Discount Paintball

I will NEVER order another thing from this company and I have several friends that I will inform not to order here anymore. I talked to a salesman the other day about returning something that I didn't like because it wasn't shown in their picture they have on the website. So first he tried to make me feel like an idiot not knowing what I bought and I told him if you had the correct photos showing what exactly you were going to get this would've never been a problem. So he finally gives me the return number and explains nothing else to me. So I'm thinking I'm getting the full refund including the ridiculous shipping fee I paid on something that didn't even weigh a pound. Nope he didn't tell me that I would lose my initial shipping fee and I paid an additional $8.00 to send it back. So know I'm into this return for a total of $21 just to receive a $5 refund from this crooked $#*! company. If I knew they were not going to completely refund me I would've just eaten the original purchase. Just be careful buying from these guys because there are plenty of other companies out there that will give you a complete refund and take care of return shipping if not happy with the product you purchased. Very bad experience with this company on my very first and absolutely last purchase from them. Buyer beware you've been warned.

It was fun to shop for our grandson's birthday, but the hassle of not being able to ship direct to him without doctoring up my credit card account or dealing with pay-pal was a pain and a disappointment. The last thing I want is to open the door for my 15 yr old grandson to be able to use my credit card to ship to himself. I was satisfied in the end, but was essentially told not to bother coming back for more business if I don't like your polices. I was treated very politely and I understand that the paintball market appeals to a client profile requiring caution.

Would be great if the site can link back to what the user was previously looking at after adding an item to the cart as it is a hassle to navigate through those pages again to browse other similar items.

Shopping was easy on line, I don't recommend anything to others unless they ask. The package was dropped off in front of my garage door, not sure that was a good idea, but I did get it, and that is not the fault of this company.

Delivery time was 2days, and customer service were friendly, just processing time took about 5-6 days. Item said in stock online, not sure if it was the holidays that delayed the shipment. But overall great experience

I often shop from your site. Love it! Pricing is very competitive. I was a little disappointed that you guys did not have the gloves I wanted, in a medium size, but I bought them anyway and ripped them the first time I used them. It was my own fault. I should not have ordered a different set of gloves in small. But I do LOVE your store. I bought a refurbished reflex rail from you a while ago and it is probably the best purchase I've ever made!

It's completely out of your control but I'm thoroughly disappointed in the postal system. Paid for two day shipping and I believe it was four before it got to me. Thanks for your help I appreciate it.

Good website. Very organized and uncluttered. Keep it simple. Only reason I don't give it a perfect score is that some pages loaded slow and some prices were very good/competitive, but some were not. Very fast delivery! I received the order in no time. Very pleased with the overall shopping experience at discountpaintball and I already recommended the site to friends. One request: just go easy on the "popcorn" (packing material).

Only problem was we checked the physical store Friday and they stated they were out of the lens. When I called to ask about when they were getting a shipment, you said you had them Friday but had not entered them into the system yet. Oh well, gotta pay shipping I guess..

Your site is a little difficult to navigate & find some of the products without picking a section & having to do a lot of scrolling. Unless something is typed in almost exactly as you have it listed, the search doesn't bring it up.

Great place to buy from! I had to call customer service about my tracking number that I hadn't received and the rep was very friendly and easy to talk to! He fixed my problem in a matter of seconds and thank me for my business! I will be shopping this site first from now on!

This was a Christmas present for my boyfriend which I'm sure he'll love. Dicountpaintball always were there to answer my million questions. Only thing I did not like was that the shipment was only able to go to the person and billing address that matches the card you use. That created a little issue since I wanted it to go directly to my boyfriends house. Other than that everything was perfect. Thanks!

Easy to use website and checkout, shipping was free and very fast. A sugestión, i am shopping for a Ninja tank and HK Army mask. But i was not able to find the items on your site and some variety is limited on the items available for sale. If you had them i would of ordered from you, i had a good first time customer experience.

Excellent service decided to change colors after I had already purchased. Customer service responded to my email immediately and changed the color of my mask last second and the mask arrived quickly and the mask was packaged very well definitely ordering from them again.

I was surprised to receive my order so quickly. Then when I opened the package, I thought I was frustrated because I could not find the little package of o rings. But they were slipped in the collar of the rest of the package.

$** of small parts costs $** for shipping. I can get firearms parts shipped more reasonably. If I could have found it locally, I would have gladly paid more. This looks like you're gouging me on the shipping.

It took a bit of back and forth communication to verify credit card shipping addresses that was a bit annoying, but in the end, understandable given the amount of credit card fraud related to paintball purchases. Once the address was confirmed the shipment arrived in two days.

Awesome website and Phone service. Buying a paintball gun package for my 16 year old son and you have great prices and wonderful people that answered all of my questions and told us about the specials and other great buys. Keep up the great service and website.

It is the first time I order from here as I was recommended from a friend and the review of this site. Ordered around $300 package. I was concern at first but it came on time. I had a few things I wanted to buy but it was out of stock. Will definitely order the rest of my wish list from here.

Just note when you use a credit card, you have to CALL IN and confirm it is actually you ordering the stuff. While it is a bit of a headache, it is cool that they care enough to stop the fraud that happens when kids and others try to use cards they are not authorized to use.

Didn't see on the website ordering site that the shop is closed on Monday. Was expecting package Tuesday or Wednesday being that the order was placed on Saturday with Priority Delivery USPS. Received package on Thursday. A little disappointed with that but was very pleased when I got it and the product was top notch. Thanks!

I ordered a jersey in my size but, I got a call the next day that they no longer had any in stock, which was disappointing, but I was able to get a jersey one size larger and it is still comfortable and not difficult to play in.
