$#*!'s Sporting Goods is a piece of $#*! store. I ordered a boat, it took over a month to never receive it. I was sent four of them and every single one that I received had forklift punctures in it and was unfloatable. So they were put back on to the truck. They don't care that wasted a total of five boats. Wasted shipping charges. Will NEVER deal with $#*!s stores ever again

Dora the manager was so rude and sarcastic she acted like me asking for help was way to much when I asked about a Nike shirt and told her the price was to high she said " you don't have to buy it" and then she walked away without me finishing. Gratefully the associate by the name of Gabriela helped me more than her own manager could I appreciated so much she helped me with what I needed and got me to buy more than what I went for she deffinetly has a lot of knowledge when it comes to working out and what you need if you go to dicks ask for Gabriela you won't regret it
It's a trusted genuine sports gear store where anyone can bought their favorite sports products. But its prices are little bit high than other competitive stores.
A bit pricey on the fishing tackle. Also, sales agents not that competent about fishing locally in Orlando. This store is located at 350 Towne Center Cir, Sanford, FL *******.
Tried to return a defected shirt, the manager said I couldn't because the return policy says it needs to be in perfect condition. The shirt discolored, otherwise I wouldn't return it. Never going back to the Fort Myers store again.

I ordered limited edition KCChiefs Nike Pegasus shoes at 10am. Got email confirmation. Sadly at 6pm I got "sorry ordered canceled" email.
I got screwed. Bought a pair for my sister on nfl shop at 11am. Could have bought there had I known. No more available anywhere by 6 pm. Dicks Sporting Goods is dishonest.
Literally the $#*!ING worst! They have ruined sooooooo many holidays in my home. They use FEDEX as their shipping partner and they have the worst shipping times - they will tell you that it will be there in 5 days - and 15 days later it MIGHT show up. Totally fine if you are waiting on a pair of shorts... however, if you are waiting on a Christmas gift or Easter gift (like I am currently) you will get $#*!ED over. I hate this company and hope it goes under. AMEN! $#*! THEM!

Ordered an item and same day decided to cancel. Was told by customer service no problem just return or take to the store. Called again to make sure a crossbow was returnable as told. Then was told couldn't return had to contact shipperr. Did that and shipper stated Dickssporting had to cancel shipment. Called back and was told no return and didn't know what would happen if I sent back item. All thru the order process there was fast and free instore returns on every page never once was warned item was nonreturnable. Thanks for nothing
At Elryia Ohio Dicks sporting goods i worked at a store manager Ken made follow allmost every male black person who walked in. It made me feel so sickk and digusted i woyld always just inform them as to what they were doing. They would also make me work during my lunch break. They fired me for conflict of interst saying i can not fix bicycles, hired as a bike tech, sold shoes all day long with no bikes to work on. I admit I was pissed when they fired me but the idea of being used as a pawn in the game of racism for a large well known company still makes me sick to my stomach.

I had ordered a Sole F63 treadmill online for pickup at the BRIDGE STREET TOWN CENTRE
6890-A Governor's Drive West Huntsville, AL ******* location. I decided to pay for delivery and set up so I stopped by the next day on my way to Auburn to pay for the service. Jake was very helpful with getting that arranged. While in Auburn that day my wife and I went into Dick's Sporting Goods to view the F63. We decided to upgrade to the F80. I called the Huntsville location to find out the best way to make the change. Jessica was very helpful. She recommended I place an order for the F80 and stop by the store when I returned to Huntsville to cancel the F63 order. After placing the new order, Jessica updated the system to ensure the correct treadmill was picked up by the delivery company. When I returned to Huntsville, Bradley refunded my money for the F63 and assured me the F80 was ready to be picked up the next day for delivery and set up. Great team. Thank you.

