Nice user experience, lots of participation and many good ideas on logos, low cost, website is intuitive to use, lots of communication from Designhill was great for first time user, polling feature is nice way to collect team input on choosing winner

After multiple weeks and requests I am forced to publicly claim bad service.
My creative brief and contest was not bribing my the right designer. I asked for support from Lucy. When I was told yes they would help I have a date and time with my zoom number to contact me. No one did. I asked for a refund June 12. Repeatedly I was ignored. I filed three requests and finally got a release form which they delayed sending me. This caused the refund clock to not start. I have asked over and over for my refund and none has been paid

Cannot believe an amazing quality of response that I got in my quest to get a Logo design for my Business. I was blown away by the range of designs, freshness, originality and creativity that the professionals provided to me. It was a tough choice to pick just one winner. I am also pleased by the seamless Design Hill Process of finding, selecting, gaining and transferring the design logo I was looking for. I will highly recommend and will be repeat customer to Design Hill.

This approach is by far the best way to get multiple designs from different perspectives at a fraction of the cost. The original design team that I was going to use wanted to charge me three times as much for only two designs and a limited number of revisions. Design Hill overcomes this limitation by offering more designs by great designers, more revisions, at a cost that is reasonable.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The site is filled with many styles to chose from to fit any business. I am glad that I stayed with my decision to purchase my logo from DesignHill. Don't look any further for a company to design your logo, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Looking forward to doing business with this company again. I will be telling people about this company.

I did not know this service existed until I stumbled across it. I was able to receive 50+ t championship sweatshirt designs for my team in a few days. I was able to send out a poll and let them vote on their favorite designs. Well worth it for me.

Love this platform! Great job DH! This was my first time using an online system in this manner and I was a little apprehensive at first, but what a wonderful experience this was. The customer service and designer knowledge was mind blowing. I will absolute refer DH to other entrepreneurs. I look forward working with DH again sometime in the future.

Designhill was so easy to work with! I found a designer by browsing through the work of many designers. I chose my price point, and my designer did an amazing job on our logo! I am very happy with the entire process. And I never even had to make a phone call or talk with anyone over the phone. This was a breeze!

I would recommend Designhill to any who is looking for a logo design but does not know exactly what they want. I came to Designhill with an open mind but no clue as to the design for our company's business logo. Within hours, I began to receive multiple design ideas. By the end of the logo contest, I had received over 200 designs! I guess the only negative issue (not really a negative) was that I had too many to choose from. The website and design process was simple and easy to navigate. I am very pleased and would recommend Designhill to anyone.

Everything was fairly easy to use, I especially pleased with the social media package add on. Overall this was a easy and affordable experience. Im so excited. Designhill was very easy to work with. I received many good logos from over 50 designers. I definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a new logo. You are able to rate each logo and communicate with the designers. The designers are quick to reply and make changes per your request.

I am loving the website and all the options and services it offers. I am starting up my VIrtual assistant business combined with my translation services and the ability to brand myself is super important. The website has allowed me to choose the styles and colors I love and I am very excited to show it off!

Poor quality, difficult website to use, and when I wanted to make changes to my logo I was told I was unable to without upgrading for an additional 100 dollars with a 50% discount. Also when you purchase your logo you have to pay an additional 30 for every service. The quality is poor and no refunds are placed. Please go elsewhere unless you have money to waste.

I'm not sure where all of these 5 star reviews are coming from. I'm sure these people were offered some incentive to post a positive review. This company did not disclose their design operations are in India so there is a 13 hour time difference and constant miscommunication between me and the designer. This business model is set up for failure and when I tried to communicate this with customer service, they provided me with automated responses and no solutions. BUYER BEWARE!

The process is really unique, getting to work with a bunch of different designers and give feedback during the process to find a logo you'll truly fall in love with. The site is a bit confusing to navigate - it's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. There is definitely a learning curve/it's not super intuitive.

What a mess! Stay away from this Company. I have been working on trying to pry a (prepaid) Logo and a copyright out of this company for 6 weeks. The designer says the copyright has expired. Nobody will answer questions. Stay away from this Company. They will take your money and you get -0-. Greg B.

Working with designhill and it's designers was a good experience. There are a lot of talented designers that submitted some pretty interesting designs that were inspiring and thought provoking. I want to thank all the designers that participated in the process.

Although, it's a kind of competition and one can not win always, but this is the platform where you can interact with clients as well as with other potential designers who can help you to get reviews and suggestions for your design work and portfolio which will eventually help you to keep going with better work. This is the platform with a kind of professional networking. So if you are a designer or a person looking to get a logo, you must try designhill.

I am not the most savvy person when it comes to technology. I put all my trust in Designhill and they did not disappoint. I described my designed and received quick feedback for my contest. Once I selected a winner, the process was quick and simple. The designers are very talented.

Had a great experience with Designhill! Received a lot of amazing designs that I had a hard time choosing the final winner. It was great to do revisions on my few favorites while the contest was still in progress and even after winner was selected you have time to do revisions, recommend getting the unlimited revisions as it is totally worth it! Will recommend to other people and even use again in the future if need be! Thank you!

My first time using Designhill and was very satisfied. Program and contest and manuals were all very user friendly. When I ran into a problem not undertsnading how to do something, I called Designhill & the service representative was very helpful & resolved the issue/questions. Very impressed with the designers at designhill. The standard of applications in my competition was magnificent. I got many new ideas by the participated designers in my contest and my biggest problem was chosen from all the great designs. This was my first time using this site and I will definitely be back and recommend to others in future.

Service is great, love the app once I learned how to navigate. I feel as if I have my own design studio. Helpful content really educated me. I subscribe to their newsletter and they have fantastic webinars and other sources of info.
