This website is an absolute scam!

I had a horrendous experience with DraftKings.

In mid July 2024, I transferred a significant amount of money to them because they promoted a 20% bonus for every deposit up to 5000 CAD. This was my first time attempting to capitalize on a bonus from a gambling site.

After transferring the money, they flat out refused to give me the bonus, claiming they "didn't know" anything about the promotion. I sent them the link and a screenshot, but they still arrogantly denied me the bonus.

I was infuriated and immediately tried to withdraw my money.

Contacting their support was a nightmare—mostly automated responses, and nearly impossible to reach a real person.

When I finally did, my account was BLOCKED!

I contacted 13 or 14 different people over the past two weeks, each with different pathetic excuses and bogus reasons for my account being blocked.

I sent them all the required documents, including photos with my ID and bank statements, etc. Despite proving that I am the account owner and transferred the money, they continued to make excuses, offering no solution.

The most outrageous part is that they are holding over 5000 CAD and had the audacity to accuse me of having a gambling problem!

This was my first (and definitely last...) time trying to maximize a bonus, and I absolutely have no history of gambling payments.

It is beyond outrageous for them to keep my money and falsely claim compulsive gambling!

Their recent emails about a so-called "gambling addiction" pushed me to write this review, and I hope this helps others avoid falling into their trap.

I will definitely file a dispute with my bank about these fraudulent practices, and I have already filed a complaint with AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) to expose these crooks!

Stay far away from this site—they are nothing but deceitful, dishonest thieves!

Alls I can say is somebody has to start the process of holding Draftkings accountable for the outright blatant cheating and basically robbing people of there money plain and simple

This is the 2nd day in a row that it has taken DK hours to settle a winning MLB ticket. This is poor customer service, I'm pulling my money and going to Caesar's app until this is fix.

So last week I wrote Dk a email I lost a few $5 bets ( parlays) I was upset, I get a email saying my account is restricted. I was taking back by it thinking maybe even a mistake, I keep asking them what's going on why are they doing this, they respond by saying it's supposed to be fun and they intend to keep it that way. Today they respond with my account is restricted til Nov 2024 that's over six Months, i been on this site for 15 years I only bet $5 parlays a few a night and they restrict my account for 6 Months without a explanation, don't bet with DK they are not loyal or even fair…

I had an unrecognized charge on my credit card from Draft Kings for $50. I contacted my bank and Draft Kings about this charge and while my credit card handled things like a normal company, and cancelled my card. Draft Kings took a different route, interrogated me like I was a criminal and have locked my account until further notice. They have not answered a single one of my questions about this fraudulent charge on my card, but have asked me dozens of questions all of which I've answered the same day I am asked. They have provided me with no information on the money I have on my account or open bets I have placed. The credit card in questions should not be associated with this Draft Kings account at all, and they clearly have bad online security in place or worse they are the fraudsters. This company should be investigated and it does make perfect sense that they already have a BBB rating of F. Can't get much worse than that.

What a waste, dealer got blackjack every single time!?!? Impossible to win! Don't waste your money!

Most casinos that offer VIP do so because you are a valued player. Not this crap hole. My VIP host was so happy to make my experience better. That was until i used a curse word in a text exchange. Not only did this Little $#*! suspend my account. But he then lied about it. Saying the naughty words auto triggered an account suspension. Which is horse $#*!. My host before this little bilbo $#*! was great. We had many exchanges and i was exactly as bad with my language with her. The difference? She had balls and this $#*! was a castrated $#*! and a liar. Any way. Last year I had 1/2 a million in play on this bull$#*! site. Since the little ball less $#*!es hissy fit and wounded tender feelings, they got jack $#*! from me. I am playing on Fan duel now.
Just be advised, draft kings VIP is total bull$#*!.

Draftkings are the worst, they could care less about their loyal players, They hide behind their customer service reps (cheap labor from another country) and are totally clueless. They will never resolve any real issues, they will just keep sending you automated replys.They are a joke, stay away!

I had a winning bet and Draftkings didn't pay. I even sent them everything they asked for to prove it and they would just send these irrelevant emails that meant nothing.

My account gets locked repeatedly (has been over 20 times) because their security detects VPN software on my computer. I enter contests, cannot change my lineups and it can take days to get a response and get it fixed. I would not partake in daily fantasy with Draft Kings. The worst part is you cannot chat or speak with agent, only via email and it feels like you get AI responses. Brutal customer service and treatment of loyal customers.

Awful customer support. App consistently screws up. You will lose it all, guaranteed! Give it to charity.

Check their BBB rating and reviews before using them. They wanted more information than I needed to purchase a house and it still wasn't enough. I can only imagine what a financial dispute would be like.

I had a bet that one and didn't get paid out. I had to email them and show them proof that the BET had won before they paid me. After successfully building my account with winnings they locked me out of it during important games to me. I was not able to withdraw my money or even get signed in. Customer service was less than helpful.

I got swallowed up with the hoopla deposited $25 after setting up the account even though I only had to do five they never credited me my $250 bonus so I'm out betting on these crazy apps. Another app will not let me finalize the account once I put in $25 to get 200

I will never play on this site again after I experience on live table games that a dealer was messing around and dancing instead of doing his job for 5 minutes and wasting players time. And when I said something about it DraftKings didn't punish the dealer, instead they punish me for saying something about it by taking away my ability of chatting and this was a few months ago. I wrote DraftKings about it and they wouldn't respond to it now I kept on saying something about it now they restricted me from the site! So I don't care what they do. I am done with this site for good so if I was you i would run fast away and go too mgm or/and FanDuel they treat their players a lot better in everything bonuses are match better

Terrible casino! I contacted customer support in regards to a promo that wasn't paid out(go figure). The automated reply says I will get a reply in 4 hours. So, in addition to not paying out the promo, I can't get any help for 4 hours. My vacation ends in 3 hours and I'll be out of their service area for the next 2 months. Terrible casino that doesn't offer customer support!

I'm appalled that sky tv started running informercials about draft kings all throughout the day. Taking off favorite shows to put this gambling crap ( losing proposition) on tv over and over and over.I mean how many times do you need.to see a ditzoid blond sports junkie bablimg.like a guy about sports. On and on same.old crap. Hate it. Don't care about draft.kings.at.all nor will I ever!?

They won't let me withdraw my money and their customer service is the absolute worst I've seen of any company my entire life. Do not use DraftKings casino sportsbook you might as well light your money on fire!
