I paid for a label design contest and was to get 30 different designs. I got 15 and none came close to what was asked for. They looked like stock photos, not a custom design.

I asked for a refund since they have a "money back guarantee". They won't give me one. Instead, they extended the contest which I don't want. I've repeatedly asked for my money.

This is a shady company run by scammers. Be warned they might not be creating original designs and you can't get your money back.

I don't see how this company gets 5 stars. These must be paid reviews.

I had a great experience with designhill, and would go through the process again for another logo if needed. It was very clear what was expected of me... My only wish is that some reward could be given to the runner ups as well! Thanks for the service, there is great talent on this site!

Most small businesses do not have the resources or time and designhill fills this void! The Customer Support was always prompt and very helpful while reply to all our queries. This has been a seamless process for me. I am planning to use them again. Well organized and I felt they were there with me every step of the way. Really supportive team.

Very good experience. Easy to start and within the first hour I had already received loads of submissions. The hard part was deciding the winner as there were so many unique designs. Had a blast, will be back in the future for more.

I was very pleased with the volume of designers who participated in my contest, and their quality as well! We used another popular site for our hair salon logo recently, but did not receive near as many entries. The winning designer really nailed the concept I had and went above and beyond to provide me with several different variations to the logo, which will be extremely useful in the future. I ran a contest to have a logo designed for a somewhat non-traditional project, and it was really fun and helpful to see all the different designers' visions!

My advice for anyone else using this site is to be as specific with what you're looking for as possible, and to not be shy about contacting designers whose other work you like from the site. There were definitely some designs that were much lower quality than I wanted, but I was able to exclude them easily. Also, use the "live chat" feature!

It was a really great pleasure to work with Designhill's designers. Because I had some specific requirements for my online shop and was extremely surprised at how many different brochure design I got in returns. What a fantastic platform for business owners and marketing teams to tap into a worldwide market of professional designers! Excellent communication throughout our project made it easy for our team to select the designs we needed to launch our brand. We were very impressed with the quality of work we received. So impressed, that we ended up selecting multiple designs to leverage on various logo placements from merchandise to online to print. I like client and design hill. But one things is a small problems its payment system long time.If it takes 2 or 3 days after finishing the Job maybe It will be Better for all of the Designer and client.

It was a very affordable way to complete our company logo design. The process was easy and straightforward. There was someone available to help when i needed it. And there were great choices for design elements. I really liked that they would show me so many examples of my logo and how it would look on products and cards, etc.

I was a little apprehended before launching a contest at Designhill. But when I received some design entries in response to my contest, then I realised that it is not a bad site.My designer not only provided me a 5 star logo design, but also provided designs in multiple different formats, sizes, with text, without text... etc. They have very good and talented designers. Their support staff is great and they provide 24*7 service which really great. I highly recommend this site to anyone who cant afford to hire design agencies. I only spent $199 for a logo design.

The platform gave me the idea & variety of concepts to choose the best website design and I really enjoyed the process they offered. The process of submitting a contest and reviewing designs was new to me. Designhill made the experience professional, easy, and actually quite fun. I received many more design options than I anticipated. It was easy to provide feedback to designers and filter through ideas. Once I did choose a designer, they were very helpful in making some edits so that we could view variations to the designs. I would definitely try this process again when the need arises.
