My experience with Doba.com is that I seriously looked into Doba.com as a source for items to sell in my online store. I was looking to broaden my product line and was looking for a new wholesale source of products. After reviewing Doba's reviews from existing and former customers and their business model I concluded that the only entity making money with Doba was Doba. Their wholesale price points were not competitive enough to make an investment in their company worthwhile.
Thanks to Doba, my dropshipping business has thrived. Their reliable product sourcing, efficient order processing, and prompt shipping have contributed to my success. With Doba as my trusted partner, I've been able to generate consistent profits and build a loyal customer base.
Based on my experience during these two weeks using the Doba platform, I can say that all my questions have been answered. I am aiming to start an Amazon Business and succeed, and for sure every member of Doba will take part of this success.
First of all, Doba products are overpriced. You can find most of their products much cheaper elsewhere. Second, very poor customer relations and no sense of good business practices. Won't refund your money even though there site guarantees your money back. Stay away! You can do much better.
I paid for their service by the month, placed 15 orders after selling the products on eBay. These orders were never shipped and resulted in negative feedback from buyers due to their scam site. PayPal holds the funds from eBay purchases, making it easy to refund customers. However, I have lost 3785. 26 out of my pocket for orders placed through DOBA that were never shipped. I requested a refund for each transaction, been over 30 days now, and still no refund! Have sent emails and live chat messages 15 times, no answer to either one. There is no support or contact phone number listed.
This has resulted in BBB complaints and police involvement. Too much money lost not to get the police involved. Stay away from DOBA and use Inventory source!
I was curious about the 7 day free trial was entering my information in when they asked for my credit card info., so I googled some reviews and realized it was probably not going to be a good idea. I closed the browser and didn't sign up. The next day, I get at least 3 calls from them with a voicemail telling me to sign up for their promotion of 14 days free. I hope they stop calling me because I read on another site, that they've been receiving calls from them almost every day... and it's not possible to block numbers unless you pay $4.99/month if you're with AT&T so I'd recommend against trying it, unless you like the thrill of waiting for their phone calls.
Ordered ~$12K through DOBA from various sellers, many shipped slow and some orders were wrong. Some even cancelled though we tried to be selective in what stores we worked with based on their fulfillment rates. Customer support wouldn't help us at all, allowed one store to scam us ~$600+, we tried for months to work it out but the store and customer support are both in China so they don't care about USA companies, they would argue with us, pretend not to understand, and then ghost us, we spoke to several representatives, it was clear that they just didn't want to help. One of their common excuses was to say we (the customer) needed to send photos of the missing items (half of patio set), which obviously doesn't make sense and isn't a doable request. Totally unreliable company.
I signed up for there 3 say trail and 2 days later I was charged 50 dollars. I sold one of there PlayStation 2 on eBay abs ended up having to pay over 100 just to mail it to the customer. So vocally they got a free item from me. I also had to pay eBay seller fee. So drop shipping is a total waste of your time and money. Ur better joint commision junction a d becoming an affialte marketer that is true drop shipping and I will not have do any of the coding or making of links for your website or blog. If your on a budget u should stay away from Doba and amazon. I have bought numerous items from Amazon a d eBay in the past but Dona is the worst. I'm surprised they still have a website after all these years. U think these other big companies would of shut them down by now
