I was expanding my madden coaching and entertainment business madden genius and I miss spelled genius on my logo! Brilliant... genius even! But design hill worked with me to get it corrected and verify that i was indeed happy before finalizing everything and getting it back to me! The process was smooth and a lot of fun. The final logo and design we received fits our band great and wasn't something we could have explained how to make. The designers showed us their creativity and we picked the one we liked best. Yes most of the designers are from around the world, but we were looking for a one off logo and wasn't sure where to go and get it. We tried some local artists and they never finished the project. The quality of designs varies quite a bit, but there are some really talented designers working through them and we were happy with what we got. We were not expecting a lot, but were pleasantly surprised and now we have a band logo, business card and a tshirt design for a reasonable price.

I have been working at DesignHill for almost a year (regularly) and at this point, I love the DesignHill platform most for my professional work. I look forward to working many more years at DesignHill, and their quality improvement efforts are truly commendable. Love you DH!

The First time I used this platform, because My friend advised me saying - "it is super easy to make a logo in couple of minutes", I am not gonna lie I was a little suspicious about this platform and plus I was in short of time, because I was doing a project. I made a logo super-fast, the versions were okay but i was expecting better.

This is the 2nd time I've used Designhill for a company logo and my experience this time was even better than my first great experience. I posted a thorough design spec and within 2 hours had my first concepts from designers. Over the next couple days I received ~200 concepts - 10x the promised number! Totally awesome! I got so many creative designs, it was tough to pick just one - a great problem to have! Ultimately, I chose one design and then worked with the designer (ciekoedan) for the next several days refining the concept and delivering the various permutations I needed. The designer was super patient and highly responsive making the whole process smooth and pleasurable. You can see a couple of the resultant logos in the header and footer of www.strategic-products.com. P.S., I see some of the haters in the recent posts here. I can't attest to their experience but my feedback is earnest and authentic - you can see the results on my website.

Excellent website full of top quality designers. I created a logo design competition and had over 150 submissions. I'm very pleased with the logo I chose.

Designhill are thieves, do not pay the designers some work, it is a constant practice in them, I have the experience of a job, contact the person who requested the design, I assure you that I release the payment and was never credited, to top of the highs came a mail of designhill ensuring that the payment is released but never credited to the account of the designer, are scammers and must be reported to the competent authorities to get to clarify the facts

DESIGNHILL provides an outstanding service. We set up the contest and the entries started flowing in. The process is super easy, and you receive emails that walk you through the process the entire way. The designers want to provide an excellent product and are very responsive to making changes. Would DEFINITELY use again!

I am very happy with Design Hill. If you have an issue or question 24/7 They are Available. I chose Design Hill over 3 of their competitors initially because their tools were far more user friendly.

Easy to download content without being forced to purchase first. This is a better experience than most website which advertises services for free but when downloading one is requested to pay.

Awesome site, very easy to use although some tweaks on the site could make it easier to navigate (most recent messages always appear at the bottom and you need to scroll to the bottom and click load more messages when there are a lot, things like this could be improved drastically). Help is always just a few seconds away via the online chat if any help is required or questions need answering. Received many amazing designs, it was hard to pick a winner. Users should note that designers mainly just submit your primary request (eg. Logo) and only after you select a winner will they fulfill your other secondary requirements (business cards, letterheads, app icons, etc...); I was expecting to see everything in each design submission so I requested a refund for the extras and they issued me a full refund for the cost of the extras which was really nice and considerate of them. I will run a separate contest for the extras (cards, letterheads, etc) later instead. I would highly recommend this site though, the results are brilliant, even on the cheaper programs.

Logo design is so confusing. You can get better logos from a freelance designer at minimal cost. Support is pathetic and they guarantee 100% money back which is fake.

Do NOT use this company. It's either a scam or the worst customer service of all time.

If you opt for the 100% refundable contest and are not pleased with the results, they will do everything they can to deny your refund.

The representatives, including Lucy who has commented on many of these other reviews, just bounce you around from person to person, each one apologizing profusely and promising to raise a ticket to get it taken care of, and then they ignore you completely and hope that you go away.

It's now been 3 weeks, and I have an email box full of chat transcripts and opened tickets, each one verifying my refund status and promising to raise a "priority ticket", and they're so sorry, that OTHER person did it wrong, they'll take care of it this time.

Thankfully I used PayPal, and have raised a dispute with them over this, and it's still been a huge headache. If I had used a credit card, I assume they'd just keep my money and jerk me around forever.

Use one of the other design contest companies, if you have a choice.
