I purchased this from you by mistake. I used Godaddy before for this charity. I don't know how I purchased from you. I would not care except for the fact that I can't use yours! Either the page wont load or I don't know how to use it! It is not as easy as godaddy
Payment was held and then told it was refunded then I was charged anyway and now I made a purchase through multiple companies. I would prefer to be refunded since I was told I would not be charged by support team
I purchased a domain from domain.com for 5 years and they sent me the wrong one. I contacted them immediately and they refused to correct the issue or give me a refund. I do NOT trust or recommend domain.com I advice you all to go with WIX OR DADDY.COM

I moved my 10 domains to domain.com in April. From the first day faced with the problems. I don't know why but they locked my account in the first day. The only explanation was "securty". After I spend so many times with the chat realised that the customer support doesn't know the reason of my locked eighter.
The first that I've realised that this was the worst refistrar ever & decided to move out my domains when ever ICANN regulations will let me.
In the beginning of June I've tryed to move out but my account was still locked; as I learned from the chat still in securty check.
That's why I was not able to get my Transfer Authorization Code.
I filled a complaint form on ICANN's web site & received my codes after 5 - 7 days.
That's why in my point of view domain.com is the worst registrar ever :(
It is just too hard to speak with someone. My domain expires on July 24th, today is the 14th and I already cannot access it for renewal. The time I am spending on an error is not paid by Domain.com, but me
It is mentioned, free email and free hosting however nothing is free and i have to choose plan to get email account on my purchased Domain and pay for hosting.what is the use of Purchasing Domain if i will have to pay for any actions within my purchased Domain
I tried to order an SSL certificate for my website but never received the service even though $170 came out of my bank account. Multiple agents assured me they couldn't see the transaction so I had to go out of my way to send screenshots and proof from my bank accounts before they would take the situation seriously. They assured me I just had to wait for the service to start working even though it had been multiple days. After about 4 days I finally got a message from the billing department saying they refunded me the money with no explanation why the service didn't work and why the transaction disappeared from their site. So after a week of not having the service that I paid for and having the money gone from my bank account, they refunded me the money with no explanation and now I have actually lost money because of the exchange rate between countries. They have taken no steps to acknowledge or remedy the situation. They simply told me to "Try purchasing it again" even though they haven't bothered to tell me why the service didn't work in the first place or why the payment history disappeared from their site. Absolutely abysmal service and 2 very unhelpful agents and a very unhelpful billing department. I would highly recommend to any one not to use this site or their services.
I don't understand how to set up my other website, tanoakleather.com I go to wordpress tab, and then click "manage site" button, and it just takes me to the same page over and over again. I can't get to the place where I can build the website
No customer service phone number. But it gets worse. I wish I could leave a zero star review.
My experience:
I attempted to manually renew 6 of my 8 services. It was unsuccessful, so I hopped on the live chat to override and make sure my services were paid for. The representative renewed one of my six services that I was hoping to renew. It was a start lol. Then, at 4 in the morning while I was asleep, one of the 2 unwanted services was charged to my card. Contacted chat, and they refused a refund and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Attempted to cut my losses and transfer domain hosting to GoDaddy, but the unwanted charge prevented domain transfer. My domain was being held for ransom and could not be transferred. Horrible. I was forced to pay another $192 just to maintain my email and website services for the year. I disputed the original fraudulent 4 am charge, and when that finished (successfully) processing, domain.com warned me of an account payment imbalance and then 9 hours later suspended my account for deletion with no indication of refund for the services I had recently purchased. I hope I get my $192 back so that I never ever have to deal with domain.com ever again. Terrible experience.
Purchased my domain hoping to set it up with srv type only to realize I have to go through support for that installment. Would not have used this company if I knew that was the case prior to my purchase. Installment of SRV type also seems to take forever, delaying my project.

Web page seems basic, but is a pain navigating or searching product. More importantly what the value of my domains are and how to sell them if I please. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
I have terrible experience with Domain.com where they obviously sell or share my filling and ordering data (email and our telephone number) with a large number of worldwide companies where every day many of them call us whole day and offering to us website development etc, and every time new company and new number. Terrible experiance.
Hey Miro,
We definitely don't do that. You may want to check and see if you have domain privacy. Give us a call so we can check it out!

Had to click forgot password. Then "assbackwards"
My way to what should have been taken care for me.
Complete headache. "oh we'll setup google workspace for you at the same time"
No. Didn't happen. Was left halfway inbetween. No one answering phones or emails or chats.
Yall screwed me...
But i recovered!
I just got a email that said Sitassuperfoods.com needed to verify. I clicked link to Domain.com from my email and then it seems I have an Sitassuperfoods.online domain.now. Am I misunderstanding something?
Not too pleased with domain.com.
When we had a wordpress originated hack it took days to fix and 10s of hours on the phone and chat. There was never any help with getting our old data/site back even though we had no hand in losing access to our site. Instead domain.com tried to upsell us on marketing assistance which we didnt want or need.
Hey Anna,
We are sorry to hear this happened. We promise to do better.

It's been a while since this issue occured, but it still bothers me.
I didn't renew EARLICK.com on time. My fault, yes.
But it went to the global audience and a bot picked it up.
It now sells for $2000 - they aren't using it, just being a-holes.
As I said, yes it's my fault, but this isn't right.
Building the site was pretty good although there were some things would like to add and don't know how. I am not tech savy so that piece pretty good however, i can't find the site now and not sure why or how and can't find a solution in the help stuff...
