I have purchased at least 60 pallets over the past 4 months, and will continue until I retire. The product, including the vast variety, great prices, ease of purchasing, convenience of picking up my own shipments and above average customer service keep me coming back to purchase more, every morning. Bought a pallet of computer monitors, all broken not even 1 good one, Bought another pallet of portable DVD players for car, all discontinued factory damaged, not even 1 works. They sell pallets say" tested not working " But they lied and put untested costumer returns on pallets they know exactly all broken. Scam
SCAM! Do not buy! Purchased a pallet online which was labeled "damaged/missing parts/tested not working" when I get to the warehouse, the items I purchased had been fully recycled! Warehouse staff advised me to leave the pallet there, since it was labeled incorrectly, and they will contact customer service for a refund.
They did not give me a full refund and charged a 10% cancellation fee! Very disappointed with customer service received, and do not recommend doing business with them! I have purchased pallets from them before with no issue, but will not be purchasing from them again.
I love Direct Liquidation. From great pallets to awesome customer service. I am not sure why people are complaining about damaged items... you know that is possible BEFORE you purchase. I am always please with my purchases and if for some reason something isn't right, I give them a call or chat and they will make it right!
I have been getting products since May 2019. I have bought 137 pallets, mostly electronics and appliances. This site has given me the chance to come from buying my first pallet for $99 to buy lots of $15,000 nowadays. It is always risky when you buy a pallet but from my experience, I would say that it is smart to buy pallets that come with warranty, so your investment is secured. The website is easy to navigate and customer service has improved a lot. Some departments need to improve in terms of processing the wire transfer for example. What I also like about this company is that they allow you to pick up your pallets, which save you a considerable amount of money. I also have had some inconveniences but customer service has been there to support and find a way to solve any issue.
I would recommend anyone who wants to start a business, to buy one or two pallets and try to see how it works.

I have a large flea market business and buy from Direct Liquidation almost weekly, because they have a very large selection of good products at low prices. Even though I've been working with them for some time now, I've rarely had any issues. The few times that I needed to solve any problems, their customer service were very helpful and were able to help me in a very short time. I would recommend Direct Liquidation to anyone working in this business, because they are reliable, cheap, and sell high quality merchandise.
I just started using this company but their customer service is great. Anything I have a question or an issue they get back with my within 24 hours sometimes immediately. I always look forward to getting pallets in from them because I know not only will I be surprised by the contents but I know if I ever have an issue they will fix it immediate.
Love the service I get with Direct Liquidation! From the selection of items, to the order process, to pick-up, could not ask for better service. The chat support with this company is fantastic. I do self pick ups and everyone at the facility is always super nice. The products I have gotten have been exactly what was listed and excellent quality. This is my favorite liquidation site by far.
The products were in much better condition than I had been worried about. In my case everything looked brand new except for two items had minor scratches. My order was non tested returns so I was very happy with my order
I have loved my experiences with Direct Liquidation far above all other platforms. The process is easy and I don't get the run-around like with other services. I would choose them over any one any day :)

This was my first time using Direct Liquidation and Im satisfied. The reason why I decided to do business with them was that I heard they were selling Lowes customer returns and I mainly resell tools and home improvement products. I tried out the Direct Liquidation website and was happy with the products on offer. I decided to bid on a lot, a small one just to give it a try. Everything was fine, except that I let Direct Liquidation take care of delivery and my lot took like two weeks to arrive. Apart from them, everything was fine and I was happy with what I bought. Ill definitely buy more lots from them in the future, but Ill take care of delivery myself.
Me and my husband have a small business and we tried puchasing from this website. So far everything was very good as we can always reach their awesome customer support team and they are always very fast to respond. Kudos to the team!
My overall experience with Direct Liquidation is good, both with the products I've purchased (over 40 pallets) and customer service. Reading through the past reviews from DL customers plus adding my experience, the MSRP is not entirely correct. Please do your homework and check the items on the Manifest by coping the individual items under the title on the manifest and pasting them in your search bar. Doing this will help check the prices from multiple vendors!
Anyone that has used the shipping calculator estimator knows that it's off; my experience is to add $40 to $70 depending on the products being purchased.
There are bugs to work through, that's with all business ventures, but with an excellent customer service on the customer's side those bugs can be worked through; I give DL FIVE stars.
If you are looking for high quality retail returns or refurb electronics I have yet to find a better wholesale marketplace out there. Only small gripe I have is that there is no backend tool available to consolidate shipments. I have to contact their support to perform the consolidation but that's pretty minor.
I have purchased many pallets from them and have had very good service and continue to have great service from them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to explore the resale business avenue.

They carry lots of different merchandise for resellers. I've order everything from computers to Apple products. I've added Direct Liquidation to my regular suppliers
My overall experience has been amazing. The products are of excellent quality for its price. The customer service for this company is great. Definitely a 5-star in my book.

I am a long time customer of DL. I have been buying from them for 4 years now. So if you want an honest opinion and review then this is as honest as it gets.
Nobody takes responsibility for anything, Everyone blames everyone else for delays mistakes or problems. You have to ask 10 times and send multiple emails and call multiple times to get anything done. I have probably wasted thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of production time repeating myself to different people, They raise prices regularly with no explanation., If they owe you money good luck getting it, but if you owe them money they email you everyday. When you buy something it takes them forever to process it, When they finally do process it they send you a notification that they item has shipped and they don't actually ship it for 3 to 7 days after that. There is no real structure to this company you can't achieve any real business strategies or business models with them. They only care about gaining more exposure and business they do not care about maintaining or strengthening their current relationships. As soon as I have the capitol available I am going to put this company out of business. And provide the general resellers with a solution they have always wanted. Thanks
On 6/6/2022. The customer call and resolved the issue. Very thankful for customer service Mr Miguel. Problem number 1: I drove 1 hour 30 minutes and come pick up 4 pallet. But have 3 pallet for pick up. The number 4 is not real and I don't understand why they even put on websites let people buy it while that pallet not available. Problem number 2: I bought a pallet of power washer's. On the description it says it was a returned from store or from a website. This item in the pallet was a display item not for resale. There is no internal parts on the inside of the motor. I tried to explain to Alex at customer service and he said that it is sold as is. And I completely understand that when I bought the pallet these are returned items. But this item is a display item not for resale not a item sold in the store or website. I asked for a refund on the item not the whole pallet because it was a not for resale item. If I'm the description it said that it was a pallet of not for resale items in the pallet I would understand but that was not what the description said. After I talked with Alex and now Also my account block.
I did business 3 times with them and I did GREAT MONEY with those lots! I did purchase a whole bunch of Google Chromecast and doubled easily my money in a week! Highly recommended for serious entrepreneurs and web marketers.

THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ!- Our company has been buying from Direct for several years to the tune of several hundred thousand dollars. The company has gone down hill in the last year- The buyer ( you) are not the customer- Walmart etc. is the customer in the eyes of Direct- If you get a misrepresented product it is your problem, not Direct's- We recently bot a pallet ( $ 4000) that was supposed to have 80 plus of a specific item- when it arrived there was only 2 of that item and the rest was mostly junk. Direct said it was our problem ( not the first time this has happened recently). Important to know that Direct's parent company, TRG, also owns VIP which sells on all the venues you will be selling as well- Obviously, VIP pays way less than you do and will also sell for less than you can- this is called a CONFLICT OF INTEREST!

1k times better than BidFta which sells junk. I wish I had found this site much sooner, if you do some research and be patient it has many money making opportunities. Very easy pick up as well
