24 th, now they are telling me they lost it or may be my courier company lost it n no solution my friend told me about this that they do this a lot but I guess I learnt my lesson, if you are thinking of buying anything from them you are putting your money on stake plus I have filed a complaint in Custom about this company like purse valley they are also going to go down, dont send them money they will never send you your bag even if they will custom will never release it so please stop wasting your money with companies like these

They told me after picking up my money that the items are not good quality and to select something else. I selected other items and have not heard back from them. They took my money and have stopped responding. I am really upset.

Update - I finally started getting a response at webchat and I was told my items will be shipped in perfect quality... the women told me they are very busy at this time... looking forward to getting my items now. Will do another update once I reciece my items..

Couldn't find the bag I was looking for anywhere so I did some research and found out about Designersdiscreet, they have such a wide variety of bags that I've never seen on any other website. I just got my bag delivered and I'm already in love with it, the quality is perfect and it got delivered before the estimated time.

Emily was very gracious about my hundred questions and did not waste too much time responding on Wechat. We recd the bag late. The bag was not like the quality we were expecting, not one answering on we chat and we are basically stuck with some thing we want replaced. Terrible service. There are hundreds of companies selling better replicas at half price.

I ordered a Louis Vuitton Neverfull with the fuschia lining interior, a Louis Vuitton Trocadero, and a Chloe Hudson and am completely shocked at the quality of my bags. Shipping was very fast (about a week) which surprised me since most of the reviews say it takes a while to get your bag. As someone who bought exclusively authentic before I am considering buying more replicas in the future because hey why not save money if you can?
