Diamond Ammunition Store

Following my negative review in early August regarding my March order of 303 British ammunition for $708, I received an email from Diamond Ammunition apologizing for taking my money but not delivering the ammunition. They indicated that it was a shipping problem and would try to resolve it. I asked them for the shipper's name and a tracking number for the shipment but they never responded to my request. I asked them to refund me the $708 but again, no response. It has now been well over a month since they promised to resolve my complaint and I have heard nothing more from them. It appears to me that their August response to my original negative review is nothing more than an additional stalling technique in hopes that I will give up and go away without out my ammo or my money. Be very careful ordering from Diamond Ammunition

Placed an order and paid for the order with all shipping charges included on Dec 13,2022. Waited for the shipment confirmation number. It was never sent. Received a text from a person named Mark Jefferson stating that I needed to send $250.00 to insure the shipment. I have asked for my account to be credited back for the order. No response. These people are in cahoots with each other. Do not use them they will take your money and leave you in the cold without your order.

I've found great prices on Performance Center Shields that are very well made pistols with Rebates and I've been able to find all 3 Crimson Trace laser products that I wanted to buy before the rebates ended for the C.T. Laser Sale. I did have to contact Customer service for a cancellation via e-mail that was handled with ease. I will always check Diamond Ammunition before buying a firearm anywhere else.

Just made a purchase from them and had a minor question, so I emailed and asked my question. I got an almost instantaneous response. I have a friend who sells as a wholesaler and he cannot purchase wholesale for what I paid from Diamond Ammunition I am very impressed! And delivery is expected by UPS in only 3 days from my evening order.

This company has prices, as good, and mostly better than others. I have purchased items 2 times, and both were shipped, and I received them in a reasonable amount of time. The products were as advertised, and worked well. I am sure I will make many more orders with this company.

Order arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. Total cost was the cheapest on the internet, even when adding in the shipping charges the end cost was less then anywhere else without the shipping charges. Will be ordering from Diamond Ammunition again based on this first experience with them.

My purchase though Diamond Ammo was super easy and arrived quickly! I received my order in only 4 days! The rifle was exactly as advertised and functions as it should. This business does not exist and is a complete scam. The address they have listed in Richmond Ky is to an empty lot. They do not have a business registered in the state of Kentucky and currently have a rating of an F with BBB due to taking peoples money and not shipping them their items they ordered via on their website.

I am very pleased with the service I got, My Handgun was shipped in 3 days and I received it in 7 buisness days (processing time included) and me living in Az. Was sure fast. Ot an email with the sales items and saw that the Ruger 10/22 was on sale for $169.99. Thought I should order it before they realize the mistake they did in the advertisement. I called customer service to check on the status of the rifle and make sure they didn't cancel the order for the wrong price they listed it at. He said it was still on track to be delivered when they said it was to be. Got it for my 12 year old son to enjoy and to learn to shoot with. He loves it, now i have to get a second one for me. Sure hope whoever makes up there email fliers didn't get fired for posting it so cheap. Oh hell, I don't care if he did. On multiple occasions I've purchased firearms and accessories and every time they've been the best price. I have yet to have an issue. I get what I want quickly and at the lowest cost with no hassles.
