I purchased prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses, twice. I needed help reordering the first pair as they got stolen - customer service helped out and got the order placed for me. Couldn't find this specific frame anywhere! Always packaged with great care.
Ordered on dec 1st Ordered on dec 1st, called 7 times,still waiting on supplier,usually 3 days.on 16th frames arrive and customer service rep would not even put a rush on my frames at the lab, just 5 to 10 days,then we will mail them.Oh I also paid for express shipping.So I guess I will my glasses around jan 10th or so.40 days to get...go else where, lots of much faster companies that care if you are a customer or not
I was type skeptical initially because of the fantastic prices, but upon receiving my order in a reasonable time (especially considering crisis in America) & through authentic check- I was extremely satisfied. 5 stars forsure.

From the moment I was looking for my new glasses to the moment I received them in the mail I felt taken care off all the time. The frames are beautiful and great quality. And the price is just unbelievably low. I already recommended Designer Optics to few of my friends!

Company has forced me to use my own courier to return the frames which they had sent from USA to Canada due to their staff negligence. I have been asking for the refund since Nov'20 but they didn't take corrective action. I have not see. Such a company in my entire life. They will block your Tweets if you talk the truth about them, this company should be banned to do business.

If you want to buy something from a business that doesn't ship within the days advertised and blocks you on social media when you ask for a refund this is the place! Email does not work as well. They do not contact you if you fill out a form online.

Order glasses with prescriptions two weeks ago. Paid for next day shipping plus priority processing for 30 bucks and still have not gotten them. They keep saying the lens are in the lab then they say the frames are in the lab. They said they would refund my 30 bucks for shipping and still haven't done that. Now they just flat out ignore me, I am just going to have to dispute the transaction. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices because you will not get your product.

Prescription glasses takes more time for lab processing as it goes through rechecking, inspection to meet the perfection.

I received my glasses, but they were made wrong. When I contacted them, I was told that lenses are non-refundable. My argument was this shouldn't apply when they make an error. I pursued it for a few months and as it stands now I have only the frames and I am out the full price. Better Business Bureau was no help. All they have to do is put the same prescription in every pair of glasses and keep making money. Don't waste your money. You may get what you ordered, but you also may not.

Glasses took over a month from the order date to ship. They were received broken and incorrect lens type. The frames we're obviously cracked when the prescription lenses were put it, but that didnt stop this company from sending them in the mail anyways. I also paid $50 extra for mirror lenses, which I did not get. Attempts to get a refund went ignored. I was finally able to get ahold of someone who wants me to pay to ship these across the county to the lab to be "analyzed". What a joke

Terrible customer service, two weeks after ordering my item I've not received as much as a notification that my glasses are being made in the lab. Funny thing is I ordered some prescription sunglasses from a competitor that manufactures everything in China and they got my glasses to me faster.
The fact of the matter is that this is a terribly run company, I've requested a refund several times to no avail. I was promised my glasses by July 31st which is... tomorrow, which I don't see being plausible considering I haven't received a shipping notice.
Don't shop here. Go to Zenni or go anywhere else.

I've ordered from this company(Designer Optics) several times which initially was great, however my experience with the last order -- eyeglass frames-- ( Feb. This year) has been nothing but problems -- I can't seem to get anyone on the phone( my last call was a 2hr wait --no answer) sent an e-mail still no response.(Note: I have spoke with a rep. But the issue with this current order has not been resolved) I question if this company is still in business or has cut back. My only option was to contact my credit card company file a claim to reverse the charge. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company or order at your own risk!

I recently broke my glasses that I purchased online at a different site. I was able to find the exact same Vera Wang frames for half of what I originally paid. When they arrived, I popped my lenses out of the old ones and they fit perfectly into the new frames. I am happy with my purchase.

Bought these for my 2 year old, as he broke his last pair. They take a good bit of abuse but an arm eventually was torn off. They came in a really cute case and wrapped in a ziplock baggy, clean and in perfect condition. Brought them right to the optometrist to have the lenses put in and fit perfectly.

Placed an online order for frames (no Rx). I received the shipment, however, it only contained a case for the glasses and not the frames ordered. After contact they indicated they would investigate and get back to me, which has not happened. Disputed the charge with paypal and they used the fact that I received the shipment as reason to support the seller. So I am out the money and did not received the product I paid for. I shop almost exclusively online and this is the worst customer service experience I have encountered. Advise to stay away and look elsewhere for you glasses needs.

I ordered Ray-Ban Justin's. I have tried this model on 3 different times in stores and they all fit great! The glasses that designer optics sent me are absolutely huge! Don't even come close to fitting my face. Because they were ordered with prescription, they will not refund my money. I doubt these are even Ray-Ban and may be knock-offs! The lenses aren't great either! I strongly advise not to purchase from this site!

This company did send me a quality pair of glasses at a great price. But... the frames I picked out were out of stock, and I wasn't told this until a week after I ordered. The company did not communicate with me. When I contacted them they were always on vacation for Jewish holidays. I'm glad I primarily wear contacts because waiting almost two months for these glasses would have put me in a real bad spot if I needed them for primary wear. I won't use them again.

I got my frames faster than expected... The only thing was the plastic part of the arm that goes behind the ear was a little bowed out but luckily my eye doctor's office is a full service facility and were able to straighten them out for me so I didn't have to return them... Other than that the frames are the best

To order the item was very simple. When it comes to tracking item and delivery thats were im disappointed you have to download the SHOP app. Then it's delivered by UPS. When I started tracking package it said it was delivered then came 4 days later. Today people steal packages and it would have been helpful if they could have got the facts straight.

I ordered my Prada polarized prescription sunglasses during quarantine. I unknowingly made a mistake on the website order. I did enclose my eye prescription w order. I received my glasses with the incorrect prescription but they corrected it without charge. I had to wait a few extra weeks but it was totally worth it. I saved $300 ordering through designer optics. Will definitely order from them again. The emails & CSR via phone was extremely professional and she corrected it immediately. No extra charge. I highly recommend.
