$#*!'s Sporting Goods is a piece of $#*! store. I ordered a boat, it took over a month to never receive it. I was sent four of them and every single one that I received had forklift punctures in it and was unfloatable. So they were put back on to the truck. They don't care that wasted a total of five boats. Wasted shipping charges. Will NEVER deal with $#*!s stores ever again

Last week I ordered Sole Treadmill for 999,99 and a week later they have it for 899,99 I hadn't received it as yet and called them to get reimbursed for the difference. They would not honor my request. To all you buyers out there make sure you look for the product else where. And make sure you know all policies on returns and if they drop prices make sure you can get the credit back
I purchased a few items. About 20 min later I returned to complete a return on this items. A rebuy them with a discount coupon. Fran customer service rep rejected my 20% coupon. She states they don't except 20%. And it was Valid Dicks coupon. Horrible customer service

I placed an order a week ago and the estimated arrival date was today. The item is still in process. I contacted them and was told the item was out of stock, but I couldn't cancel the order after 30 minutes of the purchase. WHAT? The item is not in stock, so why would they not cancel the order. This has been a pain! Will never purchase from them again! I don't know if I will ever get my purchase and they made a payment authorization already.
So, I am changing my review because Dicks more than made up for my bad experience. The item arrived and they've bent over backwards to make up for the mix ups. I'll shop Dicks again for sure.

I ordered a pair of Air Jordan retro 6 Georgetowns on September 3rd and I still haven't received them. 3 weeks later. Today is September 24th and there are no tracking updates or estimated time on the delivery.

What ever company delivers basketball hoops it $#*!ing sucks. My hoop was coming in Friday then they said Monday but then it was canceled for no reason. Now it's Tuesday 3:00pm. After you said that it would be here through 10:00am - 2:00pm
My husband and I have bought a lot of things at Dicks and haven't had any bad experiences at all. They carry all the good brands and all the camping gear and clothes you need. The service is very good on returning itemsAnd customer service is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend dicks
North wales, pa worst customer service in the shoe department today. Left and bought field hockey cleats and turf shoes at moddells along with a hockey stick. Better deals too. Went home and ordered anther hokey stick online with moddells. Hey dicks you are not the only sports store.
Manager Kyle Hawk at Sermonte Daly City was very rude and making excuses and would not print my receipts for for my purchase,does not have customer skill. But another staff helped me with issue when he saw Manager attitudes.
Dick's customer service is horrible. I placed an online order on Feb. 20. I had not received it so I called customer service on March 8 and was told UPS had passed it to the Postal Service on Feb. 28 and I should go to my local post office to see if they had it. Dick's didn't have a tracking number to give me. They also suggested I go to the Dick's in my area and see if they had the product I ordered in stock. They also took my email address and said a supervisor would contact me in 24-48 hours, but they didn't. I called back 2 days later and was told the same thing. I went to the Dick's nearest me (15 miles away) and they don't even carry the product I ordered in their store; it is available online only. They also told me to go to my local post office to see if they had it. I ordered online so it would be delivered to me and I wouldn't have to drive to the store (or the post office). I will never buy from Dick's again.
Saw a gun safe on a flash sale.it appeared in picture to be as wide as tall great deal and so i flash purchased it. When i got home i was measuring where to put it saw it was same size as my current safe not the wide on in pic. I tried to cancell order but they said i only had 30 minutes to do so, but i could get a full refund once i recieve the 500 lb safe load it on my truck return it to shipping company and wait 30-45 more days for my money.as of now they havent even charged my card nor shipped safe yet but still want to waste their time /money and greatly inconvience me in process to send me an item they already know is going to be returned.
I ordered a treadmill from them on 12-22-2020. I was not called or notified of when my treadmill would arrive, so I called Dick's and was given a day, my treadmill did not arrive. The arrival time has been changed 3 times. I just called Dick's and asked when my treadmill would arrive and was switched to a shipping company and spoke to a very rude, man who couldn't care less about me getting my treadmill, he gave me another shipment day and time. I called Dick's back and was treated very rudely and as if I were lying to the customer service agent who refused to do anything about why my shipment keeps changing and to expedite my treadmill to me. I will NEVER buy anything from Dick's again!

