$#*!'s Sporting Goods is a piece of $#*! store. I ordered a boat, it took over a month to never receive it. I was sent four of them and every single one that I received had forklift punctures in it and was unfloatable. So they were put back on to the truck. They don't care that wasted a total of five boats. Wasted shipping charges. Will NEVER deal with $#*!s stores ever again
Placed an order online for a softball bat pack and could not price match a competitor.
I still placed the order and used a $10.00 coupon but called customer service before finalizing the order to see if I could have my daughters name placed on it, for a cost of course. Customer service said that when I receive it, to bring it to the store and it could be done at store level. I went to the store after receiving it and was told that they don't do it. I could have either ordered it cheaper with the same result or another competitor was offering to place a name on it, the same price I paid at Dicks.

Placed an order online got the email confirmation right after I placed my order. Realized I ordered the wrong item tried to cancel my order right away online but it kept telling me that my order number was wrong. So I called customer service and talked to a representative they told me I could not cancel my order because you have a 20 minute to 30 minute time frame so I explained that I tried to cancel online but it said my order number was wrong. I literally tried to cancel right after I received my email confirmation it was like maybe 10 minutes. They still would not cancel so I will never shop with the again I also sent an email to the ceo.

CURBSIDE SHOPPING: I placed an online order for curbside pickup and all went well. I arrived, parked in the curbside, and checked in... nothing happened. I finally went in and there was a online order area... unstaffed and no employee in sight. I went to the adjacent in-store checkout area and asked a cashier... who pointed to the unstaffed online order area. I turned back to the cashier and, after a moment, he flagged down an employee who then came over and got the merchandise for me.
If you no longer actually provide curbside service - at the curb - then please stop offering the "service"!
IN STORE SHOPPING: Staff is tough to find - for asking a question, reaching tall shelves or racks, and especially when ready to access a fitting room any place other than the golf-wear area.

I took the time to fill out a survey, which I generally don't do, and was supposedly "awarded" a cooler. I paid for the shopping and now haven't heard a thing for two weeks. Beware, Dick's seems to be running a scam! If you get a chance to fill out a survey just pass on it. It is a complete scam!

Went in to store the other day to buy some equipment for my kids. Purchased about $450 worth. The next day at work I happen to go on the website and noticed the same gear for roughly $80 less. So I went back to the store with all the equipment to get the price adjusted.
To my surprise they told me I had to return the equipment and they would order it for me online. Absolutely crazy, isn't it the same company. They said yes but some of the prices are cheaper online and they can not match the price.

Went to return an item, or actually exchange it for something, and was not allowed to do either, based on my return activity. Total b. S. I have a right as a consumer to change my mind. Before I tried to return/exchange it, the manager said to me that if I ordered something online, then if it didnt work out for me, then I could RETURN or EXCHANGE it! They, along with other companies use a site to track returns and can blacklist you from returning items. They can take your money and thats okay. But you cant change your mind. What if I had purchased several items and couldnt return them? Id be out of luck. Never shop here again! D I c k s are a bunch of d i c k s!

It not fair to make me give them even 1 star to submit a review. Got charged for an item that I did not get and was told to take it up with my bank. Don't believe anything that they say on their website and their customer service is worse than their site. I was lied to by everyone I talked to and I spent 45 minutes trying to resolve an issue that I was told wouldn't happen. I was not able to pick up an online order because I could not get anyone to help me but they sent an email saying it was picked up and my card had been charged. Customer service was a joke and was not able to get it resolved. Not sure what I'm going to need to do to resolve this but I do know it's going to take a lot of time and patience. Will never make the mistake of shopping there again.

I ordered a backpack for my son online to avoid the 35 mile drive and it was shipped and delivered with the plastic security tag on it. I called customer service and I was told I now have to make the 35 mile drive to get the store to get it off or return and reorder. They could of at least offered some kind of refund to make up for the gas and time I know how to spend because I need it by next Monday. No time to return and reorder.

