I bought 2 new phantom 3s and after a ton of problems now dji us wont even answer their phones. For the last 5 months you just get a message, '' we are to busy to answer, call back later''. Now they don't respond to emails either. BUYERS BEWARE dji HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN
It is really hard to say how dissapointed i am. I ve been using their products since thay reliesed mavic 1 pro. But this is where our adventure comes to an end. I work as a drone operator and a few days ago while i was having a paid job my mavic 3 classic just fell off for no reason. If it werent for my backup aircraft i would have to pay contractual penalty. I sent it to DJI, it was still under warranty. What i got in response was that aircraft indeed had a manufacturing deffect BUT i would have to pay for a repair anyway because drone was bought in USA and crashed in Europe. There is no place you can find that information, I checked warranty terms, everything on their website etc, i even gently asked their support if i can get any tip where can i find anyhing about this rule but i got nothing in response.
So yeah thay got their own ways of not fulfilling the things they guarantee at the time of purchase.
After my review on trust pilot thay sent me a link where i was supposed to find that information but i still couldnt
I would never trust this company again because i believe thay got tons of such ways not to provide warranty services that are written somewhere deep down with a small print
This chinese company do great drone, reven if the product is not cheap they have the best drone. I really like there drone and I recomand you to have one of them.
