Dot and Bo have some very unique items. Some of the prices are very reasonable and others are pretty high. I was sad when they held a recent contest and didn't announce who won. I submitted more entries than almost anyone and was hoping to be a winner. I understood not being chosen, not everyone can win these things, but then it felt like maybe they just didn't pick anyone, it would have been nice to know that they actually selected someone. Aside from contests I still love their stuff and placed an order for a chandelier. The chandelier is gorgeous though a completely different color than what is advertised online. The shipment came very quickly which was AWESOME. I would absolutely order from them again and again.
I liked what I saw on the website. Decided to order a small item first from this company before ordering a larger more expensive item. Glad I did it that way. I waited a month for a print I ordered as a gift for a friend. After three weeks I contacted them about my order status. They basically blamed the delay on the fact that their business was growing so fast they could not keep up with demand. After the fourth week I cancelled the order. I love internet shopping but hate unreliable drop shippers. I have had better luck with Ebay than many companies like Dot & Bo.
I have shop this website often. The items have being modern, stylish, and makes it easy to get great decor for any room. With fast ship, great customer feedback(when needed), and nicely packed items is a great website, to shop at.
I was looking for a safe alternative to candles. These fit the bill perfectly! Plus they add a little extra interest as well... The only negative I can think of was that the battery case was a little hard to open, but that didn't affect the product's performance.
What's with having to sign in just to look at their products? Sorry, won't do business with any company that sets that type of requirement to just browse. Too bad because some of the advertised products looked interesting.
Do NOT order product from this company. The product that I ordered did not arrive looking anything like the picture. I then tried to return it and there is virtually no number to call this company. You have to communicate strictly via email. I was told via email that my product could not be returned because it was a sale item! I now have over $100.00 of junk that I can't use and I can't return. I highly doubt that this is even a legit business. Probably running out of someone's garage!
I have placed 3 orders, I have gotten two of them and am so happy with them, The quality of the items is even better than I thought they would be. I do not think their is anything you can not find on the sight. Well you can not find cell phones lol

Bought a lamp that I received very quickly but it was shattered on arrival. I immediately emailed with photos- still NO REPLY. Called & left messages, NO REPLY. If you are overwhelmed with orders & growing quickly- hire someone! Wish I had read reviews before placing an order...

After reading the reviews. I was little nervous that I wouldn't get my order... But I received it in a timeLy fashion (1 week) and it looks great in my hallway! I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
I ordered a coatrack that was expected to arrive in the last week of july, no later than july 30. A week and a half after july 30 i reached out and their rep told me that they had no idea where the item was. They've finally agreed to ship it, but i think if i had not reminded them, my item would have never arrived. Disaster.

I bought for my wife to give to our twin daughters. They were extremely pleased with them, so much they wanted for their daughters. So now both our daughters and granddaughters have them. All are very -leased with the product.
I've purchased 5 items from Dot & Bo. A wall clock, a side table, a lamp & 2 large cabinets. I'm extremely pleased with all my purchases. I don't see what Dot & Bo could do better. Delivery times for items for items are reasonable and I'm very pleased with what I've received so far!

This company is a joke. I have placed 2 orders with them. The first order, I was told 2 weeks after the order that oops, we actually are sold out of that item. But they gave me a $10 credit plus a full refund. Redeemed... for now. 2nd order, placed in August, ordered in part with the credit... I get notice that the stock of my order was running low, which was the same situation as the first, so I reached out proactively and what do you know - while I was told they could get it, it was back ordered until the first week of September. Back and forth and it's now October 16th... and I don't have the order nor a shipping confirmation. This company has no clue how to run a business and should shut down.
Apparently I am one of many people that have been taken. The order of my product, has not been received, money has been taken, I can not get a reply, a return of money to my account, product something. :(
Avoid like the plague! Shipping is horrible... I've waited for something now for almost TWO MONTHS. Promises of shipping, and then NOTHING. They buy from other retailers and jack up the price astronomically, too. Go to the BBB - complaints galore. Shady, shady operation.

