As a pom living in Australia I often miss some of my home bands from the UK so I was excited to see that Dorothy Perkins (affectionately known as Dotty P's back home) were now delivering to Australia. So with much excitement I went to the site and 3 pairs of shoes, 2 tops, a dress and $350 later I had satisfied my retail needs! The site is easy to use and items are displayed both on and off the model so you get a good idea of fit and style. Payment was easy through PayPal and I immediately received a confirmation email. I even got free delivery as I had spent over $60! I was then kept updated as to the progress of the delivery and received my goods within a week. The items were of good quality and sizing was spot on. So I would recommend this site to everyone! Love love love Dotty P's!
Home shopping review Updated just now Parcel marked as delivered and the post… Parcel is marked as delivered and the post man has obviously faked my signature as I was not home, I live alone and I asked my neighbour who does not have it. I have been in touch via messaging to report this, I had no usual out for delivery email from you or any delivered message like usual, i usually get an email from Royal Mail saying out for delivery and delivered but I didn't get this, I only found out at 9pm this evening the item was supposed to have been delivered at 11am this morning and there is no proof at all that it has been, I also always get a photograph of delivery by Royal Mail but miraculously today there is no photographic proof of delivery like every other time, all there is of said delivery is a scribble, I don't scribble! Your person whom I just spoke on messaging had told me to wait for 5 days for an investigation with no offer of reimbursement whatsoever I am not losing 16£ sorry, I need a refund or a new item sent out, because I am absolutely appalled as a lifetime DP customer has been treated so badly Refused me a replacement, refused me a refund. I even feel like going to the police as my signature had been so badly faked, which is fraud and a crime Customer service have been absolutely NO HELP. Thanks to Dorothy< felt really comfortable in my stretchy jeans. Wore them many times and washed and of course they not in best condition after 4 months and for next bump have to buy a new pare... could be a bit better quality i guess but in general very satisfied.

I was hesitant to order from Dorothy Perkins based on the reviews, but the clothes were so flattering, cute and on sale, too! Well, I pulled the trigger and ordered. I am here in the USA and received the clothes within two weeks. Everything was correct and clothes were great. Who every designs for them really knows how to flatter! I will order again from them without a second thought.
PS: For the negative reviewers, DP is clear that record shipping is not traceable (strange in this day and age, but clearly stated in their policy) and many other online retailers require that the customer pay for returns (unfortunate, but true). Be informed!
This is my go-to place for clothes that I know will fit me. It does bigger sizes which is good. I have since lost weight but still find them the best for finding things that fit well, especially jeans. I love them. They can be a little expensive but the items I have brought have lasted me years. Online shopping is as good as in store, items are sent quickly and the overall service is good. I tell everyone to shop here who is struggling to find clothes they like or that fit well.
I really don't know which dorothy perkins store some of you shop at, but i shop at the online us store. I love all there clothing. I'm from the Caribbean therefore i have to wait about 10-14 working days before i get my package as it normally ships to the us before delivering to me. Thus far i have never received any "bad clothing" as most of the other reviewers had. All the clothing i have purchased over the period of 2 years are still 100% good, i have purchased clothing approximately 4 times with the total of 27 pieces. Once i purchased clothing that was too big due to the fact that i was exercising and i lost a drastic amount of weight. I like ordering my clothes from this site, there are size varieties and the prices are good. They sometimes ship internationally for free. My country is not listed in the countries they ship to so I have to order it to my i-parcel shopping box.
I was able to find some nice gifts for Christmas on this website. They have a good selection of attractive clothing.
Their prices dropped on several products within 24 hours after making my purchase and they refused to both issue me an account credit or allow me to return the order.
The shipping is $10, regardless of what you order. My order was small and light, so shipping should not have been over $2-3. Their "discount" that they offered (25% off purchase) was canceled out because they had another discount that offered free shipping. If you are going to offer discounts, honor all of them.
I wasn't provided a shipping number. It has been over 7 business days and still no sign of my product. Standard shipping on most websites is not only cheaper, but also much faster (i. E., 5 business days is the industry average, from what I've seen).
Probably won't shop with this website again.
This is my 2nd time buying from dorothy perkins. Both times ive been extremely happy. The goods are exactly as pictured. They fit perfect. I Would recommend buying from them. I live in australia and the delivery is great. Received item within a 2 week time line. Actually this time was one and half week time frame. I love my dress. When i want another item, i would definitely broswe their website. Both items i have purchased were on sale and with the delivery fee it was still a better price than buying in australua. The dress both times have been of good qualuty. A very happy customer. Would recommend them from my experience.
I have never been disappointed with any apparel i bought from DP. Suits my taste and is just apt for every kind of occasion. Hails my list of favorite clothes store.

