I purchased prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses, twice. I needed help reordering the first pair as they got stolen - customer service helped out and got the order placed for me. Couldn't find this specific frame anywhere! Always packaged with great care.
Ordered on dec 1st Ordered on dec 1st, called 7 times,still waiting on supplier,usually 3 days.on 16th frames arrive and customer service rep would not even put a rush on my frames at the lab, just 5 to 10 days,then we will mail them.Oh I also paid for express shipping.So I guess I will my glasses around jan 10th or so.40 days to get...go else where, lots of much faster companies that care if you are a customer or not
I orders a pair of Prada Sunglasses that I saw at a Sunglass Hut store. They were marked at, $310.00. I saw them at Designer Optics online for, $123.00. I was sceptical since the huge price difference. Well, they're actually exactly what I saw at Sunglass Hut. Sooooooo happy I waited and got them online at Designer Optics. I highly recommend this website and will most definitely order from them again.

Due to all the negative reviews I was nervous about receiving my order. I did receive it but I'm skeptical not sure if they are authentic Versace glasses. Save your money folks!

Ordered a pair of glasses my son wanted. Would have been about $200 more at eye doctor. They took insurance, better price on frames, and communicated well regarding delivery shipment and arrival.

The worst shopping decision I ever made in my life. My product simply disappeared. They are not even answering my emails. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! Take a look on the reviews around and you will see. SCAM!

My favorite Ralph aviators lost a screw and I was able to find an exact replacement on designer optics for an awesome price! And the best part is is they were here in 4 days!
