I purchased prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses, twice. I needed help reordering the first pair as they got stolen - customer service helped out and got the order placed for me. Couldn't find this specific frame anywhere! Always packaged with great care.
Ordered on dec 1st Ordered on dec 1st, called 7 times,still waiting on supplier,usually 3 days.on 16th frames arrive and customer service rep would not even put a rush on my frames at the lab, just 5 to 10 days,then we will mail them.Oh I also paid for express shipping.So I guess I will my glasses around jan 10th or so.40 days to get...go else where, lots of much faster companies that care if you are a customer or not
II hesitated to order from this company because of negative reviews, but I had two flawless transactions, and my frames cost less than half of what they would have been locally. My experience with them was excellent.
Both times I ordered I checked by phone to make sure the frames were in stock. I called during their listed open hours; the phone rep was personable and friendly. After I placed my order I got periodic email updates and tracking information, and my frames arrived exactly as predicted.

Both pairs of glasses that I ordered both pairs took a month to get delivered which is not what the website told me and no notification that it was going to be late I had to reach out each time I ordered.

They sent me the wrong glasses and I have been trying to return them for over a week. I have been on hold 4 separate times for 30 or more minutes. The voice prompt tells me that there are over 40 people in the queue. Emailed them 5 times, still with no response. They clearly have no customer service to speak of. Now I have to resort to calling my credit card company to tell them to reverse the charges. I'm very skeptical about this company because the management is not clearly listed on the website and Google searches barely shows anyone who works there. Stay very far away from this company.

Was excited to order from. Them and really liked the price. But I have yet to receive the product. Tracking says it was shipped Jan 10, it is now 60 days since ordering and the company refused to refund our money or ship an new product. All the do is give us the run around saying to wait another week, they are unable to process the refund and the manger is out of office. Very disappointed as we will now have to file a claim thru our credit card company. Will never use them again

Terrible experience ordering online, getting any customer service. I now need to return the glasses I ordered, since They sent me my frames with non prescription lenses. Hoping I get a refund but not holding my breath based on other reviews.

Great price, fast shipping, overall happy with my experience. Had some doubts about the legitimacy of their website, but received continuous updates of the status of my purchase throughout its delivery. Item itself is genuine pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Only wish I had known the sunglasses I picked in particular had such a lighter lens tint than I had expected, they practically look like reading glasses! Oh well, still love the frames. Will be sure to purchase from DesignerOptics once more, and get another pair in a darker shade next time.

I got flex frames back in 2019 and the one part they don't mention is the hinge joins are NOT flexible... at ALL. So upon their very first encounter with my toddler she tore the left arm off the pair. No biggie, I thought, I'll just get it fixed! Well apparently the only way to fix it was to buy a new pair of frames and my optician wanted to charge me $400 for the frames and repair! Luckily Designer Optics has them for a bargain price in comparison... now I can wear my year old NEW glasses, lol. Thank you!

Where do I start? Bought expensive sunglasses, they took payment immediately and then proceeded to ignore emails asking for shipment. We are now in day 7 and still no shipment of my sunglasses. Never again.

My first time purchasing glasses online. Was a little nervous and hesitant to order any type of glasses online as I have worked in the optical field for a few years and had read some reviews. I decided to take a chance and buy MK glasses, just the frames only though. Price was very good less than $60 and it was delivered within a week, came with a case and cloth. Only thing was the there was only 2 bridge sizes to choose from but ill still make the size I got work becasue I love the frames! With this experience I would order from here again. Thanks!

I am in love with my new Gucci sunglasses! Just make sure you pay with a credit card because if the post office loses them in transit you are on your own. But these arrived in better than perfect condition for a great price!

Ordered and received product just shy of 3 weeks later which was expected for prescription glasses. They were one of the only dealers with the exact frames I wanted. There was confusion about my script so they called & emailed. I received updates throughout the process. I would definitely order from them again. The only thing that could improve is I received a Dior Homme (men's) case for my Lady Dioro (woman's) glasses. I would much prefer a case that doesn't say "Homme" on it lol. Glasses themselves are perfect!

They're a scam do not use I placed an order on 2/9/21 for eye glasses that I desperately need. After waiting a week for a delivery confirmation I reached out via chat all they say is that my item is on back order and do not know when they'll be in stock... they have complaints every other week on the BBB about delivery and processing issues. Their customer service is nonexistent the only way to get a hold of someone is their chat or via email. They told me a manager would get to me "sometime". So you end up spinning your wheels on getting a resolution.

I've purchased an eyeglass with 3-6 days shipping for extra $35. After 7 days when I emailed them, they've told me you should wait and no more information! Because we are in this pandemic time! I said ok! But the pandemic has started a year ago and you didn't edit your shipping options on your website. You could mention that by few words. They apologized and promised me to refound my extra shipping fee. After two days they've emailed me and told me that they can't refound it because I live in Canada not US. That was my story. I told them that I'll write this for they customers.
Just wanted you to know so please double check everything with them before placing your order. They'll take no responsibility even about what they promise to do!

I just received my 2 pairs of sunglasses from them and one of the pairs Dior I got a wrong size protective case while the other pair Prada is scratched. No resolution provided by customer service team. Ignoring my messages. Very disappointed as I bought so many pairs from them before and did not have any issues. Definitely will not purchase again. I ordered 2 pairs of frames and paid expedited shipping. One pair was shipped immediately and then 4 days later I found out that the other pair had been discontinued. Two days after my 1st pair was on a truck for delivery (UPS), it did't show up until a week later (the box was completely crushed), so they're going back.
Customer service was somewhat helpful, it's been 3 days and I haven't received my requested Return Authorization.

I ordered sunglasses 1 month ago and they came in with scratches. Since then I have been unable to get a return authorization number to send the product back. No response from customer service. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. The small savings they offer are not worth the risk.

Placed order on their online shop for a pair of sunglasses with prescription. Input all requested information regarding my prescription and then they charged my card. Two weeks later, still no delivery or communications from them so I emailed asking what the status was. They said that they were still waiting for the frame from the manufacturer. Another week goes by and I ask what the status is, they say they will receive the frame in a day and send it to the lab for the prescription. Today, I get an email saying that they are unable to put a prescription in these frames. Unbelievable. They obviously don't even know what products they carry can/can't have prescriptions added. Save yourself a lot of headache. This place is not worth the headache.

I greatly appreciate how easy of a process to order and I absolutely love my frames. However, I paid $20 extra for 2 day shipping but didn't receive my frames until 5 days later. When I tried to reach customer service, I received a recording advising they were closed for the holiday. I called the first week of October and I'm not sure what" holiday " there was around that time.

I made two orders from them. The first one for $85, I received the glasses without a case but they sent me a case after contacting the customer service by email.
But my second order for $200 was NEVER delivered! Even it was saying delivered in their website. I tried to call them but no one answers the calls. Even the email support are not answering my emails.
