We ordered a womans jacket. It arrived from China about 12 days later. We ordered size medium. We tried one on in a local sports goods store and it fit perfect to make sure of the size. This jacket arrived and it's 3 sizes too small. It might fit an 8 year old child. We emailed and called the company numerous times about an exchange, They said I couldn't return it but could order a new one at a discount. They also refuse to provide an address to return it. I call my bank and had the charges reversed on my debit card. Thanks "discountnorthface" for the free jacket- we'll donate it to charity. AVOID these rip offs. They can't even get their sizing right.
