$#*!'s Sporting Goods is a piece of $#*! store. I ordered a boat, it took over a month to never receive it. I was sent four of them and every single one that I received had forklift punctures in it and was unfloatable. So they were put back on to the truck. They don't care that wasted a total of five boats. Wasted shipping charges. Will NEVER deal with $#*!s stores ever again
Last Christmas we ordered a basketball for our grandson. After waiting for ages, they told us it was no longer available and canceled the order. We got it elsewhere and they then told us they have it and we had to pay for it, even though they canceled the order.
So now in August during an unbelievable heat wave, they notified us that a pair of kids polar fleece pants are being shipped. Eight months late and of course our grandson has grown 3". Other stores ask if you are still interested. I don't recommend these crooks. Too bad Modell's is no longer around.
False advertisement, not only that you're not allowed to leave a review on their website. As soon as I saw the reviews here now I understand why because they have a lot of bad reviews it's very hard in order to receive good service from Dick's apparently. The delivery estimate time was wrong and I still haven't received my item and I was charged and I was consistently being argued with that I was in charge when the money has been removed from my bank and I still haven't received a refund and I still haven't received an item and I also apparently can't cancel the order after 30 minutes. Do not order from this website because even if you do have problems customer service will not assist you. They will argue with you and consistently state the opposite. Manipulation and deception at its finest. I've had a discussion with one of customer service advocates which was Jane and the supervisor was Tommy.

I paid 250$ for white glove delivery, they delivered the item at the door and could not install the item. And they refused to return my delivery fee. This is absolutely in acceptable. Sorry Dicks but you lost your customer.
I ordered shoes this week, and it said it was supposed to come today, yet now it says it won't be here for another 6 days… i needed these for fall ball coming up and ordered them because it said they would come fast. Disappointed..
We stopped in Asheville nc store on Tunnel Road. Could not get anyone to help. Even manager elmo was no where to be found. I asked up front and she said we don't have enough employees to help. You have to find it on your own. We walked out. Will never go back.

I tried to order a pair of cleats for my niece, and not one of my (4) orders was excepted. I used different credit cards for each order. Every order was cancelled. This company sucks. Used Visa, debit, and American Express. Apparently my money wasn't good enough for them so I'm taking it elsewhere.

Ordered 4 river float tubes needing them shipped to me using Paypal for payment. Two singles and a double with built in cooler. I am 115 miles from the closest DICK'S. They were missing the patch kits and the rope for the double was about 4' short. It was going to take a trip to town { also a 45 min round trip} Called them the next day and was told they would credit me 30.00 on my next purchase for the price of replacement items in town. I waited for 4 days and checked my account and nothing, so i called and was informed they didn't have a record of the phone call or a note that described the conversation. And told me if i wanted to ship them back at MY expense they would issue a credit not including shipping. That's almost 40lbs and would cost 60.00 to ship because i would need a tracking number dealing with these kind of people. I now know why they named their store DICK'S. They are total DICKS. First and last time dealing with them.

Went to Dick's in Garner, NC golf department. Salesman was rude, condescending, and acted uninterested. When I asked a question about a price discrepancy he had no answer. I asked to talk to the store manager and he said he was the manager, and then walked away from me.
This is the second time at this Dick's when a salesman was rude and acted uninterested in making a sale.

Next to Walmart their bicycles are subpar and not worthy of your hard earned money. Stay away, as far as you can. Please don't take my word as an internet truth. Just take any bike wheel off any bike less than $500 and try to spin the hub. If the hub spins smoothly, I will correct my rating.

