I can not say enough about my experience working with Jonathan. We have truly collaborated on everything from my stone selection and now have moved on to begin the process of a bespoke setting for the amazing Heritage Emerald Cut stone I chose.

This is the fourth AV stone I've owned (both cushion and european round diamonds) - they're all stunning, but this stone - a 1.767ct AVR - is my holy grail. The transaction was flawless, with Jonathan always going above and beyond to make the customer happy. I received a video on request comparing two stones I was deciding between, which ultimately did help me choose. He sent the stone directly to the ring designer for me, so I didn't even get to see it until about 5-6 weeks later. When I opened that box for the first time I was *blown away*. This is the first time I've worked with Jonathan, but let me tell you what a "wow" experience I had with him. I couldn't decide between two diamonds so he held both of them for me until I did make decision. No pressure from whatsoever. In fact, he went above and beyond by making a comparison video of the two as well as a spotlight video. Communication was responsive and quick! I ordered a ring and less than a week later he got it made for me, and right in time for Christmas Eve! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, he really does make miracles happen. Johnathan Weingarten goes above and beyond customer service. I didn't feel like a number. He made me feel important and that is something that seems to be dying out. He was such a pleasure to work and it breaks my heart that I am not wearing one of his rings. His creative mind just left me floored! Unfortunately I went with a local jeweler as I live in Canada and it was a hard decision to make. If I lived in the US I would have 100% gone with him.