After buying your Field and stream gun safe and having it delivered to our home, we found out that Extra brackets & shelving are unavailable though your salesman told us we could get them through the manufacturer when we bought the safe. I looked at the reviews (which I should've looked at BEFORE & found out many people were extremely frustrated for the same reason). I had to go to the hardware store to buy more brackets and pay a Carpenter to make extra shelves. I would never recommend this safe to anyone. There was no customer service phone number and very limited information in the one instructional brochure enclosed in the safe. Anyone can sell. GOOD Customer service defines vendors who will experience long-term success by being honest and knowledgeable about their products and serving customers who have issues. A 357 pound gun safe is it something you can't throw in your car and easily return, so we were stuck with it and the additional cost of time and money to fit it so it could function as we needed. Dick's, Field & Stream and Stackon (the manufacturer) were all unresponsive and indifferent to queries about the brackets and the shelves. Buyer beware because when these companies have your money you're on your own if anything is wrong! Lesson learned!
Worst online delivery service and customer care. Please don't order anything online.
I placed an online order for delivery yesterday night. Canceled the order literally within 20 minutes. 15 hours have gone by and no updates on the cancellation request yet. I have reached out to the customer representatives 2 times this morning and they just mentioned that my cancellation request is being processed. In the meantime, the order status changed from 'processing' to 'preparing for shipping'. The customer rep says if it's shipped, I could return it and I would later be reimbursed for the same.
That's pathetic! Why would you ship an order that was canceled within 20 mins of placing it and the customer has been actively trying to reach out to customer care to expedite the cancellation process? Waste of everybody's time and resources. Then I would have to return it and wait for the refund for another couple of weeks.
I read several similar reviews online. People canceled the items and still those were shipped. They received an email 3-4 days later mentioning that the order could not be canceled. What century are we living in?

My wife and I were at sawgrass Mills yesterday, as we always like to visit Dick's to see what's new.
We met a very nice man, whose name was James. He was very personable and we struck up a nice conversation about the NBA playoffs.
Then I asked him about the brand of slacks the PGA Tour players wear, as they all look great. He gave me the information and I headed to the Golf apparel, and saw the slacks, and especially liked the Walter Hagen and Travismathew brands.
Not having the time to try them on, I know that I will return to do so.
Because the exceptional customer service, provided me, by James, I sought out his Mgr., by the name of Kori, and told her how much I appreciated his 5 star service and that she should move him up to a Manager position. She said, "he is very likeable and is a Manager already." Kori was also very amiable.
Both Kori and James represent Dick's in the finest light. Excellent customer service is a lost art in today's business community and it's nice that your brand takes pride and makes it paramount for the consumer.
It will sure pay dividends each and every day.
Those reading this review, can be sure of the quality people that Dick's have on their staff. Stop in and meet them. You will be happy you did. Great products plus fantastic customer service all add up to a wonderful experience.

Terrible price matching policy - beware
I had ordered a Sole E55 elliptical unit from in store yesterday 10/01, and was price matched with the manufacturer at 1499. 99. The order came out to a little over 1600 with taxes.
I received an email this morning that my order was cancelled due to 'out of stock'. Their website says they still have 7 Available and Ready to Ship, so I called the customer service number. After 45 mins of working with one lady, I was transferred to an escalation personnel who explained to me that they can price match the manufacturer's website at 1499. 99, but as it has to be shipped it would cost me an additional 140. The Sole manufacturer's website specifically details FREE SHIPPING, and when I explained that to the lady she said there was nothing she can do and if i wanted to order through Dick's, I would have to pay the 140 for shipping. I'm going to go ahead and call it as it is - a "Dick move".
So my business went to the manufacturer instead. Sorry to say, you won't be getting my business again.

Ordered new rollerblades off the website. Received ones that were Clearly used. Grandmtes they did do a return in store but that's besides the point. Why would they even send used blades.
Dick's lost a loyal customer today - TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer NO service! Ordered a gift card - waited 2 weeks - never received - told wait another 2 weeks for refund - called supervisor - rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me!
I ordered a pair of Nike jogging pants online for 55 dollars. When I received the pants the price tag on them was 45 dollars I liked on the inside tage to make sure the UPC on the tag and the pants matched which they did. I then got out my receipt because I had bought a pair of the exact jogging pants for Christmas and the price I paid was 45 dollars. I called and chatted with agents of dicks sportings goods that told me that's what the online price said so that's what they had to go by that's their policy and procedure. I will be returning for a refund. I also called nikie told them what happened sent a copy of invoice and pants with tag and price on them they were so helpful they are not only giving me the pants for 45 dollars plus tax they also gave me a 25 dollar gift card. I will never go to dicks sportings goods again if they are cheating everyone for 10 dollars can you imagine the money they are making off of their costomers

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I started a transaction that wasn't able to be finished because of technical difficulties. But they took the money out of my account and didn't give me a product. They're now saying that the transaction doesn't exist and they have no record of taking the funds out of my account. My bank has confirmed they took my money. They're not trying to give me the money back or anything. And it's Christmas time. I was trying to purchase Christmas gift for my mom!

I received a email that if I register my email I will receive 10% discount the if I make a online order over $100 I would get $20 off so I went and purchased a outdoor stove for $129 excepting to get my 10% and the $20 that I was told and they only gave the 10% and it wrong if your told that if your purchase is over 100 your expecting to get the $20 off that you were told in the false advertising.