I ordered two items on August 1st. It is now August 15th and only one item was delivered and its the WRONG item. I ordered a print of a baby bear and what I received is a horrendous cartoon drinking alcohol. You can check the picture attached. I contacted them immediately and still have not received a response. UNBELIEVABLE. The other item I ordered I still have no update on when I am ever going to receive it. It has ye to ship. I love their website and I am so upset at the lack of customer service and respect they have for their customers.

Ive bought a set of these sheets months back and they have held up pretty good even after plenty of washes. They are soft and somewhat thin but not bad for me. I recieved them super fast and will buy more. If ur looking for 300 dollar sheets for 20 dollars then these are not for u but if ur looking for affordable comfortable sheets then these are it. I bought a paper towel holder called "Dotsie paper towel stand," for my daughter who owns a dashund. On line it looked adorable. When it was delivered, I cannot express how disappointed we were. The stand is no taller then a popsicle stick. And because it isn't tall enough to hold the paper towel roll, it leans sideways. The "dashund" on the bottom is so small it's unnoticeable. Paid $29 with shipping. Very disappointed. Will never order from them again.
I hate this store because I never asked for emails and it's impossible to unsubscribe. I am going to contact BBB and also small claims court for harassment through email. There's no way to speak to a person or a decent email contact. You suck
Terrible delivery experience. Ordered 36 inch white tulip table cost $434 plus $145 delivery charge. Requested specfic delivery week in order to receive. Company unable to be specfic on delivery date. Result we could not be there to take delivery and table was redelivered back to dot and Bo ware house in nj. We ended up being charged for original delivery plus redilvered, total out of pocket cost of $295 and no table! We were informed that to get table we would need to pay 3 rd delivery fee! At this point we cancelled and demanded our money back.

I wanted a coat rack that was out of stock and I had the option to have them let me know if it became available which I accepted. They dis eventually contact me and I ordered the item. I had forgotten that I had a 10% coupon and emailed a couple of days later to ask if they would honor it which they surprisingly did. When the coat rack arrived there was some damage and they offered to take it back at their expense but I asked if I could instead have an allowance to have it repaired since it was large and I had already ripped some of the packing material. Again they accomadated my request and even gave me a credit towards a future purchase. I LOVE THIS COMPANY! They have unique items and respond quickly and professionally to your requests. I will definitely continue to use this as my go to site for home items.
I bought 2 lamps that didn't look like they did on the site. Come to find out that not only do I have to pay to have them shipped back, but that I lose my original $20 shipping fee. I contacted the company saying that the lamps were misrepresented on their site. Instead of trying to keep me as a customer and offering to make it right, they want me to send them pictures of the lamps so THEY can assess whether or not my opinion is right. Hahahah. The customer is always right. Oh wait, your never again customer is always right. #dot&no.

It fits perfectly on my stovetop and makes it look like part of the counter, or a tray holding a teapot and some candles. The only issue that I wasn't really expecting was that it is heavier than I thought it would be. It came packed well and arrived on time. It was definitely the best purchase I have made to cover and hide my stovetop burners from view!
We ordered two Kennewick lounge chairs that had a 4-6 week delivery time. We were worried that we were ordering something that didn't exist. But the chairs shipped within a week or so and then arrived in just under 4 weeks. The chairs were in crates, so they were in perfect condition. The delivery company was a nice, local company and they were extremely easy to schedule and work with. The chairs are good quality, but not top-of-the-line, so you get what you pay for. We're very, very happy and pleasantly surprised.
I found this site on the google shop tab because I was looking for a Christmas present for my best friend. This site had the perfect gift and I was so excited for it to come in. When I placed my order, it said it would take a month for the item to come in. A month isn't too bad. So I waited patiently, and soon a month had come and gone. So I emailed them, took them 4 days to respond back, saying it was going to be ANOTHER 4-6 weeks because it hadn't even shipped! They said they were backordered on the item I purchased but a month is too much! And an update on my order to say that it was backordered would have been nice. I am incredibly angry about this! Never shopping on this site again. And I urge anyone else to do the same.
