Absolute garbage I signed up for it. Then realized I was going to be out of town. So I was told to take The recipes out that I wanted and it wouldn't be delivered. I live in South Florida it was delivered. It sat outside in the hot for 2 days. I even offered to show them my ticket that I was out of town and they said there was no reason to see it. There was nothing they were gonna do for me. I was told so sorry. Nothing we can do, so now I paid for food that I literally had to throw away. The unfortunate thing is, I would have absolutely used them. But they're customer service is horrendous!

Don't buy from this company produce quality is garbage!
Used them for about six weeks and have had to complain 3 times first time missing ingredients next time broken ingredient packages and now the show stopper 3 mushy tomatoes and 1 has a knife cut in it and 4 potatoes that are almost as soft as the tomatoes. Ask to speak to a supervisor and the SOP is they will call you back within 24 hours what nonsense is that. When I was on the phone I could hear children in the background what kind of half $#*! company is this
The value is only good up until you forget to set your meals for a given week and get sent 50+ dollars worth of food you don't want to eat. Their automatic meal selection is no where near good enough to support them automatically charging you for the meals without any warning. It's difficult to remember to set meals over a week out from when you will actually be receiving them, and they do nothing to help with that. If you're confident that you'll remember to set your meals weeks in advance consistently, then this service is totally worth it. Otherwise, the interest in "reducing food waste" is completely thrown away.
What a dreadful company. The food arrived, and some of it was fresh, and some of it spoiled before it could be eaten. I "paused" the additional meals they had pre-set up for me to receive, but they sent one anyway. When I got the notice it was being sent, I tried to cancel and called "customer service" and was told it could not be canceled. Take my advice and stay as far away from this company as you can.
Dinnerly is making it a habit to send boxes that have been skipped and charge the customer anyway. Since they have no way to prove that you selected skip, they tell you they will not refund your money and they pick whatever they want to put in that box since you didn't pick anything (it was supposed to be skipped). BBB has a pile of complaints for this same thing and Dinnerly is refusing to fix the problem. It seems quite deliberate for them to get more money.
Tried it once. Steak was off and sickening. Some veggies were ok. Now trying others and never going back. At least I got a discount on the first delivery and cancelled right away. That wasn't hard.

Contacted customer service and they said I can't get a refund because my order was not skipped
