I purchased prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses, twice. I needed help reordering the first pair as they got stolen - customer service helped out and got the order placed for me. Couldn't find this specific frame anywhere! Always packaged with great care.
Ordered on dec 1st Ordered on dec 1st, called 7 times,still waiting on supplier,usually 3 days.on 16th frames arrive and customer service rep would not even put a rush on my frames at the lab, just 5 to 10 days,then we will mail them.Oh I also paid for express shipping.So I guess I will my glasses around jan 10th or so.40 days to get...go else where, lots of much faster companies that care if you are a customer or not
I absolutely love my new glasses. Super fast shipping and well package md. These frames are a beauty. Clear with a light tint of gray.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered kendall and kylie BLUSH PINK glasses, they sent me a BROWN pair instead, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS MIND YOU. ANNNNDDD THEY ARE GOD DAMN KNOCK OFFS

They like to charge your account $158.32 and lose your product. I would NEVER buy anything from them again.

Some brands or styles have to be direct ordered from manufacturer. If you're not wanting to wait, order styles that are "in stock". Some reviews have mentioned long shipping times, this is the reason. It's unfair to give a bad review over something they have no control over.

I received my Versace 3186 Eyeglasses in black they are great! The lenses fog up a bit but they are nice other than that. Would recommend!
