$#*!'s Sporting Goods is a piece of $#*! store. I ordered a boat, it took over a month to never receive it. I was sent four of them and every single one that I received had forklift punctures in it and was unfloatable. So they were put back on to the truck. They don't care that wasted a total of five boats. Wasted shipping charges. Will NEVER deal with $#*!s stores ever again
On August 28,2023 my daughter and I went to DSG - we ordered her Nike shoes because they were in stock, just not at that particular store. We have yet to receive her shoes! I called and was told that the shoes were coming directly from Nike! If I would have known that, I would have just ordered them from Nike myself! DSG does not know when Nike will be shipping the shoes, they have to call Nike, wait 24 hours, before they will hear from Nike! This is a huge pain, we were told they were in stock, and that we would receive them on 9/5! Now, they don't know and they don't know when they will be shipped. Do yourselves a favor - buy your items directly through the vendor! Skip the hassle, the lies, the disappointment from Dick's Sporting Goods (DSG)!

It's now December 21. I returned an item November 14th. Dicksporting goods confirmed they received the return back November 17th. I have yet to receive my refund of $141.00. Last supervisor I spoke with said there was nothing they could do. Basically they are stealing customers money. Not only do I not have the item purchased but I'm out of money. Never will I shop with them again.

I returned a $140 jersey by mail. I have not received my refund. Dicks stated they received the jersey back November 17 it is now December 4th. Dicks is claiming the refund was given in store for $93.00 which is impossible being that it was mailed in. The jersey definitely cost more than $93.00 & each supervisor claimed to have submitted it further which has not been the case. So now i'm out of $140

I am beyond disgusted and upset about my experience at dicks sporting goods in Saratoga springs a blond employee attacking the only African American boy in the store accusing him of stealing I spoke up saying did you just accuse the only boy of color in our group of stealing they where very rude and disrespectful this poor boy is now upset and could not buy the winter jacket that would keep him warm that he wanted because of racial profiling now they said something about a gun and yes we were looking at the air soft guns were I said you have to be at least 18 to buy these types of guns tue manger attacked me accusing us of stealing them I will never shop at dicks and I will start a law suit until these racist people are fired racial profiling in stations springs. Do better hes is just a young boy

Today was the first time I visit dicks stores and it was a very bad experience limited number of employees and the employee on the cash register was had the wrong attitude and very bad customer service manners.
I will never visit again any of their stores.

I ordered sneakers online and they arrived used and defective tried to return to the Saugus ma store and the manager called me a liar saying those could not be what I received and would not refund me. Poor customer service and defective used sneakers

Since the sneakers are defective I get no money back per there policy but the shipped me used defective sneakers someone must have returned without saying they were defective to get around this policy and get their money back.

I made a purchase today and selected same day service. Dicks use Doordash for same day delivery. Doordash emailed me that my order was delivered. It wasn't. I never received it. I contacted Dicks customer service and waited on hold for 90 minutes. I got frustrated and hung up. Dicks finally refunded me for my purchase but told me that the delivery charges and tip are not there responsibilities. Even though I paid for the delivery and tip on Dicks website. It was the worst online experience I ever had. Dicks should really look at the service the online division is providing for its customers. As more and more people are shopping online. If I can give this experience less than one star, I would have.

I placed my order on March and my order suppose to be delivered on April 15th, I asked for status a lot times, and the answer was always: your order is not ready. Then in June I received an email with a notification that my order was canceled and 2 days later, I receive my order. What kind of business does Dick's handle? Dick's Sporting is very irresponsible and has a mess with their orders!

What ever company delivers basketball hoops it $#*!ing sucks. My hoop was coming in Friday then they said Monday but then it was canceled for no reason. Now it's Tuesday 3:00pm. After you said that it would be here through 10:00am - 2:00pm

Called in regarding missing points. After explaining multiple times, agent said account did include purchase in 4/30. I explained that I had received a rewards card for 3x points that was good on all purchases until 12/31/23. I couldn't locate my card and the agent was very rude. I called back in later and the agent put me on hold without indicating she was doing it…put me on hold for 6 minutes then disconnected. Tried chatting with an agent and after again explaining the situation, she gave me run around and disconnected the chat as well

I ordered a pair of sneakers online December 24,2023 and once the shoes arrived they didn't even come with a shoe box lid and the shoe box had been cut down in size altered with scissors or something to half of the box original size that it should have been, and both pair of shoes had dirty skid marks underneath the shoe and on the sides of the shoes material was dirty as well as the shoe strings, shame on this company for even sending a paying loyal customer a dirty used pair of shoes and I paid for nothing other than a brand new pair of shoes, I read several reviews about customer's who received used shoes from this store and now it has finally happened to me too. I also once purchased a American flag folding chair and it came with the carry bag, I bought the chair in store and once I got home and took the chair out of it's carry bag and opened out the chair it was completely filthy with dirt stains all over the fabric seat and it had a shoe print on the fabric.

