$#*!'s Sporting Goods is a piece of $#*! store. I ordered a boat, it took over a month to never receive it. I was sent four of them and every single one that I received had forklift punctures in it and was unfloatable. So they were put back on to the truck. They don't care that wasted a total of five boats. Wasted shipping charges. Will NEVER deal with $#*!s stores ever again
Oct 12,2023. I tried to return a $10 purchase without a receipt. OK, charge a 10%, even 20% fee
But not almost 80%! The store manager said "$2.28 refund on $10 is the company policy."
She claims, "Someone, sometime bought the item with discounts for $2.28 so I may have." She could have said any amount, you won't know whether that's accurate.
She could tell I'm a financially comfortable, 84-year old, wearing a veteran hat and disabled. "She is still not permitted to use judgement" - it's the billion dollar Co's policy!

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I had to put a star. I ordered a package and it says it will be delivered on a certain day, I understand things happen and sometimes stuff gets pushed back but the problem I'm having is when you get a text message and email saying your package is on its way today you should expect your package today correct?! But NO this is not the case I click on the link to track the package and they have a whole totally different day (June 22). Then when I call customer service they say it's out of there hands that it's not there responsibly no more! What kind of customer service is that. As a business you are suppose to make sure your there to help your customer all the way up until they receive the package just in case something happens to it. But for you to be like it's not there problem anymore to call ups just doesn't sit right with me. I order things online all the time and never had this horrible experience will never order from them again!

This is my second Dick's order to never arrive. The order doesn't show up in my account and when I try to track the order, I receive an error. When I talked to a rep she told me they switched the shipping to same day delivery and it was on the way. It was not.I did not want same day delivery due to the huge problems I had on my last order. I am sure I will be spending more time on the phone trying to get my money back.
Last time, since it was a same day delivery order, they made me call DoorDash (a 30 minute call) and then call them back. I still never received the refund on that order nor did they credit any of the points back as promised. Avoid ordering anything from this company's website.

I stayed in this store fir more than 40 minutes, trying to get someone to help me find Shin Guard for my grandson. I even went up front to speak to personnel in the store. The young man got on his little speaker to try to get someone to help me, I stood 10 more minutes waiting. Left the store without being served.
All of th it s was after my husband and I had bought two pairs of shoes.
Scam never place an order never received my shoes. $#*!ing scam lost my@$32Aud waited for almost a month 16 9 2030 they said delivered on the tracking site which was Saturday usually closed courier service.

I ordered from this place for the first time and let me say that they exemplify the phrase "You get what you pay for" Sneakers arrived either damaged, poorly manufactured, in trashed boxes that had the tops purposely cut off or all 3 conditions at the same time. I will never, ever patronize this business again. I will spend the money from now on for quality because getting trash like this is definitely not worth it. Reputable companies have awesome sales and guess what they don't compromise quality control in the process. Cheap is not better trust me I am a true bargain shopper but I won't bargain getting quality for my hard earned money.
Purchased beach shoes and they sent me wrong size. Went to store to exchange or get full refund… correct size no longer available. Got refund but no shipping cost refund! Why should I pay for shipping when clearly an employee made a mistake?! I was told because shipping is a third party company! Will never shop there again and rude manager Ashley in Denver Lone Tree Store responded "that's okay!" Zero customer service! Stay away!
Today 10/8 in shoe department, two employees in this department didn't bother to ask if we needed any help. Found the shoe (demo)I liked on the rack which was my size. Tried it on to see how it fit and now going to order from Nike online! Also….Never have any different colors for women! Men department has better selection with different options of style and colors.
Sent binoculars back to them because they were too heavy for my mother in law. Dick's provided all the return shipping information. They claim they never received anything and now I'm out $170. I will never ever do business with them again.
Online ordering is a disaster. There is no where on their website that states it takes several days just to process the order, then several more days before items ship! Customer service representatives give multiple answers to the same questions. I will never again use dick's for online purchases.

