If I could I would leave a negative -100 review. After they received my ecm i was informed it was not repaiable because they could see the lamination was coming apart on the motherboard and of course they was willing to sell me a new one for an extra 1500.00. I could not afford a new ecm so requested to have old ecm returned. Apon request i was informed there was a $300+ fee just to check ecm. What a joke., I have many ecms repaired every year & thought i would give this place a try but that turned out to be an expensive mistake. Steer clear of this company unless you want a good screwing.

Just like others, we sent our core in and was told it was no good and could purchase a refurbished one that was programmed for $1495. Sent it to our mechanic and they said it was not programmed. They sent it to our International dealer who charges $695 to program and they tell us the unit is bad, so we end up buying a new one for $3k. Reached out to these guys and of course no response back. Stay as far away from this place as you can!

If I could give them zero stars I would! We sent off an ECM for repair it was returned to us exactly the same as when it was sent off. Still didn't work. We contacted them to let them know. They wanted us to send it back for a second time and needed it fixed sooner. We asked for a refund. They would not answer the calls half the time. When we did speak to them on the phone we were told that they were escalating our request. Then I was told that a refund would be sent to our original form of payment. At no time was the refund ever sent. Contacted them again today and was told that it was too late for a refund. They said they would have to escalate our request again, but no one will call me back because it is too late. I said I would still like to talk to someone and he said not to expect a call back because he knows they will not refund our money. I have spoke to a Ryan and a Brian. Neither one would help.

I purchased an ECM for a cusomters cummins i had in the shop and when i got it installed it only lasted for about 20 minutes. I re diagnosed just to make sure and the ECM has failed. I called them and then ended up sending me another crap ECM that was in limp mode and would not come out. I sent it back and they said it couldn't be fixed and all they could do was send me that computer back witch I took pictures of since they're being pretty sketchy at this point and they sent me a completely different computer that had cob webs and dust all over the circuit board and it had fresh paint with a void warranty sticker if removed like it was rebuilt but just another junk 1 they had ready to scam another person. Don't waste you time or money even talking to this company they're a complete joke that will steal your money and if your lucky to get anything back its just a paper weight now.

Got my ecm repaired. It was a spare for the shop, I went to put it on and the truck and it missed really bad. I sent it back and they said the motherboard was bad. I had less than 50 miles on this unit. They said it was junk and they couldn't repair it. The lifetime warranty is only on the repairs. You cant see what they repaired so you have to take their word for it. They put anti tamper tape that says warranty void if broken. Mark was not nice on the phone either. They didn't offer anything to make it right just said I was out of luck. This place is terribly. This is the first review I have ever gave anyone. Don't waste your time

I have never onced witnessed such a lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. This company received my Cummins ECM, sent it back with no contact or literature with ECM. I then wasted numerous hours troubleshooting the engine - costing the customer down time and my company lost time. After 100 phone calls they finally answered 3 weeks later to inform me that the ECM "can't be repaired" I informed them about the lost time and they replied with "i do not care". Do NOT by any means work with these jokers. They are just looking to steal your money and waste time.

BEWARE! I paid these guys 1295$ for an ECM for my dodge cummins. I am stranded 2500 miles from home, and they would not reply to any emails asking for updates. After almost 3 weeks, I finally called them and got a 'real' person. The person that answered did not identify himself or the company, but said they were working on 'my guy'. What ever that meant. This was a friday morning, and he said they would be done by the coming monday and send it out to me. I never got any info, so 2 days later i emailed asking for update and a refund, they never responded, until i filed a paypal dispute. These guys had originally stated they had an ecm and could get it to me in 3 or 4 business days when i placed the order. Once i filed a dispute i did get an email response, saying they could not find an ECM for me( after 3 weeks of nothing but crickets- no email answer). I stated that since they found nothing and did nothing for me that I expected an immediate refund of my 1295$. I have seen nothing. Thankfully Paypal is on this. I went with another company for 400$ more and just received my reman ECM in less than a week. Thank god there are legit people in this business. Avoid these guys at any costs! They use multiple names and websites, and are nothing but thieves.

Returned their unopened unit within their return window. They never issued my refund, I emailed multiple times and called too! I was told they needed to talk to another department about the refund, who was never
In the office. WFT who runs a business like that, never having your accounting dept at work or available to return calls or emails. The refund never happened and they did this long enough so the charge was outsite the window to dispute it.

If you ship the unit back, keep your return tracking number and once you see it was received, DISPUTE THEIR CHARGE! A total scam and for $400, you tarnish your business's reputation for that little? Go elsewhere and put them out of business with a lack of business!

There is nothing about this "company" that is anything short of CRIMINAL.

They paid for advertising so they're site pops up on top of search engines, it is absolutely not because they are someone you should give your money to.
Two months ago we fell victim to they're hustle- friendly at first, answered the phone, doomed knowledgeable ECT. Sent them our core, money, and guess what- just as everyone else on here we are now out $1700 plus a core that we don't have to send in to the dealer for a new one.
$2700 is the cost of not reading the reviews before you deal with them.