As much as I loved shopping@ dicks sporting goods online, it's time for me to say farewell due to the fact that dicks sporting goods uses fedex smart post as their shipping carrier and fedex smart post continues to delay my packages sent through fedex smart post hub in ellenwood ga. I've ordered from dicks sporting goods twice recently and my first order I recieved my package shipped separately in four packages a month later with two items I'm still waiting to receive, the second order it's been two weeks now and I haven't received it yet either. Fedex smart post is a lower grade cheap alternative of shipping and they continue to steal and delay customer's packages for weeks and months and continue to put packages on the wrong delivery trucks and misplacing packages it's a mess, so I have chosen to cut tides from ordering from any website that uses fedex smart post.

Great quality products but have chosen the worst shipping partner fedex smart post to rely on delivering customers packages, that's unsatisfactory and a low grade quality shipping carrier and I refuse to wait a whole month and longer before receiving something that I paid for being delivered through fed ex smart post and the worst part of it all is that most of your packages you will never recieve them anyways .

I go to Dicks a lot. I lik thr Quiksilver etc clothes. But I notice I'm being followed a lot. Or asked if I need help. Just yesterday the same worker asked me if I needed help which I replied no thank you. Sh made it a point to see what I had in my hand. I decided not to purchase the item. As I was leaving sh askd me had I decided not to take the item. I replied yes I didn't wnt it. Sh askd me to show her whr I left it. I told her to go look for it. This isn't the first time these employees insult a customer.

I placed an order over the weekend and the estimated delivery was set for Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and the item still hasn't been shipped. At this point, I wanted to cancel the order because it wasnt going to get here in time. I was told you can only cancel orders 30 minutes after an order is made. Customer service did nothing to expedite my order or figure out what the hold up was. Don't order products online if you have a deadline.

After the first trip to buy a fishing pole it all went down hill. The tip eyelet of the pole was broken two weeks later she can't find the pole and may not be able to give me a complete refund. Then she ordered one for me. They send their poles in single layer cardboard. The box comes bent in half, the pole is broken into three pieces and Even the Rod was broken in three pieces! I bring that back to get another combo set. All was well for about two weeks, and then the reel flip lever breaks. Now for whatever reason I exchanged that one too. I just pulled the new combo out... to find that the reel is missing a very important knob. I am done. I would advise you do not purchase fishing gear from Dicks.

Horrible experience, they sell malfunction e-bike and refused to give refund and they still haven't fix it
We bought an e-bike a-week ago on Friday, a Minooka for $1499 + $99 warranty. The safety check passed (open box, floor sample) but unable to turn in the power (electric), they said "Just charge it when you get home, the battery need to be charged 1st"
We charged the battery as instructed, the next day still NO POWER - never worked. We return it to the store in Southland, Aurora, where we purchased it, they tried to fix it - they said they'll call us when it's ready. One week later, still in the back room not fixed. I asked for a refund since it's broken (NO POWER) to begin with, the clerk (Erin) refused to give me refund and for us to just sit tight and wait until they fix it - "Not sure for how long…" she said "I have nothing else to say to you Mam, now I'm gonna move to next costumer"

Went to Dicks Sporting Goods in NE Market Place today drive 30 minutes to purchase Football Cleats for my son overall the employee that help me was nice but come to the cashier Nyah was very rude and didn't care that she was rude when I ask to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. I'm wrote the because we all have bad days but to take that out on customers that's able bad look on the company especially if your the manager.

Stopped at Dick's in Selinsgrove Pennsylvania on the way to the Little League World Series to buy a lawn chair just in case I couldn't get seating in the stadium. I was having trouble finding what I wanted so I searched and found an employee named Priscilla. She acted like I was bothering her, and was condescending and rude. I asked to speak with the manager and she laughed stating, "I'm the manager". I left the store and bought the chair at Wal-Mart. I'm done with Dick's.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I had to put a star. I ordered a package and it says it will be delivered on a certain day, I understand things happen and sometimes stuff gets pushed back but the problem I'm having is when you get a text message and email saying your package is on its way today you should expect your package today correct?! But NO this is not the case I click on the link to track the package and they have a whole totally different day (June 22). Then when I call customer service they say it's out of there hands that it's not there responsibly no more! What kind of customer service is that. As a business you are suppose to make sure your there to help your customer all the way up until they receive the package just in case something happens to it. But for you to be like it's not there problem anymore to call ups just doesn't sit right with me. I order things online all the time and never had this horrible experience will never order from them again!

As I asked for help, he just sped in a different direction and wouldn't speak to me and i feel it was disrespectful and unprofessional. I eventually got some help from the nicer ladies at the front

Purchased beach shoes and they sent me wrong size. Went to store to exchange or get full refund… correct size no longer available. Got refund but no shipping cost refund! Why should I pay for shipping when clearly an employee made a mistake?! I was told because shipping is a third party company! Will never shop there again and rude manager Ashley in Denver Lone Tree Store responded "that's okay!" Zero customer service! Stay away!