Giving them one star is more than what they deserve.Do NOT shop at this store if you make too many returns. They have shut me off for 6 months to return anything. Sorry, I don't shop at stores that won't accept returns. I've gain some weight so i needed a different size or if I can get a better deal from another site or store, and sometimes (or I should say most of the time) things just don't look the same as they do online or if I just change my mind. So yes, I do make returns. I don't need to be treated like a child. I guess, they don't have the policy of hassle free returns.
It was busy time of year, and if it had shipped like most others, the same day or next, the service would have been excellent. I was told by employee, shipping can take up to 48 hours and it did. Product received was as advertised. A David
Cannot follow through in delivering a simple order. After three weeks of placing the order, I'm still waiting and they can't tell me where and when i should receive the order. Ive call four time, chatted online twice and I get the same answer, I will try to help and expedite but NOTHING happens... this is the last time i will shop here. There customer service 800 call center needs work... cannot hear the agents, static on lines, the wait time is way to long and the end result is no where.

Thank Gd I have a record of the return label they claim they do not. Tracking shows delivered but they still claim it does not show in their system 6 weeks later. I have emailed chatted and called. It is a full time job trying to get a refund for something I returned. I would never buy from them again!
No star actually. Customer service has been trained to trick purchasers to suffer consequences of the companies poor business practices. Agents abuse of customers trust by modelling misleading information. You would conclude this if you compare what action different agents sought to the resolve thesame issue.

After ordering a pair of sandals on 3 July 2023 I have still not received them and have emailed *******@peachcher numerous times who keeps saying be patient, looking in to it and looking for another logistics company, sending another pair to replace the missing ones and despite my asking for a refund numerous times this has still not been done. Pretty upset right now I called before I left my home in the country to the Columbus, GA store (which is located right next to a pet store, mind you) and asked if they were pet friendly. The girl who answered the phone said yes, so we drove into town, only to be kicked out by a manager. No apology was given as we were escorted out of the store, even though I told her that we called about it before we came. We are now headed to Big Dog Running Co to buy our shoes. Will never shop at a Dicks again.
I just purchased an addidas soccer ball with a sticker price of $15.99. Rang up as $17.99 asked why when sticker clearly shows $15.99. Was told that the price is what register says not whats on the item. Will not be recommending or purchasing here again. Don't know what world they live in but where I'm from the sticker price is the price.

I bought a very nice TaylorMade driver as a Christmas gift this year. After about two dozen swings the head dislodged, which was surprising enough. I returned the defective product to my local Dick's for an exchange (with receipt), only to be told that Dick's doesn't perform repair work and that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer. I will, without question, take it up with TaylorMade but will never spend another dime at Dick's. I refuse to do business with a company that doesn't stand behind the products they sell and support their customers. With the competitive nature of today's retail environment it seems as though Dick's is looking to go out of business. That's unfortunate as I've been a long time customer of Dick's but as of now that relationship is over.
As Dicks did away firearms and now bow and arrows, they have turned into a glamor sports wear store. Nothing good for fishing or camping. Just junk and clothes. I can see them going the way of K Mart and Sears in the up coming years
Order shoes for my son online because we could not find in store and they sent me a used pair of shoes that was visible warn and terribly packaged. They do not stand behind their customer service and I can't return because the shoes look worn but we didn't wear them!

I experienced a significant setback of around $120 due to three undelivered orders. The issue lies in their practice of consolidating multiple items under a single tracking number, despite the package's weight indicating otherwise. Frustratingly, my attempts to secure a refund for the missing items have been unsuccessful. Consequently, I've decided to return my entire order & file a chargeback for the missing items. This experience has left me disillusioned, and I won't be patronizing this store again. I strongly advise others to reconsider shopping here, especially online, as it appears they lack integrity in handling larger orders and their customer service is nonexistent.
This is a industrial zone close to the main street where people walk around and they just delivered the package on sunday just in the ground outside the door where everybody con take it, luckly i came to work for office reasons and i see the pachage...WTH at lest put it inside the gate since there is a gate...that mean you are really uncaring careless.

It's now December 21. I returned an item November 14th. Dicksporting goods confirmed they received the return back November 17th. I have yet to receive my refund of $141.00. Last supervisor I spoke with said there was nothing they could do. Basically they are stealing customers money. Not only do I not have the item purchased but I'm out of money. Never will I shop with them again.
I returned a $140 jersey by mail. I have not received my refund. Dicks stated they received the jersey back November 17 it is now December 4th. Dicks is claiming the refund was given in store for $93.00 which is impossible being that it was mailed in. The jersey definitely cost more than $93.00 & each supervisor claimed to have submitted it further which has not been the case. So now i'm out of $140