Flash sale of 40% off a single item was a bust. I think this was just a marketing tool to get people to the site. The hour flash sale was good for the first 50,000 orders within an hour timeframe. As soon as the sale started, the whole website was unavailable. Kept hitting refresh and couldn't get anywhere. As soon as 30 past the hour hit, the website started to work again and apparently the sale hit 50,000 orders and the discount in my cart was no longer good. On top of that, everything is ridiculously overpriced. These guys are headed right where Sports Authority ended up. Bankrupt. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here.

I purchased a fishing cart from them months ago. I had a few problems with the tires on my cart and when i went back to address the problem with my cart I left satisfied. Seth and Marion took the time to repair my cart and Beth was very helpful as well. The customer service was Awesome!

We got scammed when we added a protection plan policy to our bicycle at the register.We were told that everything would be covered. But, when the back gear broke and i brought the bike back, they told me it would take several months to fix and thy don't have anyone to fix it!. Time to talk to the Attorney General!

Gave my email address in order to get 10% off on order. Was expecting a promo code to apply to the order I was placing. Customer service stated I needed to wait three days, but that it didn't matter because the items I was purchasing were exempt from the 10%. Sure wish that the website stated all that BEFORE I gave my email address.

I came here looking for large, girthy, absolutely gargantuan penises, but all i found was bicycles, clothing, and punching bags. I will admit, the golf balls are very close to the real balls, but i will never derive the same pleasure from some fake plastic. Best regards, Hugh Jass.

My go to place for golf balls, running shoes, and racketball equipment. Dick's Sporting Good has got it all. Well everything except the lowest prices, but their big selection mostly makes up for it. And to be fair, Dick's prices aren't bad.

I bought a crappie rod and reel combo online and it just arrived with the tip broken off. This would be understandable because things like this do happen. However not only was the tip broken, it wasn't even in the box at all. That tells me they knew it was broken when they shipped it. That's unacceptable to me and the combo is going back this weekend and I'll just purchase the combo elsewhere.

The ordering process on line is easy but the processing and shipping is terrible it takes 1-3 days to process than 6 days to recieve your order poor customer service if you want to pay extra to receive the order sooner that cant happen either

I had ordered a Sole F63 treadmill online for pickup at the BRIDGE STREET TOWN CENTRE
6890-A Governor's Drive West Huntsville, AL ******* location. I decided to pay for delivery and set up so I stopped by the next day on my way to Auburn to pay for the service. Jake was very helpful with getting that arranged. While in Auburn that day my wife and I went into Dick's Sporting Goods to view the F63. We decided to upgrade to the F80. I called the Huntsville location to find out the best way to make the change. Jessica was very helpful. She recommended I place an order for the F80 and stop by the store when I returned to Huntsville to cancel the F63 order. After placing the new order, Jessica updated the system to ensure the correct treadmill was picked up by the delivery company. When I returned to Huntsville, Bradley refunded my money for the F63 and assured me the F80 was ready to be picked up the next day for delivery and set up. Great team. Thank you.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! I am aware of several stores throughout the country where employees, employees' family members, and managers have tested positive for Coronavirus, yet have been permitted to continue to come to work. Despite this, no testing has been provided for employees and business has continued to operate as usual, further exposing all of the employees and the customers. Clearly, the health and well-being of employees and customers is of no concern to this company. It's all about their bottom line.

I purchased a $300.00 Wilson A2000 glove in red, white and blue colors. It was the last glove of this model they had in stock. The glove came on time and shipping was good. When the package was opened, the gloved appeared to have possibly been wet and the colors on the glove had smeared. It was also dirty and almost appears to have been used. I contacted customer service to verify they did not have any more of this model. When they told me they didn't, I asked for a discount for the damaged glove. I paid full retail for a glove that was 2 model years old to begin with. I was told my only option was to keep the glove at full price or return it for a refund. This is the glove my daughter wanted, so I am stuck with it being discolored. I am a gold member with Dicks, but this will be the last time I buy from them.
