My site is extremely slow, cPanel is difficult to get to, and the overall interface/layout of the site is totally not intuitive. It seems like there were features added along the way but development didn't update the existing structure to allow for easier access.

Not easy to navigate thru your site. Too many clicks to get to my domain maintenance. Plus your site locks up all the time and I have to remove cookies over and over to get thru. Something isn't right
This has got to be the worst paid platform I have ever used. Highly disappointed in not only the platform, but the lack of support i have received from the representatives.
I am trying to establish my new business domain and email and this has been a nightmare. I did not know, nor would have I gone with your company had I known that I had to use Google Workspace. Now, I have RoundCub as my web email and MS Outlook is all jacked up. Please have someone call me to explain why I have three companies to deal with.

I use WebsiteBuilder Express-Business for my site on Microsoft 365 Education A3/A5.
The design is very close to the modern Microsoft SharePoint sites but is much simpler in use. There is a blog option as well as a Store to sell for instance books. It is possible to order regular backups for additional cost. I also use the Standard SEO service which seriously increases the number of visits. Therefore, I think that this combination of services is ideal for such an educational site like mine.

I wanted to speak to a person about setting up a website through domain.com
I do not want to email or correspond via chat/ I want to talk to someone. I will take my business to a company with a phone number and real people.
Getting the website names was very helpful, but I have found that the WebBuilder isn't as easy to use as I first thought. It could be due to my wishing to change the recommended layout significantly.
I don't like the way the cart works, I hate that it automatically adds "security...", I hate that it automatically adds the domain I'm searching, and I hate that prices shown in the search list do not include the VAT and price increase in the following years. That's just a revenue-driven approach and a complete disrespect to the customer.
The domain managing system is good and easy to use.

I need assistance from an agent, but the online chat is not working. Further, in the Help Centre, when I click on How To Contact Support, the URL provided; https://helpchat.us.com/, leads to an unsecured page advertising sex.
For a company that is promoting online security, I would not expect something so offensive.

So I received a notification that my domain was going to expire. No problem since I have auto renew on. I received a billing statement but kept getting emails saying the domain was expiring. I didn't think much about it until I went to my website and it was gone. I logged it and my domain was expired and I could not renew it. Turns out it domain.com did not renew my domain.
Great! I wish the discount benefits could be offered for when I am ready to add the email and website support. And I feel the discount rate should be offered for as long as you utilize the service versus just 1 year.
The worst customer support ever. The worst experience ever. They charged me for the domain a few weeks ago and I received a confirmation that my purchase was successful, but the domain is still available for purchase. Customer support can't answer a single question and totally useless. After 40 min with the customer support agent, I didn't get an answer as to why anyone still can purchase the domain that I'd been charged for weeks ago.