Horrible service! Ordered a bathing suit for my daughter last Thursday 8/24/17 paid for 2nd day shipping only to find out that it's not arriving until 8/31/2017 which is 8 days after I placed the order! Huh? I clearly explained to the person on the phone when I placed the order that I needed it by 8/30/17- I was assured that would be no problem! Yes, I even placed the order with a real person not on-line because I thought that was safer to make sure it was delivered on-time. Nope. I never got an email with a tracking number. Tonight when I called customer service to check on my order- it took 10 minutes just to find my order because of "technical issues they have been having for weeks"? Dick's Sporting Goods can't hold a candle to Amazon, no wonder they can't meet Wall Street's expectations. Get with the times Dick's- fast turn around time- or you'll be the next Sports Authority! Never ordering on-line from Dick's again!
I recently went to Dicks Sporting Goods for more golf equipment for my lefty son. I was able to get a really good lefty driver for under $200.00 this was fifty percent off the list price on a holiday weekend. They also honored the coupon I had which made the price even better. I also buy shoes for my kids and send it to them, if you do it in store shipping is free.
Sales people are very helpful. If they do not have the specific item you want in store. They will go online with you to get it. Or they will recommend you to another store such as Golf Galaxy. I have bought stuff recently for my son who is a lefty golfer. Not always easiest thing to get. However, when Dicks did not have the item online or in store. They sent me to Golf Galaxy (which they own) and they priced matched the item to the sale price.
Why does Dick's Sporting Goods keep sending me emails saying they've "reimagined" their stores. Did they all of a sudden decide to once again start supporting the 2nd amendment? They lost me and many others when they decided to restrict our choice's & availability of sporting rifles. That must have been 5 to 10 years ago & I've never returned. Lots of other sporting goods shops to visit & spend my money at.
Bought a schwinn bike here - great bike and great service - excellent experience in this store - in Jefferson city Missouri! Highly recommend going to Dicks sporting goods! Will return for future purchases!

I purchased the "no sweat protection plan" for a product at Dick's. This plan is through a third party, Asurion. We submitted a claim and uploaded pictures of the damage as requested. I was told 1-3 business days and I would have a response. 4 weeks later, weekly calls to Dick's (because you cannot call Asurion directly, you have to call Dick's and get transferred), and still no response. This offer appears to be bogus. Please beware in buying this "no sweat protection plan". Catchy name, but save your money, time and blood pressure and don't bite

Do not expect to use a ScoreCard rewards certificate and a coupon online. In-store, they say you can. On the coupon, it says you can (including ONLINE). If you call online support, they say "no way". In addition to these additional restrictions (not specified anywhere), the checkout process is difficult to navigate. To order one pair of nike tennis shoes (including having to call to find out we couldn't use a coupon) took 35 minutes. We order online very frequently. Thanks to this experience, never again from Dick's.
Purchased all of my sons baseball gear from here. Went to exchange his pants because I got the wrong color and because I didn't have a receipt they wouldn't let me. Even though it was an even exchange with all tags intact! Same pants just different color! This will be the last time I buy anything from them! I should have listened to other people and purchased from meijer for a cheaper price.
Took a while to ship my order and when it arrived the box had been torn in several places and the items inside were not secure. It looked as though they just threw in all the parts. There were a couple of empty small bags that appeared to be for some of the smaller parts. I ordered a crossbow. I believe it must have been a display model that they took down off the wall, threw it in a worn box & shipped. All the parts were laying loose. It might a couple of days before I can assemble it & be sure of what pieces I received.

I just wanted to say how much I love dicks! I seen a lot of Dicks in my state but some Dicks are more pleasurable than others. If you have never tried Dicks I encourage you to give 'em a try. Everyone will love Dicks no matter age, sex, or mental stability.

Ordered a pair of Nike shoes as a gift. Paid $48 plus tax and $9 shipping. Package arrived, not in a protective box, but in a thin bag, no receipt and the shoes were in a box bottom, crushed, and no lid. Shoes had a price sticker of $34!
Dick's Sporting goods at Delta Park Portland, Oregon is just the happiest. Customer service oriented retail I have experienced in a while. Hats off to cashier, Bri and managers Eric and Mike: And especially Eric at Corporate customer service. There was an issue with the tent I ordered: They all helped get that that issue fixed w/out showing frustration of judgment! Dick's staff does care about the sports and well being of their customers. They are patient and kind and actually ASK questions in order to super know what the issue is.

As an avid sports family, we shop at Dicks Sporting Goods frequently- among the sports my family enjoy is Sporting Clays.
However, your company has chosen to stop selling to my young adult athletes the #1 necessary equipment needed for our family sport - shotguns
Who is Dicks to choose what sports my children choose to compete in and purchase the necessary equipment for.
We have in the past purchased several shotguns and numerous other sports equipment from Dicks... this ends today im sorry to say
I know we are just one family & this will probally have little effect on a large companys bottom line, however this is really our only recourse for a family that is having a so called sporting goods store dictate what sports are appropriate for young athletes to play
A very bad experience. I bought two bicycles and of their own free will they canceled one, without giving me options. I contact customer service... and I had a horrible bad experience, I do not recommend buying from this online store