3 month I have been messaging via live chat and promised a refund for an item they received 3 months ago. Promises, promises, and no refund. An absolute shambles. Never again.

Parcel was late and was refused a refund even when they had lost my parcel and could not confirm when it would arrive.
I have been overcharged and refused to be given a refund.
Then told I hadn't paid at all and my receipt and bank statments showing the funds leaving was not proof of purchase.
So much stress and ruined Christmas as they continued to take funds from my account.
After 7 weeks and no response from them I was offered a £25 'good will gesture'
I am still out of pocket as the funds have left multiple times.

I am a Brit/American who recently moved from London to New York and I also had a terrible experience with Dorothy Perkins. I wanted to replace my jeans and ordered exactly as the label read without checking the size chart (I didn't think I needed to). They ordered a 10 and they sent a 14. I thought they made a mistake, but apparently when shipping to the US they automatically convert the sizing. There's nothing I can do except pay $50+ to return ship or keep the merchandise I cannot wear. I was intending to re-order the correct size, but now I don't want to deal with them at all.
What further angered me was that they are not running a proper US operation, but rather some confused mix. They don't have US customer service (but rather the typical rude UK call line), don't exchange and won't subsidize international shipping costs. Their operator asked me if I was 4 hours behind (what? No one in the US is 4 hours behind the UK) and when they said a supervisor was not available but could call me later, they called me at 5:30am the next morning.
I don't see why anyone in the US would ever shop with Dorothy Perkins. They don't permit exchanges and require you to return to the UK at your own expense. There are so many great competitor options domestically, I would strongly advise not to shop with them.
Extremely disappointing! I have never been so incredibly disappointed by ordering online from a company. I ordered $150 worth of clothing a month ago and have yet to receive it! DP claims to have 7-11 day shipping... but I am sitting here 30 days later and still nothing. I have been on the phone with DP for over 2 hrs and have called 4 times... yet still no package! I have been told my package is "at a local depot, and my address is un-deliverable" yet no one can let me know where the local depot is so I can go pick up my package and I find it amazing that my address is "un-deliverable" because UPS, Fed EX and USPS have no trouble. JUST PLAIN IRRITATING... FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE I WILL EVER MAKE WITH DP
I CHECKED OUT THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE-SEEMS I AM ONE OF HUNDREDS THAT GOT RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY!
Later on Dorothy Perkins deleted my comment from their facebook page and blocked me from their wall... and started deleting other complaints as well! UNREAL! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!
I ordered twice from Dorothy Perkins and was pleased with both orders... timely shipment and arrival time as well as good quality of goods.
I returned items in April. I contacted their website, trustpilot and Facebook and still no refund. Do not buy

Hi good day. I am a shopper at Power Plant Mall, and I sincerely commend the EXEMPLARY HONESTY and EXCELLENT SERVICE of the Cashier, Sales Staff and Officer of DOROTHY PERKINS Store. I bought a pair of skirt and blouse last October 18,2016 and paid using my credit card. I hurriedly left because I had a dinner that I accidentally left my wallet at the Cashier's counter with all my debit and credit cards, driver 's license and sum bills inside. The next day, to my surprise a staff from Dorothy Perkins called and asked my name, and informed if my wallet was with me, because somehow I left it at the store. When I checked my bag I found out that my wallet was missing. I felt so happy and grateful to their kind gesture of researching my number and calling me first thing at store opening time. They really exhibit best work attitude and commitment and integrity at work. They deserve to be commended. I am from Cebu and i say DAGHANG SALAMAT KAAYO from my heart. GOD sees what you did and HE will reward you in hundred folds.
They told the dress size was in JEMs in Jurong but they didn't have it when I went over. Now I am stuck with one size bigger
