I purchased prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses, twice. I needed help reordering the first pair as they got stolen - customer service helped out and got the order placed for me. Couldn't find this specific frame anywhere! Always packaged with great care.
Ordered on dec 1st Ordered on dec 1st, called 7 times,still waiting on supplier,usually 3 days.on 16th frames arrive and customer service rep would not even put a rush on my frames at the lab, just 5 to 10 days,then we will mail them.Oh I also paid for express shipping.So I guess I will my glasses around jan 10th or so.40 days to get...go else where, lots of much faster companies that care if you are a customer or not
I found a nice pair of glasses at the mall, Vogue brand, wrote down the model number and look for the same online. I found the same pair at Designer Optics for less than half the price. 158 at the mall, only 70 at Designer Optics. I was so happy and make sure I paid for a 2 day delivery. Item came earlier than scheduled, excellent quality of glasses and was also packaged securely. This is the best place to buy glasses, I checked other online places and also found the glasses that i like but Designer Optics has the lowest price. Highly recommend, this is my first purchase with them but I will come back definitely

It took a couple days longer than the website suggested but if you're willing to wait a couple days for frames that arent available anywhere else in the colors you want that also happen to be a fraction of the price, Then I highly recommend this site

I ordered few weeks ago prescription glasses on designeroptics.com (Order ID: *******) The ones I've received were for distance when I was expecting reading. I sent several messages to their customer service but have received NO answers so far. What am I supposed to do? I would like To return my glasses, so that designeroptics.com can redo the prescription for free and send the glasses back. Can someone from designer optics help fix this. I urgently need the glasses I paid for. No need to tell you that I'm very upset with the service and with this brand. Thanks

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product. If it wasn't for PayPal I dont think I would have got my money back. I think. The company is a scam

STAY AWAY! Another buyer who got caught up with a fluffed up bargain. You save a dollar because they simply DON'T have the capacity to offer good or fair customer service. This website has policies with several loopholes that will put the buyer AT RISK! Poor business practices as they been responding to angry customers about their backed up orders/issues on social media instead of addressing customers directly and PRIVATELY! I will not accept any item from them and will continue to express the experience I have had to go through. Countless emails requesting a cancellation only for them to be slick and push through the order against my wishes anyways. Save yourself the headache and use a professional optical that may charge just a little more for the peace of mind that this cheap brooklyn-basement company simply cant afford to do.

The frames were not suitable for me. After they take the cost of their shipping fee and the $5.00 service fee PLUS the cost the send them back with tracked shipping and required signature, it is not worth buying them unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep them.

I purchased a pair of Tiffany sunglasses. I am happy with my purchase overall. The style is as expected. Delivery was quick. The price was good. I think if I would have been making a purchase in store I might have chosen a different color option, but ordering online and using info and photos provided I made a different choice than I might have in person.

My daughter's prescription had changed so bought a new pair of glasses. After she received the new pair she noticed that she was more comfortable reading with the old pair then the stems separated from the old pair and could not be reattached. Ordered the exact replacement pair from Designer Optics at a price below other online competitors. Switched the lens from old to new pair in a couple of minutes.

I am very happy with the company since they shipped out both of my eyeglasses in the time they stated. However, USPS two day priority shipping wasn't worth the extra $15 dollars since it still took a week to get my items. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately I have to return both frames as they will not work for me. Came very nicely packaged and protected with the famous orange Tory Burch cases. I wish it would have worked! I have since learned that you only have two weeks upon delivery for a return. I am hoping and praying they will allow me to return as it was $143.42 for both pair. I was waiting to return them as I was trying to compare them to another frame that took longer to get to my home. Praying for mercy!

Whatever you do, do not order from this company. This company is a scam!
As soon as you put in your credit card information, it will be charged to your card. Days will go by and your order will not ship and even if you try to email them they will not reply. Also, don't bother leaving a voice message because they will not call back. Also, they never answer the phone.
