Though used my Z6ii came in excellent condition. It also arrived when it should have. I though immediately had to leave the country and I haven't had time to use it since an F to Z converter didn't arrive in time (via the next day liars at Amazon). But, everything seemed fine the little time I had to play with it before leaving.
I'm looking forward to enjoying this camera now when I get home.

My package was delivered on time so your going to be happy about that, but the other thing is online packaging don't update when it's being moved like how other delivery companies do but overall it's good experience with keh and awesome to get gear from.

I'm so relieved for a plain box. I was stalking security cameras to go grab it so porch pirates wouldn't see electronic related. My lens was packed very securely. And wow the lens looked brand spanking new!

I have been buying cameras and camera equipment from KEH for years. When the ratings say the items are excellent or excellent+, they truly are! The purchase always arrives sooner than expected and they allow you plenty of time to test your gear. They also offer payment plans if you can't afford to buy your items up front. Found the lens I was looking for, still a current model at 50% off OEM, Like New - condition.
It was perfect. Im performing come calibrated lens testing now - looks like this will be suitable for our purposes.

I ordered through KEH because I am taking a beginner photography class through my college. I know almost nothing about photography, but the website was super helpful with its descriptions and qualities of the cameras and lenses. I paid way less than I would've buying these parts brand new!

I wish KEH offered a bit more info on the product before I bought it. On other sites where you buy used items, the seller usually offers more information on what works and what doesn't. I bought a flash and when it turned on, there was this high pitched noise that is on continuously as the flash is on. The noise ends when you turn the flash off. As someone who shoots elopements and weddings, you want your equipment to provide the least amount of distraction possible. Thankfully KEH allowed for me to return.

Very pleased with my experience and my purchase. I needed the manual for the X1 that I recently purchased. The manual was in like new condition, very well packed to prevent any damage and was promptly delivered.
