I purchased prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses, twice. I needed help reordering the first pair as they got stolen - customer service helped out and got the order placed for me. Couldn't find this specific frame anywhere! Always packaged with great care.
Ordered on dec 1st Ordered on dec 1st, called 7 times,still waiting on supplier,usually 3 days.on 16th frames arrive and customer service rep would not even put a rush on my frames at the lab, just 5 to 10 days,then we will mail them.Oh I also paid for express shipping.So I guess I will my glasses around jan 10th or so.40 days to get...go else where, lots of much faster companies that care if you are a customer or not
I love them they are so chic! And Yes they are authentic. I love the sunglasses, I read a review where they are stating they received fake designer sunglasses I purchased 4 designer glasses from designer optics, and they were all authentic.

The Flexon Edison 600 is an excellent frame as I have been using one for my prescription DriveWear sun glass lenses for a year.
I wanted another one for my regular eye glasses. My new Flexon Edison 600 arrived in excellent condition.
I just wish customer service could be more expeditious in responding to customer inquiries. My email question about temple length -which should be Included with size measurements on the website- was not answered for 48 hours. This delayed me placing the order and consequently delayed delivery. This will delay my progressive prescription being filled. Was hoping to have my new glasses before starting our Thanksgiving Road Trip.
Would be nice if customer service could answer phone calls on weekends or a little after 2PM PST.
Good news is: I'll have my new eye glasses before Christmas.

Bought a pair of Bottega Veneta sunglasses and I'm seriously so happy! I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews but they are obviously 100% authentic and the price was very reasonable. Took around 3 weeks to arrive to Iceland but I will definitely be recommending this site to my friends and family.

Customer support is auto reply, not conversation by actual person. Ive been waiting for my order for over month now. And they keep telling me my order is back-ordered and keep extending shipping date. They said they back-ordered till June 21st and extended to July 2nd and now they extended to July 11. I feel like this is some kind of scam and they will keep extend shipping date. Not even worth to give them 1 star. It's 0 star.

I ordered a pair of Prada Sunglasses for my husband from Design Optics and Love them. Usually when ordering on line we are hesitant because we don't know if they are legitimate... well this is not the case with Design Optics... the sunglasses look Amazing on my husband and the fit is perfect. The best part of the deal is the price, we priced a pair of the same exact sunglasses while shopping one day and the price tag was $450... at Design Optics I paid $157... so I saved a ton of money. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely order from them again.

This website scammed me for my money! I ordered non prescription sunglasses & paid for shipping insurance and they said they delivered my glasses but never did. They told me I have to file a police report which I did and the. Said a supervisor would contact me and I never heard back from them! They stopped responding to my emails as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered the Tiffany 2161B model which was discontinued by the manufacturer but Designer Optics had it for a great price. It was delivered very fast in less than a week and the packaging was perfect. It came with the manufacturer package.

I called before placing an order to ensure that the frames I selected were in stock. I was assured that they were available and placed an order online, uploading my prescription. I received e-mails for two weeks that stated that my order is "still processing." It also contained a message that if the frames were out of stock, I would be notified of that issue. I called yesterday to inquire about the delay and I was told thatthe frames are: out of stock" She couldn't explain why I was informed that they were available prior to placing an order as they have been discontinued by the manufacturer. When asking about the daily e-mail, she said that it is an automated system and they don't mean anything. The customer has to call and ask to cancel the order.
Bottom line: They lie and sit on your money until you call and ask for a refund on an order that they were never able to ship.

Aloha! I seldom online shop, so hence I'm nervous of shopping online and actually getting what I ordered. I wanted to treat myself to a nice pair of Tiffany and Co. Sunglasses for my upcoming 40th birthday. I had a pair a few years back that I simply loved. I found a pair online through a simple Google search and this company was attached to the sale. It was such a good deal, I almost couldn't believe it, but with Black Friday deals all over the internet, I went for it. I'm very pleased with my decision. I was informed of the mailing status and customer service updated me along the way. My sunnies arrived a few days later. I opened them up, iconic Tiffany box included and all of the sides. Sooo cute on as well! I almost just ordered more glasses... I hopefully will in the future. I give 5 stars!

Bought a Dior Sunglass. Shipping tooks 20 days. When i opened the box, just one single sunglass in a plastic bag. No box, no case, no cleaning cloth. It likes a Sunglass from dollar shop. Not sure is it a genuine one. I am very disappoint with this purchase. Not recommed to others.

I ordered a pair of glasses of the website and paid and extra $29.99 for them to be sent next day air. When they didn't arrive I called and was told they had to be ordered and received at their location and then they would send them next day air. NOTHING on their ordering paid noted this. I had no choice but to wait. When the glasses AGAIN didn't arrive when they said they would, I called and asked to stay on hold why they called UPS to see where they were. I was told they UPS said they would be received that day. I decided to call UPS myself and they told me they would not be received until the following day. Their customer service OUTRIGHT LIED about this. I also had to argue with them to be refunded the charge for next day air, which they never refunded. I did finally receive the glasses but it took over a week. I will NEVER do business with this company again and buyer beware!

Great price and prompt service although USPS tracking was slow and goofy to use. Appears to be authentic although price was so good I was a bit suspicious. Quality appears to be very good Persol model 649 and I plan to purchase the 714 in the near future. Will recommend Designer Optics!

I ordered two pairs of glasses from them. At the time that i ordered them. I was told that they were in stock, and set aside for me. After 8 business days. I was sent another email. Saying that they weren't in stock. So i read a few reviews and opened a PayPal complaint. After the complaint was opened. Designer Optics asked me to close it. Because my glasses were ready, and they wouldn't send them till i closed the PayPal dispute. I said no. They sent one pair of the RX glasses, and because they sent a package PayPal ruled in there favour. They could of sent an empty box. But instead they sent one pair of glasses. Instead of two. These people are only interested in stealing your hard earned money. Through their fraudulent business. As you can see in the photos below. Only one pair of the two pairs. Could of even fit in this box.

Had recently returned defective item sent to me under the guise that it was a 'shipment' from the manufacturer that I was waiting on.
The glasses were blemished, fingerprints on the box, not to mention they were assembled assymetrically with one side higher/lower than the other.
Have easily sent 40 emails back and forth with these people. A month later, my return was delivered back to the company and yet I still can't get any indication of when or 'if' I will ever recieve the product I purchased in wearable condition.
I never recieved any type of apology or acknowledgment of the foolery done in order to 'fill' my order.
If I wanted returned/lightly worn items i would shop at a consignment store.
Will never shop from this website again.
10/10 would not reccomend.

These glasses are a beautiful aviator rose gold lenses that I found in Hawaii on vaca. I lost track how many time's the len has fallen out and luckily I never lost it! I had so many compliments on these glasses. I purchased a pair as a gift for my cuz and had them sent to her home as a surprise and a surprise it was! A len out and twisted frame!
