WWW.DinnerPlates.com false advertises on their site. I bought $150 worth of plates on this site and the buying point on the details/specs of the type of plate I bought said it was Microwave safe. Later when I received the plates they started sparking and were not Microwave safe. I complained to them about the issue and they gave me 10% back as store credit or $15. This was strike 1, I didn't want to do the return on them because the plates where nice and didn't want to deal with the return at the time.
Once I got the store credit I when back to www.dinnerplates.com to make another purchase and I bought a massive 16inch dish as a serving plate but didn't like it because it was way too big for me. I spent the $15 store credit and add $22 to pay for the rest of the amount and shipping. I went to process the return and not getting the price for their return shipping until after I have already sent the plate in the mail. It turns out the shipping of the plate back to them cost the same amount as the plate itself $24. So I basically gave them money for nothing in return, they took the store credit and the money I gave them, Strike 2.
The 3rd strike is up to you, I'll leave the ball in your hand. Buy your plates somewhere else these guys are a sham...