Sent in a 2350 Cummins ECM for them to look at and see if they could fix it. They called and said they couldn't repair it. But they would program a new one and send it back. Got the new one and installed it. And had a whole bunch of codes. Did a little digging and found that they had programed the wrong calibration code. Called to talk to them and they argued with me that it was right when it wasn't. Asked them to send me a shipping label and I would send this one back and they could give me my old one. Called back a few more times and they kept saying they were sending it and never did and eventually quit answering. Definitely would not recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. I sent an injector drive module to them for the $299 or whatever repair service. After it sat for about 2 months with no one answering phones or email, I sent an email telling them I was turning them in to the FBI for wire fraud. Then they called and told me they couldn't repair mine and had to sell me one for $1000. Received it and it wasn't programmed correctly (I sent very legible photos of the truck and engine data plates) then no response from them. I had to send it to Metro ECM repair in Texas and they were great. Got it programmed correctly and sent back for another $500.
NEVER use Diesel ECM Exchange! Awful service.

Ordered an ECM 2 weeks ago - have not heard back from them. Tried calling and nobody answers the phone. This is outright theft. The creep who operates this scam website should be behind bars.

Sent in an ecm in 11 months ago, to be repaired. They sent the ecm back missing a pin. Sent the ecm back yet again, then they said they could not repair it. They kept sending back 4 times, the wrong ecm and then it took months to get ahold of them via phone and email. No communication! Finally they sent back our ecm however proceeded to keep our payment of $1590 and said they will not refund that since this wasn't their problem. HORRIBLE communication and service. STAY AWAY! We have never dealt with another business that was this bad.

We sent an ECM for a Mack truck in for repair, upon receiving it back we installed on the truck and it still would not work. We sent it back to Diesel ECM Exchange who then stated the truck caused the battery to explode inside the ECM - however, we have put a different ECM in the truck since this time and made no other repairs to the truck and the truck is running fine and has caused no issues with the second ECM.

Diesel ECM Exchange states the problem was not with the repair they made and they refuse to refund the $795.00 we paid for the repair what was useless.

They dont return phone calls took 3 months for warranty work.
And still not working!
I brought it to another shop had it back in a week with FREE ONE YEAR WARRANTY ever thing is working great. Check them out before using there company if thats what you call it!

Sent my cat 3126 ecm to these jokers to be repaired, after 4 days and not a word from them I called and they said my ecm was unrepairable so I let them talk me into buying a "new" one so after another 2 days it shows up and put it in the truck and it fired up and had cel on. I called them and they said I didn't provide enough info for them to program it right so I took the truck to a cat dealer to have them program it, after a week being there they call and said they had the truck programmed at 150hp and they can't get several things to save in the memory of the ecm so I called and the tech guys made it out like the cat tech was and idiot so I had them call these jerks and talk to them directly and then they proceeded to tell the tech he was wrong and didn't know what he was doing! So now they have my old ecm and after reading all these reviews too late I'm probably going to be out of a refund

Ordered two ecms and returned both due to not working, never received credit for either one. Manager Bryan is the worst, do not do business with ever for any reason! You've been warned!

Before finding these reviews I called on a Friday and guy named Mark seemed helpful and placed order for a reman ECM. The following Monday contacted them again about a question. They then offered to repair my ECM if I sent it in for $695 the reman unit was $1295. They said the would refund the difference after mine was repaired and shipped out. A week later I received an ECM and 2 weeks later still no ECM. Finally after repeated attempts to call I got some rude, arrogant fool on the phone who then proceeded to become caught in several of his own lies, tell me that they did not say this and that they had sent me a reman unit and did not repair my unit and they would not refund me anything. After going round and round with this idiot he finally said we made a mistake and that they were still not going to do anything for me. Then after another round with gomer pile wannabe he told me they would repair mine and ship it to me and then refund me the $600 (that they were trying to swindle me out of) only after I downed my truck for who knows how long at this point and shipped them the the reman unit back. At this point I don't feel that I could possibly trust these two faced thieves. They obviously are only out to rip people off and care nothing about their customers. They are con artists and they one star they got is too much but the lowest I could leave. BEWARE! Save your time and money and a headache and avoid dealing with this company and people all together.

They don't deserve no stars it's been a night mare sent me a wrong address sent an old address where they had an old location it's been lost twice and finally 2,months later not answering calls e nails nothing when I did talk to a person all they said is to were just gonna have to wait and act tough n laugh w no answer still waiting shut my bread and butter down losing customers sad months behind on bills I'm drowning what can I do Im tired of life just because of this I'm wish my days on this earth would end soon good for them take people's money n charge and who cares about the next person

Purchased an ECM through them, first one didn't work. We returned and received a new one. This one didn't work either. We requested a full refund since it was within their return policy. They completely ghosted us. Thankfully we charged this on our capital one card and we were reimbursed the $2,000 through them, otherwise I don't think we would've gotten out money back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE.

This company just rip me off for $300 programming which they did not do the Ecm was not program and they sent it to me not program stay far away from them they will take your money and will not answer the phone if you have questions about this company call me first before you get rip off also terrible company to do business check their reviews they are all bad

STAY AWAY! Do not do business with them. They are scammers they will not fix your computer they will simply keep up charging and tell you that it's your fault. Then when you try to get a refund they will simply keep ignoring your calls and rerouting it over and over again. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Customer service number keeps changing, only positive review is from "owner" "mark" who's the other customer rep lol scammers

I sent them my computer now they won't answer phones to return my computer so with no numbers off it makes hard to get another one they are a $#*! company don't use them