I had returned some shoes. One was wide and the other narrow. I also returned a shirt that was not the right size. I got a look from the cashier saying there is a warning saying these will be returned but be forewarned that other items being returned WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. I walked out and never looked back. How disgusting.
Me and my friend we're at Dick‘s sporting goods and the managers were following us around while we were looking at the sports equipment and kept asking for doing bad stuff and stealing just and saying they know about our kind and we felt we were being racially profiled and we were offended and disrespected by the way they treated us it makes me sad that they would think that
Store sent me to web site to purchase a Large Suns shirt. They had a XL at the store I would have bought if couldn't get a large. Web site showed 7 in stock, so ordered and 3 days later I get an email stating we don't have any, went back to store they were also out of XL, The response was guess you should have bought the XL when you were here. Terrible company.

I just had a total knee surgery. I was using my cane… I walk in with my husband and asked for a electric wheelchair. I was told the electric wheelchair was missing… Some one took the electric wheelchair… Some people! Really. I was waited on. I got a nice Hoka tennis shoes… Very nice sale clerk and cashier. When we left and the sale clerk came to the car and give me a gift card. Very thoughtful business. I will be back. Thank you.
I purchased an air mattress to put in the bed of my pickup to go camping. When I got to my camping spot, I took the brand new air mattress out of the box and discovered it had a rip in it. Needless to say, it wouldn't hold air. I had to sleep on the hard bed of my pickup! I took the mattress back to Dicks and they would not give me a refund. So I left the defective mattress at the store. Word to the wise: don't shop at Dicks!

For Black Friday ( a month ago) I ordered a treadmill with installment. They just dropped it off at my garage, promised to come back to assemble the equipment. I called them back the next day to remind them to come back. They said they will call me back. Never heard back from them.
I go to Dicks a lot. I lik thr Quiksilver etc clothes. But I notice I'm being followed a lot. Or asked if I need help. Just yesterday the same worker asked me if I needed help which I replied no thank you. Sh made it a point to see what I had in my hand. I decided not to purchase the item. As I was leaving sh askd me had I decided not to take the item. I replied yes I didn't wnt it. Sh askd me to show her whr I left it. I told her to go look for it. This isn't the first time these employees insult a customer.
Called in regarding missing points. After explaining multiple times, agent said account did include purchase in 4/30. I explained that I had received a rewards card for 3x points that was good on all purchases until 12/31/23. I couldn't locate my card and the agent was very rude. I called back in later and the agent put me on hold without indicating she was doing it…put me on hold for 6 minutes then disconnected. Tried chatting with an agent and after again explaining the situation, she gave me run around and disconnected the chat as well
On December 20th, I was doing shopping in your shop for some gear of snowboarding.
And it was the best shopping experience I ever had in Dick's sporting good. When I was shopping, a shop keeper came up and asks me what I was looking for. After knowing it was my first time to go snowboarding, he helped me to find a good snowboarding pant, which is good for a learner. Also, he found me a pair of glove, which can be connected with my jacket, and a goggle which matches my helmet as well. Moreover, the shop keeper recommends me some protection pant, which was 49 dollars before, but it is 9.99 dollars after discount. I have to say everything he recommend me to buy is worthy.
This MGI Zip Navigstor is not in stock. This is a preorder that will not ship until 6/25 at the earliest. I ordered on 6/13 and the web site projected delivery on 6/20. I started calling on Tuesday because the order page kept on saying it was preparing to ship. Four different customer service reps told me it was in stock but they could not do anything more. I finally spoke with a customer service rep supervisor. She later emailed me that this was a preorder. All of The earlier customer service reps kept on telling me the order was in stocks. Liars! This is very deceitful. Needles to say I cancelled the order and ordered from somebody that was honest about the preorder status. Good bye to Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy.
