I love Dolls Kill. So much. They have some of the best most unique, fun, sexy clothes and shoes out there. They only do exchanges or store credit but honestly, if you're like me and buy from them several times a year, it makes no difference. I'm fine with store credit since I know I'm buying more anyway. I recently ran into an issue with an order and contacted customer service for the first time. I'm happy to say that not only did they reply back quickly, but they were personable, caring, and more than accommodating.

I'm happy to know that if I had an issue or concern in the future, that it would be handled in a timely and professional way. I'm really appreciative of the outstanding CS they provided me and I would recommend shopping at Dolls Kill to everyone.

I recently placed a physically large order due to a few pairs of shoes + the mesh top I ordered amidst the haul was missing. Been shopping on dolls kill since 2020 and I absolutely love it!
Recently had a problem with an order, emailed customer service, they were so helpful and friendly, fixed the problem straight away, really amazing!

Honestly I was so upset that they had sent me the wrong order but I'm leaving 4 stars anyway because not only did I get a refund! They let me keep the shoes they sent to me in the wrong size. While I'm still a little sad I can't wear them I'll be able to give them to a friend. The customer service team was also super fast in responding to me and very helpful! I would still purchase from this site again.

I am in absolute love! I purchased the weekender coffin bag and it's everything and then some! Protip if you live somewhere cold and the bag gets bent use a blow dryer to heat it up and reshape it!

On multiple occasions I have ordered items that were largely misrepresented by this company, either through the photography, or post-editing of the images. Attached is the latest occurrence.

Furthermore, they have been known to hide critical reviews of items on their site. Many other users have experienced this as well and have brought it up on various sites, such as Reddit, etc.

I reached out directly to the company, and even had BBB assist in attempting to hold them accountable for bad business practices, in which they refuse to acknowledge and/or change.

Please do not support this business, they have a mountain of unethical claims against them and this, along with the dishonest representation of their products, deserves public attention to ensure consumers are not continually deceived.

I love this host brand. It is one of my favorite places to shop. Among a variety of styles to choose from their customer service is nothing less than fabulous. They will always resolve your issues in a timeless manner. I would definitely recommend dollskill to friends of mine which I have before. Lately, I've found myself shopping here frequently and don't intend on stopping anytime soon! <3

I recieved a skirt that the zip was broken on so I sent an email to the complaints team, they were super helpful and sweet and gave me a gift card and let me keep the skirt! Thank you so much xx

First off thank you Chelsea in customer service! I had placed an order for my wife. A few Xmas presents since we both love the clothing line. I had a confrontation email and shortly after a tracking number for shipping. Knowing it was on the way I didn't give it a second thought. Well I gave it a week after it was suppose to arrive since it is the holidays. After that I reached out very late on a Thursday night thinking I would hear back the following day. Not an hour goes by and I have a return email explaining they are looking into it. Jump forward a few minutes and they are apologizing that it was lost in transit and are immediately refilling the order. Now I have a fresh tracking number with expedited shipping to ensure my wifes gifts will make it on time. And all of this happens in the middle of the night! I bought some bed sheets and a duvet set and they're so cute, shipped fast and I love my princess bed. The quality is nice and the duvet is thick even without an insert. Even my hubby loves it lol. Just ordered some new stuff and customer service was really helpful, can't wait to get my pink shoes and Christmas sweater.

I ordered an outfit late October that due to unforeseen shipping issues, never delivered after a month of waiting. After confirming with Laura on the support team that my address checked out, I was given a full refund. Shipping issues are always a pain so I'm thankful they were able to refund my order.

I was sent the wrong item (somehow the incorrect size was placed in the bag), and after a bit of back and forth trying to understand what happened and everything, Laura from the customer service team was so lovely and even though I got a bit frustrated they stayed calm and kind and ended up resolving it 100% for me, even letting me keep the incorrect sized item while a new one is on the way. I saw other reviews complaining that they speak to you with "bby" and "babe" and all that, but I honestly think that's so sweet and made it feel more personal and it aligns with the brand aesthetic anyway.
Plus, all of the clothes I've ordered from them have been great!

I was told that my package arrived and I was home all day! I even have a camera showing that I was home and no one came! They claim that they can't refund on stolen packages! What type of company does that! If you are willing to lose money then go ahead and buy from them! I wish I could have been warned! The sad thing is I don't have money and now this company finds it okay to steal from people! Oh and they said I opted out of insurance never did I get yhat $#*!ing option! For their $#*! to be so expensive they should cover that! I am so disappointed and would never ever recommend shopping here! I will spread this message as much as I can!
