I tried ordering this item for days, everytime it said "transaction failed" and cancelled but proceeded to withdraw funds from my bank account anyway! When i asked to get my 400.80$ back because my item was never shipped, they never replied to anything! Not email or not live chat - nothing! Do not trust this website and never use it for your business...

I signed up to sell products dropship with doba and struggled with the setup, finally I got a representative who helped me set it up but then I had to redo each item because the 25% markup wasnt enough to cover all the fees I ended up in the negative. So I lowered the markup to the lowest 15% markup and still have negative profits, then on top of the loss I was already taking I got billed by eBay for around $75 for seller fees. So I spent over $200 on doba, $75 to Ebay, around $40 for dropship items for customers and profits were around $30, so in the end I paid $285 for hassle upon hassle, including a customer who never received an item. This was intended to be side income I desperately needed as a single mother and instead put me further in the hole. Doba should be shut down, I'm disgusted by the lack of transparency and integrity. Anyone want to start a class act law suit against them, I'm all for it!
